Well, three for three in all concepts.
It's so-so.
The elevators are particularly frustrating.
The food is at a good level but that's the only thing good.

The hotel itself is really average : average food, average condition of the furniture and facilities, average cleanness… The pool toilets and showers probably seen better days some years ago, now there are bugs and sand even at 08:00, when they opened. The stuff is great. They try to make your stay comfortable and easy. The shuttle to the beach has it's own schedule, regardless what's written on the paper you get from the reception. Come early to the pool, you'll enjoy it as your own, before it gets crowded.

We stayed here for one night. The view from our room wasn't very nice but you still get to see the dead sea. There's an indoor dead sea pool if you do not want to walk 15 minutes to the dead sea. The indoor area has a variety of dead sea pools and of different salinity. There's even jacuzzi and a pool filled with real dead sea water. I would recommend to try all the pools out. There's also a life guard at the pool area so no worries if you can't swim. I forgot to bring my towel card when I went to the indoor pool. I tried to talk to the towel guy for a towel but to no avail (he could not understand me). A kind Russian lady saw it and gave me her card. The service here was alright but it would be better if the staff especially the pool staff could speak a bit of English. The food here is really good and there was even a whole honey comb at the buffet. The food here runs out quickly so come early for breakfast! If you are going to soak in the dead sea, I would recommend to go at sunrise/sunset as the view is beautiful! :)

Nice hotel, great view of the dead sea from the swimming pool area. I wasn't impressed with the food during breakfast and lunch. The hotel stuff wasn't so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are pretty and comfortable. I highly recommend not to come during high seasons when it's crowded. We had to stand in line for an hour to get a key to our room during check in. Also there's not enough parking and we had to park far from the hotel in a construction area that could have destroyed my car and walk in a very hot weather (110 degrees) up to the hotel that is up on a hill. That definitely destroyed my good mood right from the beginning of our vacation.

Who is looking for problems for themselves in the hours of rest, you can go to this hotel. Hardly pulls on three-plus. What's positive about it is the food. Attitude at the meeting and decoration of rooms is simply not pleasant, repels the atmosphere of the hotel management. No wish for booking a holiday has been fulfilled!

The hotel is old and rundown. Everything is dirty including the cups at the dining room. The duvet covers don't fit the duvets, and almost all the linen had holes or was torn at seams. Long lines to the check in desk. The staff is friendly but stunningly inefficient. The food was good but if you have food allergies, be careful — the kitchen staff won't help you. Partly because they only speak Russian and partly because they simply don't know what they serve. No parking whatsoever, you have to park along the sidewalk and hope not to get fined. Instead of a refrigerator/mini bar we've got a tiny cool-ish box without a single shelf which was also leaking. Ventilation in the toilet did not work. No air conditioning at the corridors combined with very slow elevators (four in total, one of which renders useless on Saturdays) is more than nuisance. The beach is nice and potentially pretty close to the hotel, but when it is 40 degrees outside you don't want to walk even such a small distance, especially the way back which is up the hill. There is a shuttle going back and forth to the beach every 20 mins but it works till 6 pm and has a break from 12 to 2 pm. We've managed to get a very cheap deal so the stay was Ok for what it worth. Choose another hotel if you can afford it or wait for cheap deals, otherwise you'll be very disappointed. Dear owner, please don't waste your precious time copypasting your reply — you have too many things to fix and clean.

Generally we love this hotel, the fourth (! ) time here. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious.
But today the cleaning of us went simply with a squeak, not only that during the daytime sleep, so still had to run for them to finish, as it should.
And now (at the beginning of the 6th evening) There was no staff in the bar to cook the mojito. ) ) )

Excellent food. Beach 5min walk away. Pool area good for kids. Provides beach towels. Nice bar. Comfortable rooms. No shops nearby.

В целом все удовлетворительно. Плюсы: хорошая, достаточно разнообразная еда, вежливый персонал, вино для гостей на ресепшн, бассейн для маленьких детей и большой бассейн для взрослых. Неплохой спа: бассейн с водой мертвого моря, два джакузи на 5 человек, массажный бассейн, парилка с бассейном с холодной водой, возможны платные услуги… но есть «но», подробнее в минусах. До пляжа на мертвом море дружественного отеля ходит маршрутка, или минут 5-10 прогулочным шагом. Раздельный Солярий для загара на крыше. Теперь о минусах: часто заезжает много арабов, которые ведут себя отвратительно — мусорят, орут, лезут в спа-бассейны в верхней одежде. У нас потек потолок в номере на 7м этаже, якобы труба где-то прохудилась, спустя три дня все таки переселили в аналогичный номер на 5м с видом на парковку и шумные наружные блоки охлаждения кондиционеров. С парковкой в дни заездов беда, можно и не найти рядом с отелем места. В солярии не работают часы. Порой выдавали ее очень чистые пляжные полотенца. Иногда отключали холодную воду, правда не на долго, минут на 10. В общем можно было бы поставить твердые 4 звезды, если бы не эти минусы, надеюсь, что временные.

