Worst IHG hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’m a Spire member. Poor customer service, loud guest running in the halls, slamming doors and yelling until 12:30 am. Staff knocking on the door not allowing you to sleep. AC stopped working and loss of power in the room several times.

Nice place to stay close to everything but really don't justify the price.

The hotel is positioned as a five-star hotel. More than three does not pull. With cleaning around the perimeter of the hotel the problem is a big problem. The playroom for children is indescribable. In my childhood in the mid-80s, slot machines were much more interesting. Of this meager, uninteresting number of machines, half do not work. A hotel of this class and size requires special treatment and respect for management, but apparently the management does not think so. As the saying goes, "it's good. " I do not want to come back here again or advise someone from friends. I would like to hope that the hotel management listens to the feedback of its guests.

It was a lot better last years, but overall its Ok.

Room was ok. Breakfast was ok. To many people smook in by the pool even though there are several signs stating "non smoking" area. Staff said nothing to smokers. Super loud music at pool. Pretty sure it was over the legat db aloud. Would not recommend this hotel unless you got it almost for free :) From the response I just got from the hotel its obvious they did not even take the time to read what I wrote. So sad.

Pros pretty room pretty dinng room good breakfast veriaty cons no guarded area for luggage safekeeping no dedicated beach spa closed during weeked dirty hallway carpet some (ours) roomarecfacing the backyard of another hotel. Not a preety view, though can also see some sea summary there are better hotels for the same price range.

There was two times. Twelve years ago, what I was, the hotel is kept in its category. The food is delicious, the amenities got in order. The location is in the center, but the sea is far away. It's hard to walk in the heat for 15 minutes.

It's great. Hotel, pool, delicious food. 4 just for the service in the restaurant. The waiters pretend to be stupid. They work reluctantly, as if they had someone who owes something. No difference in what language you speak. Hebrew, Russian, English. I'm not going to teach Ukrainian.

I liked it very much here. Well fed. The rooms are cozy. The bed is tremendous. The shower is big. In the pool the water is always warm. And near the pool is cozy. Nice place. Recommend.

Excellent hotel, full service, spa, sports hall, seinless and so on. Suitable for families with children, there is a game hall, entertainment programs. Near the entrance is a table of attractions, here you will be offered a variety of attractions from diving with dolphins to traveling in a jeep through the desert to Timna National Park. The food is very tasty and very good to choose from.

I was on a vacation with my family on May 25-28. First, if you're looking for a hotel with good service and fairness — stay away from U Magic Palace Eilat. Why? This is my terrible experience: On Saturday night around 11:45 PM we started to hear a lot of noises from the pool. Loud noises of knocking and dragging of iron bars, a very unpleasant noise, my little son started to show signs of distress finally he wakes up from those terrible noises. They built a stage under our room. Such insolence in the middle of the night. My wife called to the hotel service center and asked them to stop, their answer was "We are sorry ma'am, it's not right, we will take care of it… ", the time is passing and unstoppable noises, we called again and complained, the service answered: "We are sorry and the hotel manager is in the picture, we will take care of it… ". The time goes by and It's already 12:30 AM, and it did not stop. My wife managed to put our little boy to sleep despite the unstoppable noises and we tried to talk again with the service, and they answered with disrespectfully: "Oh… they didn't stop… ", I answered: " No, they didn't stop and it is very distressful… they promised again: "OK, sorry we will take care of it… ", It's already 1:00 AM and the terrible noises don't stop and my son wakes up again — nightmare, it was keep going like that till 2:00 AM, and then finally in our despair I called the police to complain, after 15 minutes the noises stopped.

Too Loud. Facilities not always working (Wi-Fi rarely worked). People smoking in the children pool. Restaurant at breakfast & evening is not recommended for food quality or for the unpleasent staff.

Very clean effective personal restoration good and lots of choice.

Hotel was Just amazing. Beginning from the reception, breakfast, dinner. Great entertainment in the evening for kids. Nice heated pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. We didn't felt like in a huge hotel but more like in a home hospitality.

In שגר בקומה ראשונה יכול להתלהב מזבל של בדלי סיגריות, אולי פעם בתקופה מנקים. גישה לעגלות עם תינוקות קצת בעייתית, משום שהחניה הצמודה למדריגות, חוסמת מעבר לעגלה, אך אפשר לבקש מצוות לעזור להרים עגלה עם תינוק במדרגות. Rooms with sea views beautiful sea views. Traces of cigarette butts progeny carpet. Matrasse all stained, soaked, sheets only closes them. We didn't have a reservation and took a chance — had been turned away from a couple of other choices. The hotel made a special effort to get us a room with a view of the pool area AND the sea. They upgraded our room to treat us well. We were surprised that the room price included not just an incredible breakfast buffet but ALSO our dinner. Exceptional buffets! It appeared to be a family hotel with activities in the evening for children, but the space was large enough that no one appeared to be bothered by the little ones, including us. The location is close to the mall, sea and shopping. The front desk even sent a little surprise to the room to welcome us. They were great and spoke excellent English. Had trouble getting TripAdvisor review to submit.
