The hotel is located on a great spot. The service is very good and welcoming. The pool on the roof is nice. Not very big if you want to swim but great for hanging in the water. Jacuzzi on the roof… Looks nice but we didn't try it since it was quite occupied… The view from the window is amazing. The only thing that we think should change is the value for money. The hotel is very expensive although it feels not top maintained. The carpets, some of the bath tiles are broken, some of the metal parts are corrosived. The balcony is very small.

Simply the best. The staff is incredible, they were crazy accommodating, never seen such hospitality! Amazing roof top pool and bar, great gym and restaurant and the views from the beachside suits are incredible. I highly recommend.

This place was amazing! The breakfast buffet was by far the best I've ever had. Great allergie service and the rooms are big and all have a patio. Family rooms are available and they have handicap rooms too. Great with big groups and can arrange taxi, van and limo service.

Great location that is literally on the Mediterranean Sea with spectacular views. The breakfast buffets and dinner buffets were superb. Biggest annoyance that's pretty hard for them to fix: there are not nearly enough elevators for the capacity of the hotel so at peak time you need to be pretty patient and allow extra time.

If you want to feel "urban cool" stay at the Carlton. Here's why: 1) It's on the beach. Literally. Exit the hotel and within 60 seconds you'll be sunbathing on the beach on the Mediterranean Sea. It's magical. 2) The rooftop. It's very high and on one side you have the sea and the other you have the Tel Aviv skyline. There's a bar, restaurant, pool, and a hot tub on the rooftop. Enough said. 3) The food. The breakfast that comes with it is quite the experience. It's located off of the hotel on the beach where you can enjoy any type of food you want with a view. They have a bread and pastry station, a waffle station, an omelet station, a fresh juice station, coffee bar, yogurt bar, meats bar… they have it all! 4) The rooms. They are spacious and come with a private balcony. 5) Wifi. It was the best we had in all of Israel. The only downside was my shower's weather strip was off so every time I took a shower, the bathroom would flood. Other than that, it was an EXCELLENT experience!

Good: welcoming staff, modern environment, nice view from our room, good location and yes friendly staff, especially at the business center and at the spa. Bad: mattress is way too firm and entry level quality, not what you could expect in a 4 stars hotel. Having been in the mattress business I would advise the management to invest in better mattresses with pillow tops and less firm. Sleeping is after all why people come here.

A big hotel that feels boutique. Friendly atmosphere. Great breakfast. Room overlooking the sea was just great. I highly recommend this hotel, which is on the boardwalk (not on the road unlike most other tel aviv hotels).

Everything is good, but the disadvantages are! Were 3-4 years ago was better. Because the hotel needs renovation, davolno the old. But Lakacija just Bombeznaja, kind of chic! Advise! ✅

Place on the sea maintained high level good enough central clean food with a well stocked indoor spa and pool rooftop super top with restaurants for all budgets indeed no for pockets that can afford it.

I do around 50 nights a year in hotels, and I'm struggling to remember the last place I've stayed with sheets this rough. It seems like they've started doing a lot more travel groups which is wearing down the hotel and resulting in long lines for the elevator. The location and fantastic breakfast earned back 3 stars.

Great location and well appointed rooms. Breakfast room and food is spectacular. It is not cheap, but has more character than the big chain hotels. Close to the bars and restaurants on Dizengoff… ten minute walk. Service is generally good.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in any country! The views of the Mediterranean Sea are superb.

The rooms at the Carlton in Tel Aviv are spacious and always clean. The facilities range from the hair dryer, mini bar (unfortunately quite expensive) via TV (also German channels) to the kettle. Restaurant and also the food at the bar are good, unfortunately it is not always easy to get a place. The service of the hotel is usually very good. The breakfast on the beach is awesome… There is everything the heart desires (except sausage) … Fresh fruit, fish, cheese cereal…, juices, Omlett waffles. If the weather is too bad, breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant… So you get everything, but the location is not quite as beautiful as the sea.

Great location on the beach. Hotel has been around since the 70's (at least) and is a bit tired. However, the staff and service is excellent and the breakfast (included) first class.

No Air Conditioning The hotel only has heat in the winter. It does not matter how hot it is outside. We came to Israel for the first time with our family and wanted to have a memorable time. It is so uncomfortable to sleep that it is ruining our trip. Their solution was a box fan. Not sure how this is a top hotel. The Motel 6 has air conditioning.

The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is great, but if you call them to bring something up to your room service is very slow.

We stayed one night. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast on the beach was a lovely addition.

Very beautiful hotel. Upscale and we'll maintained. The rooms are small, but very put together. Excellent views of the beach, and great beach access as well.

For a very long time you have to wait for the elevator, up to 15 minutes. There are no ruffand and pasta in the bathroom.
The room lacks top light.

I love this hotel, I love the scent of perfume that is used there. Very cozy and chic rooms, special style, modern design. Great view, lovely neighborhood with outdoor pool and sea! Experience delight and satisfaction!

It's a nice hotel. The no — standard. Not very big, but comfortable. On the very shores of the Mediterranean Sea. My windows are oriented to a street quite busy and sea. View of the city, a lot of buildings in the style of Bauhaus. The embankment with the bike path. Where around the clock ride, run and just walk. It's a very positive place. And in general, the whole of Israel is positive, looking to the future and knows its history, which is the history of mankind.
Amenities, service in the hotel at a high level. The staff is kind. There are almost no Russian speakers among the staff. Bed, laundry — all good. The food also liked it. The only thing — do not swim on the beach next to the hotel — there is no swimming. Fine and a lot of sharp stones. You either need to go to the right of 300 meters, or left for the yacht club.

My husband and I have just spent 8 magical days at this lovely hotel. There is nothing that is too much for the staff to do to help you/please you. Dudi, Boris and Alex who work by the pool are simply fabulous they will preempt your need. Hanna and her Team in the breakfast restaurant are superb. So friendly and will go the extra mile to make you something if it's not on the breakfast bar. (The choice is so varied that it will be unusual there isn't something to please everyone). Gila, Nadav and Gal are great. They are walking around the hotel talking to their guests constantly to check they are happy. How good is that? Instant feedback. Yossi you can be proud of your Team. You are all doing a great job. We cannot wait to come back.

Rooms are small… but view from the room is good. Parking fees are crazily high. And is on a daily basis and not 24hr basis… because of which just staying there for 16 hrs… they charged for 2 day parking… this is insane… hotel should stop looting people in name of parking.

Perfect in every way service perfect personalised.

After major renovations the hotel is again excellent. The breakfast is served just at the beachfront, outside the hotel itself and you don't want to get up as the view and brise is so lovely. The breakfast selection and quality is superb. The reception staff is polite and attenitve, however bell boy service needs a bit of improvement. The same applies for the waiter service at dinner. The food again is excellent.

The breakfast buffet offers everything the heart desires. And the Frühstückslocation is just the hammer. Via a staircase you reach to "Carlton Hotel on the beach" and is surrounded by a tropical stylish ambience. Facing the Sea you can enjoy the good food even more!
To the beach + d, not even 2 minutes walking, but not to despise also the swimming pool is on the roof (I got up Brown! )
In contrast to the neighbouring hotels, it is no more impersonal big box. It's not cheap of course, but anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a luxurious hotel in the middle of a breathtaking city should book.
