Close to the beach and town, good service, great food.

Great customer service, great management especially David The owner, His wife and daughter Sharon, great breakfast and wonderful view on the Beach of the Mediterranean Sea. I have worked there for a year since 1996 untiI 1997, I enjoyed serving the customers and I like to thank malaka who helped and trained me to do my job.

I travel alone and prefer a boutique hotel over the larger establishments as they offer a welcoming atmosphere and Shalom Hotel and Relax has far more on offer being directly across the road from the beach, beautiful and rooms with windows that open and a roof top deck which is just perfect in the evening. A big plus for me is the espresso machine in my room… I love coffee, feeling special and sleeping comfortably and Shalom has not disappointed me at all!
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved my stay here. Attentive and friendly staff, very comfortable beds, good shower. All the basics done well. The thing that lifts the Shalom hotel & Relax is the breakfast. Every morning I was excited to eat here, an excellent spread of high quality food, freshly made shakshuka on request, and good coffee. I will definitely stay again on my next tel Aviv trip.

Great boutique hotel. Its located within few minutes walking from the boardwalk/beaches. On the other side you can find many good restaurants in walking distance. Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms are comfortable, clean. The breakfasts are amazing! You have a lot of options to choose from or eat them all (its a buffet menu). When you go to the beach you can ask for a bag of towels and water which the hotel supplies for free. During the night you can go to a nice walk on the beach till Jaffa old city and back (its only 10 km) Recommend!

The hotel is good located — very close to the beach of tel aviv and the port. There are a lot of restaurants and bars near by. The service is exceptional. They serv a large israeli breakfast, and have a happy hour every day, massage room, and a lovley roof balcony with a view to the beach. unfortunately they dont serv dinner or weekends meals, and there is no happy hour on the weekend. my family from abroad love coming back again and again. Highly recommended!

The most relaxing and marvelous hotel. Perfect location just across the street from the beach. Friendliest staff and management. Beautiful rooms and lobby. An incredibly rich breakfast and the best views and breeze on the rooftop. The only problem is having to leave… would have stayed here forever…

This hotel was great! Service was incredibly warm and the breakfast/happy hour offerings were exceptional. Very convenient to the beach (beach towels, water and bag provided when needed! ).

This hotel is in the best location. The rooms are comfortable if a bit small. The beds are super comfy. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff are wonderful and welcoming. And the breakfast has everything one could wish for. The happy hour is such a nice touch. I will happily go back to this hotel on my next visit to Tel Aviv.

Great breakfast and the free massage is an added plus. I love to chill at the top of the terrace and enjoy the sun. The room is a bit smaller than I expected but overall I had a great experience staying here.

Standard rooms are quite small but other than that, best stay I’ve ever had in a hotel in this price range (and above). Very high quality breakfast and “happy hour”, wonderful lounge and rooftop, flawless service that you hardly get in the big chain hotels. You can get a free massage from a professional chiropractor. You can borrow bikes for the day. They lend you towels for the beach and never fail to include a bottle of water. Thank you for making my stay in TLV dreamlike!

Very impressive boutique hotel. Friendly staff, incredible breakfast and charming vibes. Expensive but "you get what you pay for" so come and enjoy yourself. Make sure you go to the roof for a sunset!

Very nice place. Very nice people. And the food is incredible. The description says breakfast included. That is an understatement. We have been all around, and not had food with this beauty, diversity, kindness of service, and flavor extravaganza. Thank you to all the staff. We can't wait to be back in a few weeks. I almost forgot the happy hour food. Amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants.

Excellent Boutique Hotel — bright airy and fun chic decor. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and perfect position close to the Promenade. Have had family from Australia and S. A staying and all loved it. Highly recommended!

Clean funky rooms. Great location. Amazing breakfast every morning. The roof deck was a great place to unwind after a long day of being a tourist. The happy hour was a nice touch in the afternoons. The 15 minute massage was something I wish I could have taken more advantage of. But, most of all, Excellent staff. Very attentive, very friendly, just pleasure to come home to each night. Which is what staying there felt like.

A delightful welcome by a charming reception manager, warm and friendly, intimate boutique hotel with views of the Mediterranean. Well located to walk to shops and restauants. Room was small but eclectic and well appointed. Alot of street noise on the side with the water views. Breakfast amazing to order with wonderful staff service, friendly and accomodating. a great place for a couple of nights.