The hotel is 5 minutes hotb from the beach, or 2 minutes on the Chatelet. The view from the room on the sea is great. The staff are tired, clearly lacking people. The rooms are old, require a cosmetic repair. In Baseene allowed to eat, so a mess. Food is very good. The SPA also has the most plastic cups scattered on the floor. The problem with the towels. Were 9-10.9.17.

Warm reception of the hotel staff, great foods and spacious swimming pools and spas… very much recommended!

Very good hotel the view is fantastic (the dead sea) the rooms are nice and clean. No porch only a very big window. The food is the best!

Very good hotel.
Highlights: * The dinner was very good, the buffet has a lot of variety and good quality.
* The facilities are nice, they look well maintained and elegant.
* The toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom (shower and sink). This is ideal for when you share room.
Points against or to improve: * The room did not have a balcony * it does not have direct access to the beach, it is on the other side of the road, so it touches walking to go to the Dead Sea. However, they offer a free service of a vehicle that moves between the beach and the hotel every 20 minutes for those who do not want to walk.

Just a hotel on the Dead Sea, shuttle to the beach, spa, pool, view from the window to the pool and the sea, food on 3iz 5, Service 4iz 5, clean in rooms.

There was a shock-mosquitoes gnaw in the rooms, do not clean and everywhere 1 cm of dust. The hotel itself is very beautiful outside and there is design inside. The kitchen is decent and all the dishes are many, but cups, plates are often not enough. The reception is not very friendly, as are the Rpstorana workers. Very uncomfortable closing the pool at 16 in April. There is a spa, but the chlorine is incredibly much and the water temperature is high, there is nothing to breathe. The outdoor pool is great! The room was clean and comfortable. But the tea lovers are unlucky. Here hay, as well as in all hotels and restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The little things make the stay unperfected, and the mosquitoes spoiled the impression.

If you are not looking for luxury, this hotel will be suitable for you. Breakfast is ok For the evening meal which is planned on two services, one at 18.00 and the other in 20h15. Avoid the first, jostling, difficulty to have room. As there are a lot of tourists arriving in the evening, they all flocking as hungry from 18:00. If you arrive around 20:00, they will have already left and it will be quieter, but you will have only one hour to eat. Perhaps it is a habit in hotels in Israel, but for drinks for the meal, this is water or sodas. If you want wine or a beer you with interest to take with you. The staff does not offer a map.

Good facilities, clean and tidy rooms, great service, lovely food, a bit far from the beach but there is transport services.

Only went to the spa and service was sub standard. After paying for a massage and access to the spa facilities I was given a hard time about getting a belt for the robe they gave me and was refused a towel without a room key. Facilities were older and dirtier. Herods down the road was much nicer. Unfortunately owned by same parent company.

We start with the good: food and staff.
What you have to change are the rooms $300 the day seems a little expensive since the finish of these are not renewed the bathrooms have yellow spots but your beds are very strong, comfortable.

Very well to spend a few days at the edge of the Dead Sea.

Friendly staff. But the spa is on a low level and is not able to cope with the workloads of the weekend. Massage rooms are not equipped, and masseurs do not try to create a suitable atmosphere. Food is organized poorly. Although the weekend menu was decent and tasty but Wednesday evening and Thursday morning was sharply different for the worse. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Promised delivery to the sea in the bus for 16 seats and in the load people stay overboard although in principle the sea is not far (but in November when 28 degrees, and when July and 40…)

Nice hotel, adequate for the stated level 4. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. To the sea you can walk (about 10-15 min. ), you can get a free minibus, which has its own schedule. The food is delicious. The staff were very… Great SPA. There are baths of hydrogen sulfide (paid service), there are different kinds of Jacuzzi, pool with water dead mine, gym, outdoor pool on the street (both for children and adults). Great Wi-Fi, TV in the room, kettle, tea/coffee/sugar/cream.

It is a nice hotel but its facilities are old, the food is excellent, the spa service The maximum, the bad thing is that it does not have the beach nearby there are some Vans that leave every 20 min to the sea.

Loved it! were on holidays Sukkot. The people were so much, but it was amazingly clean! In the dining room greeted by the doors and escorted to the table. Despite such a large number of people the food was very tasty and plentiful. In general the hotel was all in abundance. Once asked for one, in a few minutes brought 4 towels. Everything that would not be asked for in a few minutes was already in the room.
The hotel is slightly above the beach, so once in 10-15 minutes minibus to take the beach and back. And there's shuttle in Ein Bokek. The staff is helpful.

Hotel with poekrasnym view from the window. The rooms are spacious, clean. Every evening entertainment programs not only for children but also for adults. The only minus that to the sea you need to cross the road or wait for shuttles. Although it is possible to go to the beach of Hotel Herods, and the beach there is magnificent. The SPA in the hotel is one of the best.

