One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! View is amazing!

Absolutely worst service and experience I have ever come across, as a guest in supposedly upmarket hotel, I was really disappointed — would not think of staying at HT ever again, my comments to guests who are thinking of booking… stay away, you will only be disappointed.

Very good hotel. Probably one of the best locations and atmosphere in Tel Aviv. My husband and I always feel very comfortable here. Pool staff and reception staff excellent. Always try to please.

A wonderful hotel with a high standard of service, a beautiful location, sea views from all the windows. On the top floor is a VIP lounge with a reeling terrace, past which fly approaching aircraft. The whole hotel has delicious food from chefs.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you can think of, probably the best place I've ever stayed. The price is a little ridiculous at $420+/night, but seems typical for the area. The beach just outside the hotel is also wonderful, though it's not the best swimming (a bit rocky). The Vista Lounge provides free food and drink for most of the day, though the food doesn't quite match what you can get in some local restaurants. Overall, highly recommend staying here if you're considering coming to Tel Aviv!

I am a frequent business travel and travel to Tel Aviv every few months. First time at this hotel and I was very impressed. Beautiful up-to-date rooms. Awesome ocean view with balcony. Excellent service including several gifts (? why did I rate? ). Unfortunately, I was only able to stay until late evening to catch an international flight, but I will be back and won’t stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv. First true 5-star hotel I have stayed at in years.

This is a great hotel next to the Mediterranean Sea! Every room has a view, rooms are nice and modern and pool and restaurants are nice! Dan.

The beach in front of the Hilton hotel is one of the most visited place around. There is always a crowd during the day till evening. And once the sun sets people still come to hang out. The view of the sunset is pretty and is the same throughout the entire beach. A crowded beach but clean and beautiful.

The service here leaves very much to be desired. Checked in to find a crib not in our room, and beds separated both opposite our request. I just waited 10 minutes for a drink at the main bar where one bar tended helped two customers, asked me what I wanted, then went back to the first customer who wanted another drink. Seriously? Watermelon takes 25 minutes to come out to the pool. Rooms were super clean just the lack of food and beverage service was super surprising and will likely result in us not staying here again.

What can I say? I was very impressed to say the least. Service and comfort was beyond it. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Had a great time here. View of the ocean was stunning and had lots of windsurfers out on the water. Pool was really nice and had saltwater from the sea fresh every morning. The little toddler's pool wasn't very clean and had a lot of shade. It was also a bit of a walk from the main pool so not practical to try to have kids in both pools at the same time unless they're much older and don't really need to be watched. There is a lifeguard present in the regular pool.

The hotel, corresponds to 5 stars, wine and fruit right after settling, friendly staff. Rooms after renovation, cleaning twice a day, constantly small buns-candy, cake, etc. Convenient location near many cafes and restaurants…

Amazing location for those visiting Tel Aviv. The restaurants inside are pricey but good. The view from the rooms is something else on the higher floors. There is an executive lounge on the top floor with snacks and drinks during the day and they serve food at night. Really good place to do work and wind down.

Great staff very kind and very much helpful. A bit pricey for the Hilton Chain but overall a prime hotel on a prime location. Be mindful of parking because there isn't much there.

I stayed at the hilton with my mum it's was horrible dirty cups in the rooms dirty plates at breakfast and rude room service waitar. A complete waste of money should have gone to the intercontinental David hotel nice and quiet instead of noise and adjoining room having prostitutes back and disturbing us. Hotel should not allow this to go on in a hotel and if it's found to be they should remove the man with the prostitutes with immediate effect.

The most beautiful vacation took place in Tel Aviv Hilton! The pool place the Beach the staff the VIP on the top floor was the happiness.

A great Hilton on the beach that has stood the test of time and is constantly renewed. The breakfast is excellent but make sure you go downstairs rather than the executive lounge if you want choice. Well recommended!

Spa in Thailand style, massage was on the level. In the lobby there is a restaurant bar with access to the terrace and a chic sea view. If you are not a guest, the parking lot will cost you 25 NIS per hour. The spa has a discount of 4 hours for 35 NIS, but this is if you are their guest. The hotel is in good condition, clean and tidy.

We do not recommend tourists to visit this hotel. They do not return the payment to illegally deported tourists. In our country, the treatment of Jews will be the same as to our fellow citizens in Israel.

The Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv is a prominent member of the family. It is very well located, both for being on the edge of the sea with beach included, as in the center of Tel Aviv. Classic Hilton Hotel, good service and attention, guaranteed comfort.

I believe that this hotel is very hospitable and well-suited for conventions and conferences. The staff is correct and always ready to come to the aid. The congress hall is well organized. The restaurant is also convenient.

A big beautiful hotel with lots of amenities and an unbelievable location. Get ready to pay top dollar for this place for it doesn't come affordable. They have their own beach, which has a fair amount of rocks, so watch your step.

This hotel is amazing. They welcome everyone with open arms. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. They have an amazing breakfast that is worth the price. The view from our room was spectacular. It was to cold to swim but walking on the beach was delightful.

The Hilton Tel Aviv is a pristine hotel. The views are stunning, no matter what floor you chose to stay on. We had several challenges during our stay and everyone on the Concierge team responded with urgency and excellence. They consistently went above and beyond to help assist and provide direction. The entire hotel staff reflected this same set of values. The food and service on the executive floor was superb and created the perfect place to eat and connect. There are also multiple other restaurants to choose from. If you are going to be in Tel Aviv I would highly recommend you choosing the Hilton.

I came to Hilton Tel Aviv for a convention. I didn't stay at the hotel, so my review would only address the dining room and conference rooms. Both were of high quality: clean, tidy and well suited for the majority of guests. The lounge is breathtaking, with a complete view of the sea which pulls you into a dreamland. Fabulous location!

