Worst IHG hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’m a Spire member. Poor customer service, loud guest running in the halls, slamming doors and yelling until 12:30 am. Staff knocking on the door not allowing you to sleep. AC stopped working and loss of power in the room several times.

Excellent service, and the staff are friendly especially name avit in the formation.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights using a pretty good deal they were offering through an affiliate. Literally six minutes after the confirmation came through, I noticed that the app/website had set the wrong dates. I attempted to move the reservation and was told that management of the property refused any changes or cancellations to a booking. I had to forfeit the full USD$188. Pretty ridiculous considering it was 6 minutes. I'll now never stay at any Crowne Plaza ever again.

The beach is about 10 minutes away. The hotel is normal. The room was clean, every day cleaned up. The food is acoustic.

Great pool and staff. Has a nice buffet for the whole family. Although, for people with long hair, you might want to bring your own conditioner as this hotel doesn't supply it.

We had a great vacation, the crew is very nice. The guest service is outstanding, providing fast service immediate upon request and calling back to verify. Good breakfast. We think its highly value for money. The missing fifth star is for the children club which is poor (but hey, in Eilat you have plenty things to do). The location Us good, 5-10min walk from any interesting point.

A solid hotel with large rooms with balconies facing the mountain range (west) and bay (south and east), a good pool. Staff is attentive. Food plentiful, fresh and tasty on HP but nothing out of the ordinary. Location is so so as it is ~10min away from the beach and boardwalk (note taxis in Eilat are cheap and walking is easy). If not the outdated and poor attention to maintenance would've rated it 4 stars. (Can't comment on price)

Worst hotel we ever stayed in. Staff is rude and unhelpful. They refused to let us park in the garage claiming it is full. After complaining they let us in to find out there are plenty of space in the garage. We stop at the front of the hotel to unload our luggage, nobody there to help. The only person standing on the front claimed not to speak English. Room I'd filthy dirsty. It has not been vaccumed for over a month.

Staff very nice. Breakfast excellent evening meal so so but nice deserts. Rooms clean but definitely in need of renovations in places. Entertainment was good but the PR needed a polish. Nice pool, always gave towels. The hotel has shops and mini markets within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

There were 5 days. In the dining room almost never had a place and if it was that most had to squeeze between the tables to ask people to move. There were 2 of them. The furniture is terribly old. The bed double very small less than 140 cm. Sitting down for the Sol had to run around to look for forks small spoons. In short, the starnier is terrible. Liked that there was a balcony and in the evening good entertainment programs.

Hotel Crown Plaza Eilat, good location, beautiful view of the bay with yachts, near the promenade, close to all the attractions of the city, equipped with a small beach, great service at the front desk and in the rooms, varied and just a huge selection of food On the buffet. Thanks for a nice stay. The rooms require renovation, but it is a trifle.

Very clean and comfortable room. Good meals. Not a lot of parking places.

Nice resort lodging. The offer buffet breakfast and dinner; both have a large variety of foods! Large outdoor pool w/towels provided. Good beds, but the showers aren't great — the water seaps out of the shower all over the floor.

This is a very nice hotel … but it's weird. All the hotels in Israel seem to close their amenities (pools, hot tubs, saunas, exercise rooms, etc) at 18:00, which is exactly when I want to use them. So just ignore the "amenities" when choosing a hotel anywhere in Israel.

This beautiful, tidy and friendly hotel, excellent location in the middle of a heart in Laguna, all rooms are facing a breathtaking view! Calm and calm! Excellent service, good atmosphere! Rooms are clean, the food is excellent and varied! We've been here for 5 days, got 100% moving and quiet! In Eilat we were many times, but this place is undoubtedly the best!

Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the room to the lagoon is a delight!

Came with our children and grandchildren a total of 17 guests. Our rooms were clean and close to each other, the food was excellent with great selections for any eater. The hotel personnel were very courteous. Overall it was a great weekend get away with our family.

