During our stay (early July) the hotel was overtaken by noisy families. Tiny elevators, small and unimpressive rooms, uncomfortable beds. Food was inconsistent, going from barely edible to OK. Wildly overpriced for the experience.

Everything was very cool eating a variety of delicious service on the level.

I liked it. It's a great restaurant. That's a good attitude. Cleaning the room every day. Clean, cozy, most of the staff speaks or understands Russian.

No 4 star hotel. I can only give 3 at my best. The food can be better. Very small selection of fish dishes. Salads are okay. Little fruit.

The location of the hotel is close to the sea and the canyon.
Food varied, in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner there was a snack in the form of cakes. Tea, coffee, drinks and soda are open all day. The bar with alcohol was opened only from 16 00, despite the fact that everything is included.
Of the disadvantages-in the bathroom there is no ershik, in the room there is no disposable slippers.
The view from the window pleasant both day and night…

Great rooms, excellent cuisine, cozy sitting area. There is everything you need to relax!

Greate food and and the cleanness of everything is great. However they don't allow guests from other hotels to even enter the lobby.

Packed with families, unhelpful staff, and uncomfortable beds (queen size beds are in fact two twins put next to one another). The food is meh at best. Only good for families with young kids if even that.

First, I'll just state that this wasn't the first time here, which was way better than this time. I'll start with the small things. It looked like they are out of supplies: A. Limited variety of foods (First place I was at without Tuna salad, something I believe many people eat) and constantly running out of. Too much meat and processed food. B. For 3 people in the room, they gave one soap, one shampoo. No body lotion like most hotels. We ran out of soup day one. C. There wasn't even a list with the TV channels. There was nice amount of channels, but no list. Now, those aren't major things, but can ruin an experience. Now the 2 major things IMO: A. I didn't realize this, but the mini bar was just broken. Day one I put food into there. Day two the bar was all wet and the food stunk, got spolied. B. The stupid motion detector that turns off the air conditioning if you don't move for 5 minutes. One time I was taking a shower and hoped to get into a nice cool room, but the air conditioning was off. Second time I went on a walk and I came back to a hot room. The hotel gave me a cheap experience, A feeling the hotel was trying to cut costs.

All inclusive Hotel. Excellent food and all the time. The staff of the lobby magnificent. Recommended.

Water leaked into the room when it was raining, and the carpet on the floor got wet. The staff is nice and the hotel compensated us.

Pleasant, close to the sea, clean, near bus stops, promenade, shops and currency exchange machines. The service is from Luhansk, Donetsk-ibe-ibeb-unobtrusive Sovkov service. On Sunday at 7 a dynamic vacuum cleaner knock on the door of the room… it turned out that we were lucky, they clean up from half 7, I do not know … first time like this at a hotel)

I have been a great fan of "Isrotel" (the chain this hotel belong to) for years and I must say that this one is a bit of a disappointment… Maybe it is down to it being all inclusive and they can not supply the high standard based on the competitive price… Let's put a side the fact that we shared our floor with some rather load families and you can hear anything happening in the corridor — but there are few other issues: Service — about half of the staff are not really into… well… servicing. They seem grumpy and that reflects on. Maintenance — we had 2 rooms — one had nearly no stream n the shower and in the other one the toilet flashing did not work properly. Cleanliness — it may be resulting from the rough crowd that were staying at the same time as us but corridors were left dirty, elevator with constant filth… Food — during the weekend while with high capacity — the dinning room was a zoo! There is a large variety of different courses but the quality is not that great. Mostly greasy. The fresh vegetables section was a saviour! To summarize — I rather pay an extra 1000NIS per room, skip the all inclusiveness and have a more relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

More or less regular attention and not if because it was all inclusive quite regular both lunch and dinner the people who Atendia was not very nice.

The rooms lack slippers and bathrobe, in the evening there is an unpleasant smell of sewage from the street (balcony, Side King Solomon). The rooms are very clean. The answer to the recipes is the way it should be. Great food, great variety of meat dishes. Show program in the evenings for those who are already over 50.

My experience at the Isrotel Lagoona hotel was unbelievable. Every single need and want of mine was met by the staff at the hotel, nothing was too much to ask of them. The hotel itself is absolutely magnificent. Absolutely amazing entertainment for both children and adults. As for the food, it is as if going to a five star resturant for three meals a day. It will be a dream come true to return to the Isrotel Lagoona hotel again.

The best all inclusive hotel in Eilat, delicious food and wonderful staff. Mathew the dining room manager and the staff personally takes care of you. The entertainment was great with variety of shows next to the lobby. The only missing thing is a Shul, synagogue that you could find in the next door hotels. The extaordinary service made our Hanukkah vacation enjoyable. 5 minutes walk from Iceland mall. Enjoy! The Adar and Zacks families.

Really unexpected, the room is great with nice view of the Marina, staff very helpful especially Bar at reception the food is high quality & loads to choose from. Lovely cold drinks all day. Near to all the shops, couldn't really ask for more!

Clean, friendly, nice, Delicious food.

Nice hotel, nearby beach, lagoon views and central square. Good varied kitchen, noise insulation between the rooms and the corridor is bad, you can hear the slightest sounds.

An idyllic stay in a paradisiacal setting… at 200 m from Jordan.

One of the worst hotels I'v been to. It starts by lying about the room, when you order the room with the view to the mountains you actually get a view to the parking near the garbage and washing machines that will make so much noise 24/7. Then it continues with the room itself with an air conditioner that barley works. and finally the food, I have never ate such bad food in my life, Its just awful, and will make you wish you could eat outside and not go for the all-inclusive, with almost no diversity at all. Don't make the mistake I did, go for something else, anything else is better than this.

Nice hotel, clean, service, food and lots of dishes and ideal. Clean every room. Clean pool. Paulies with children from morning till night.
1 — a problem with parking — in small sheds little. Let hotel parking. On hand, but there are also problems with the places and need to search or copy to anyone.

Second rate hotel (but in a good way). Ok food (you can skip the deserts), nice pool and and entertainment plan. Staff is a bit less proficient then it should be. This is a hotel for families with kids. Your kids can make noise without you feeling bad about it. So if you have (small) kids, this is definitely an option. If not, maybe try someplace else.

Great place. I liked.

The hotel staff is very nice. The food is great especially for kids where do don't need to worry for them being hungry. The are ice creams outside at the pool. The rooms are big but the bed was not comfortable at all, I woke up with back pain. Overall it's a great hotels to visit with kids.

Hotel average all-inclusive lovers. Well fed. Food is kosher, so there is a shortage of seafood here love to stop pensioners and families with children.

There were three consecutive years. Excellent hotel. Great food.

Booked and paid for in advance, came the confirmation, but coming into the hotel room Anex tour got us threw ourselves understand! It turns out there was a gathering of lawyers in Israel, but Russians can kick for their hotel offered nearby on the 2 days stayed, but arriving on Christmas holidays to spend precious time on the resettlement of the back and forth is not good. Works put and hotel and anex tour.

If leave aside old look and burned floor of rooms very good place for vocation. Very close from every tourist entertainment site.