Great location. Great view from our room on 10th floor looking towards Jaffe. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Couldn't find our reservation. Clean rooms. However staff doesn't know that mirrors and windows also must be clean.

Interesting place. Lost our reservation. Then when I called room service they wouldn't serve me despite the hours on the menu. Odd situation. Staff is friendly and helpful. They just need to actually honor reservations and serve their customers.

The hotel is on the first line by the sea. A fairly large hotel with a fairly wide price policy. In the lobby there are various shops, as well as a small branch of the car rental company (though, the service of this company is not worth the money requested for it). Paid parking is available at the hotel. There is a possible check-in for free for a short time for boarding and boarding passengers. The hotel also has an expensive refueling (gasoline which in my own experience seems to be diluted with something, so it is better not to ZAPRAVLJATSJA. Quickly have to refuel.

Terrible hotel. Way better staying off at either the Sheridan or literally any other hotel. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes for the ridiculous elevators that stop at every single floor. It truely is awful. Also very over priced and inflated. As an experienced traveler please heed my advice and go to a different hotel. I'm literally taking time out of my day to inform anyone so they don't fall into the trap this place is.

Typical Hilton style hotel. Great location by the beach, nice rooms all with excellent view. Lobby design outdated. Great for business, meeting rooms, lounge on upper floor.

Room very nice, large bed, fitness is great well equipped, view of the sea is very nice especially at Sunset and Sunrise. Great experience.

Excellent spacious room facing north. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was again excellent. All as you can expect from the Hilton brand. Hotel is 15-20 mins walk from the north harbour with all the shops and restaurants and 5km from the Old Jaffa Port.

The Hilton TLV is more of a symbol than another top hotel. The location is great, right between the marina and walking trail along the sea. The rooms are nice and clean with an amazing view of the Mediterranean. I found the food was rich with options, however did not find any of the dishes beyond good.

Amazing hotel with one of the best views I have seen. We had access to the 17th floor and never got sick of the view. The way the hotel is built makes it so each rooms has a sea view. Very happy.

One of the best hotels in Tel Aviv, on top of hill, overlooking the bay and the marina. From the hotel, you can go on the boulevard going either to the old port in the north or to Yaffo in the south. The hotel has all the facilities you want in a hotel, including good restaurants and a large swimming pool.

I expected something more in one hotel of this category.

This hotel simply should be avoided by anyone. They try to screw you everyday, I really recommend everyone to check your bill three times at checkout. The hotel staff is rude and completely dishonest. And if this wasn't enough, a waitress damaged my new sunglasses by kicking them from the table and then stepping on them but the hotel wouldn't recognize its fault and refused to pay for a new pair of glasses, management told they don't have third party liability! Oh and by the way they also said there are no surveillance cameras to check my incident, now I feel safe.

Best hotel in Tel Aviv. Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights in January 2016. The location is central in Tel Aviv. It has its own beach front where you don't need to cross a street to get to. The outdoor pool is a nice salt pool. The lobby lounge is spacious and has a great view of the sea. We were in the Vista Club Lounge floors and had access to the Vista Club Lounge on the 17th floor. It's the difference between a great stay and an unforgettable stay. The Vista Club Lounge has full breakfast and full dinner, Afternoon Tea and snacks, and evening dessert + fruit at 8:30pm. The views from this lounge on the 17th floor are therapeutic. I found myself just staring out into the ocean and breathing easier. Special thanks to Guest Relations guy Jeron. He was so helpful in making recommendations around Tel Aviv. Also, thanks to Motti in PR for showing me the lounge and telling me a bit about the history of Hilton in Tel Aviv. Also, we had dinner at Chloelys as our last dinner before leaving Israel. Fantastic and friendly service! The whole experience was accessible and elegant. My kids loved each dish! I highly recommend dinner here. It's a kosher, meat restaurant for those who need to know.

A very nice fancy experience of Tel Aviv. However, it's priced higher than anything else around town.

This hotel has no idea about what SERVICE means. Service is just terrible and people working there are always putting the fault on you! Just came back from vacations in Hotel in USA and I can tell you how I feel the difference. Starting from Day 1 you will start fighting with them until the end of your journey. Avoid the swimming pool restaurant! They need strong education into Hospitality. So yes I hated it.

Just spent 12 days there : Very dishonest management : basically they are always right and you are of bad faith : it's not the Hilton you knew before : they will screw you; much better options with The Norman, Isrotel chain (Royal Beach is good) or W hotel to open. Clients of 35 years, we will never go back.

They will screw you as much as they can and then they will rush you checking out. No customer loyalty. No customer service. Do not expect a Hilton accommodation.

I've been at Hilton Tel Aviv lobby for a meeting and I forgot my brand new bluetooth headset at the table. 30 minutes after we've left, I called to keep it for me so I'll be back later to get it back. Answer was: We don't have it. And that been said, after the people I've been with saw them at the table.

Nickel dime experience. I live in Hilton properties and this place lacks hospitality. Desk management is in the wrong business. And HH diamond is the same as coach class for this mid-line property.

The only hotel to stay in TA. They have rooms at all levels. Breakfast upstairs is fabulous.

We loved the Hilton Tel Aviv: attentive service! Being a frequent Hilton guest we had access to the Executive Lounge which was lovely with a balcony for eating breakfast and enjoying the evening appetizers and deserts. The staff seemed to consistently go out of their way to ensure our stay exceeded all expectations. As we go out of our way to patronage Hilton hotels we have elite status that with availability upgrades are available — so we had lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the ocean. Highly recommend! Superb.
