People mix the boutique with the palace, this hotel is like a motel with old furniture and dirty mold in the bathroom. Staff is rude and no where near a 4 star hotel. Do not waste your money here.

Everything is just amazing. Huge chic two-storey room. Nice view. We just moved in, while only positive emotions. The wine was given as a gift.

Hotel Hell. The worst Passover experience which was supposed to be the trip of a lifetime. Herod's boutique is NOT a hotel to be wasted yr money staying at. We are doing the Passover experience with the Organizer Bernard Touitou and He promised suites and did not give them, and we paid for them. Touitou on more than one occasion was smoking inside the non-smoking hotel and I spoke to the front desk about it and they did nothing. On top of it all he tried to demand more money for rooms he did not guarantee. I was told Unfortunately that the hotel cannot do anything, they were trying but hands were tied as they kept telling me not to worry and that they will take care of me. Again all lies… Today Mr. Eltaieb promised me a free upgrade, but they just swept me under the rug from one person to the next like we did not matter and even telling me the manager will speak to me when no one even had the decency to contact me, why promise one thing for me to delete this review and then not even have the decency to do anything but make false promises? I came all the way from Canada and actually wished we were back home in the cold than to be embarrassed and treated like animals. Seriously Herods is not a hotel that treats you with care, they really don't know the first thing about customer care and I don't recommend this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly!

This hotel is amazing! the breakfast is lovely and covers all types of diets, the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and the staff is kind and helpful. Shout out to Eltaieb, one of the most friendly employees ever!

A sophisticated Oriental style hotel with a high level of service. Located close to the North Beach and promenade with shops and cafes.

Privatized pool one day on the 3 and second night very noisy. But very good service and staff very nice.

Very good hotel. Not new. Excellent service. Pools, SPA, food all very well. There is an exit to the beach. The beach is nice equipped. There are sunbeds and thatched canopies included in the price.

Incredible! Not to be missed: The Lawrence restaurant in this hotel. Shanit and Tomar are delightful and professional. The service is impeccable and the food is absolutely magnificent.

Just perfect! Who needs to relax in peace and tranquility in the place. Hotel without children without phones the silence … silence … Spa C8 am to 20 pm 0000. Hotel staff friendly caring cool. Throughout the hotel clean and tidy.

I stayed I'm this place in 2003, and it was the best hotel and service in the Middle East, the food the spa, the rooms, everything was amazing.

No kids, no noise as in other hotels in eilat. High class sevice and good restaurant.