What to say about this!?
But you get more about mold in the bathroom, bathtubs where you cut your feet open by the cracked varnish, a nice spotted carpet with incorporated chewing gums, sockets that hang on the wall and beautiful broken plastic chairs on the balcony.
The pool area is great … torn runs on the loungers that have dyed from white in yellow over the years. The upholstered chairs are littered with fire holes and stains. But the cleaning staff are conscientious, sweeping with the broom not only the floor but also the tables in the lobby. At breakfast in the "station hall" you should rather avoid the staff if they do "anything" there and say good morning, because they don't.
Well, luckily, it wasn't that expensive … oh still.

Good one for people who look for convenient room, nice food and most important close to the active places of the city.

Nice hotel. Standard looking rooms, nothing special (wood & dark carpets that you still can see stains on it). Comfortable beds. Breakfast & dinner are good. Small but nice swimming pool + one for childrens. Eventually I would consider returning.

The hotel is nice, Nomerbyl very comfortable. We were with the baby. There are two huge white beds in the room. Certainly not 7 *, but for such money super! The staff is friendly. Extra services for pennies. We had breakfast and dinner, we were fed even to a child nmchego not take in the room, the food is enough. The hotel is located in a beautiful location, the view of the marina is beautiful around-the mountains, the sea, entertainment with Adrenolinom. In short Super! We wish you a great holiday with Rosh Hashanah!

Spent 3 days this week. Hotel is a bit dilapidated and time for renovation. No awareness of safety accessibility for senior citizens. No safety instructions in the room. No safety bars to support in the shower. Steps at entrance to lobby. No support. Accessibility to entrance. Steep and dangerous. You have to ask to have carpets vacuumed in the room. Expect better from an international chain. Food was ok. Just about.

We recently went on a family vacation to Eilat and Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Eilat for 1/2 our trip. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with the Travel or Hospitality industry ever. We initially booked 2 nights using IHG Rewards Club Points via the american call center. They were Courteous, Polite and Helpful. My wife told them how many people we are, and how many nights we want to stay. The reservation was confirmed within minutes and everyone was happy. A couple of days later we called the Crowne Plaza Eilat to ask if we can extend the stay for another night. They said since we booked with points we have to do it through the IHG points center. That evening we called the points center, and they said to change a reservation we need the hotels approval based on availability and they are sending the request over. Next morning We call the hotel to get an answer and they have no Idea what we're talking about but that there are plenty of empty rooms for the nights we wanted to extend. After numerous calls back and forth we were told we cant get extra nights. We later called the hotel to ask about something, and we were told that the room is for 2 adults and a child, but no room for the 2nd child although we specifically said that we are coming with 2 children and a baby. Another round of endless calls between the hotel and the rewards center. Overall we made over 20 calls, and were told that there is a problem with our reservation over 4 times in one month.

The crowne plaza Eilat hotel is a great hotel. The service was great as we're the facilities. Thumbs up!

Great location, the lobby is fine and food is ok-good, but facilities and room seem old and outdated.

Great hotel, food was delicious, views were great, my only complaint was that the carpets in the room were a little old.

The rooms on the first floors are cheap but badly worn. The higher the floor the better the room. The dining room is designed for 450-500 people when you have to wait more. It's 4 good stars. With a claim for 5. Not expensive (relative). Workers make the most, and Otzyvchevye.

Family-friendly resort hotel with great breakfast The Crown Plaza is one of those massive hotels that shape Eilat’s skyline. It is located by the marina, a five minutes’ walk to the main boardwalk. While the massive building looks unremarkable from the outside, it has all the amenities needed for a great holiday (spa, outdoor pool, restaurant…), as well as friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the balconies on the higher floors is nothing short of spectacular. In my view, a refurbishment of the rooms and hallways would add a bit of character. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with an ample selection of hot dishes, pastries, and cheeses. Some more meat/sausage options would be good. The fitness centre is part of the spa area and costs 25 shekel to use. There are limited parking spaces in the hotel’s parking garage, but when you find a space, it’s free of charge. In summary, the Crown Plaza Eilat is recommended!

The hotel is running, has long required repair. We have room in the bathroom went enamel, carpets in a terrible state. Pastime limited pool inside the hotel, where from morning to evening is booming music. Towels in the pool to get me and failed in five days, although the hotel was not full. The impression of a very unpleasant. I do not recommend!

The food is great and rich, the room is nice (standard room). But the room wasn't clean enough.