The air conditioning in my room was broken the whole night and they would only offer us $20 compensation for this. When we woke up the room was hotter than outside, we were all covered in sweat, dehydrated, and one person even threw up from the heat. They were horribly rude to us as well I have never experienced anything like this. The room was also not very clean when we arrived. Would never recommend it to anyone.

The sea is not far away. Every 20 minutes, the shuttle walks. But we still don't get the beach at the hotel. We went to the hotel Herods beach. That's where we didn't get the decks, just the pay. The kitchen is good, nice spa.

The hotel is just beyond from the sea. We should either use the shuttle or walk. The hotel has a pool and spa. Breakfast and dinner are very good. A great choice for different flavors.

I stayed here with my family a couple of months ago. The food was very good, but for me that was about it. The rooms weren't very clean, and there were unpleasant remnants on the side of the toilet and on the floor nearby. Despite asking that the toilet and surrounding floor be cleaned several times, the cleaners lacked the attention to detail and only cleaned the inside of the toilet. We ended up putting up with it for our entire stay. A couple of members of their staff were unpleasant and unhelpful.

From 16 to 23 October 2016, we were relaxing at the Leonardo Plaza Dead see Hotel in Room 218 on the 5th floor. The food was chosen board-NV, which we needed with abundance.
As we read before the trip, some of the comments holiday at this hotel on nutrition, we had some doubts that were totally unfounded. Great cuisine, great choice of delicious dishes, exceptional attention to the guests of all staff-such as we have not met in Greece, Turkey or even Netanya!
Despite the abundance of children (the Holidays Sukkot! ) and the thin bulkheads between the rooms, on the floor, it was quiet, so we could rest quietly after the sea and in the shops. All of us were hauled on minibuses with air conditioners free of charge.
Despite the second line, a 15-minute walk to the beach was not a problem for us. But the location of the hotel at the top of the hill, far from the road, opened the eyes to a beautiful view of the sea and the surroundings.
The Dead Sea and the hotel have left us the best memories. We'd like to come here more than once!
Unfortunately, I have to add to the "Spoon tarcrete". We're two retired people accustomed to active "rest" vacations and bring at least a table tennis racket and sometimes badminton.

Dirty and not well-attended. The dead room.

Disappointing to say at least! You actually pay a five star level hotel fee for a four star hotel – just to end up with a two star level hotel! We ordered three rooms and paid a lot of money for an "all included" weekend just to get really disappointed again and again during our stay. To begin with, although we paid for VIP rooms we got really uncomfortable rooms on ground level right next to the bar. And, it seems like this is the first time Leonardo Privilege ever had a baby staying over! A small baby usually travels with a crib, so it is extremely unwise to put it in a room that requires climbing several steps. In addition, babies goes to sleep very early so again it is unwise to put it in a room adjacent to a place that plays loud music all night. Eventually, after we complained, they moved us to other rooms. But, they only managed to put us in different floors. It was really unpleasant and required coordination every time we wanted to go out. After we moved to our rooms we discovered an old and dirty building. I think the building is something like forty years old! Time has surely taken its toll on the hotel – everything looks old and no matter how hard they try to clean some of the things – they are simply dirty. We had a visit from a wondering cockroach that crawled from the very old ventilation system (The cockroach, unlike the hotel, seems to be young and frisky). Refrigerators that used to be mini bars doesn't work and generally looks very dirty.

Worst experience ever! Stay away! Hotel and rooms are dirty. Waited for hours to get the room. Got a room that smells of cigarettes. Asked for a different room, got a room with a view of the parking lot. Room is filthy, told us they will come to clean it, ended up cleaning it at 16:00. The food is decent and the kids are well occupied. This seems like a hotel fit for kids run at kids standards. Do yourself a favor and stay away. קראנו את הביקורות הרעות ובחרנו להתמקד בטובות. טעינו, בגדול! המלון מטונף. ברמה שהכפכפים נדבקו לרצפה וכמעט נקרעו. חיכינו שעות לקבל את החדר, כשקיבלנו את החדר, הוא הסריח מסיגריות, המזגן לא עבד והארון היה שבור. החדר שקיבלנו במקום היה עם נוף מדהים של החנייה. לא היו מספיק שמיכות ביחס לכמות האנשים. נאלצנו לחכות עד אמצע הלילה לקבל את השמיכות. אה, וכדי לדבר עם הקבלה צריך ללכת פיזית, הם פשוט לא טורחים לענות לטלפון! היום כשראינו שלא ניקו את החדר, ביקשנו שינקו. הבטיחו להגיע עוד עשר דקות. הגיעו אחרי 5 שעות, בשעה 16:00. מלבד האוכל שממש מוצלח והפעילות לילדים שהצוות עושה עבודה מצוינת, החופשה הזו פשוט קטסטרופה. זה מלון שמתמחה בילדים שנראה שמנוהל על ידי חבורת ילדים. שימרו נפשותיכם ואת כספכם.
