Such a cool spot. Architecturally interesting. Great food. Very helpful staff. Staid here multiple times and always happy.

Classic & very cozy! Amazing view! Rooms are great. Food is delicious, and great hospitality! Minus a star for the high price…

We had stayed in the hotel for two night. It has a very unique concept where the hotel is actually an art museum hosting interesting exhibitions. Within there are two amazing music halls serving music concerts and opera shows. We had enjoyed great massage at the Spa. Breakfast is great. Dinner could be better but good enough for overall rate of five stars.

This property is unique and beautiful, very special. The galleries and art are stunning. However, the drain in our shower was poorly designed and water escaped outside the stall into the bathroom, making a mess. The receptionist and bellman were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast itself is very good but the staff serving you are untrained, never smile and it took 10 minutes to get coffee two days in a row. Sone serious training needs to be done and sone managers replaced. Guests deserve more for a premium priced property.

One of the best luxury hotels I've been to. The view is amazing, the staff is incredible. The hotel itself is an art museum, no less. And the restaurant had some of the tastiest dishes I ever had in my life, both for supper and breakfast as well. Highly recommended to everyone!

High standard design hotel. Superb architecture and art, well designed rooms and public areas, breathe-taking view and friendly staff. The SPA area is nice, while the treatments are of a highest quality.

Spa is nice. Pool has too small of an area to sit. Treatments are superb. I give it 3 5 stars.

Ok. I will be truthful. The hotel is great, but I didn't stay there overnight in a hotel room. I was there working back stage int the Elma theater. What a nice place! There is a really nice view from the terrace, indoor pool with view and outdoor pool, quiet nice place. Recommended!

Elegant hotel. Beautiful art installations! Had a panoramic view room with gorgeous view of the lowland and sea. Very peaceful and quiet. Good for restful stay for a business trip. Sure to make a wonderful vacation destination.

Gorgeous hotel with spot cool and luxurious rooms. Breakfast is expensive but beyond worth it. Views and location are really nice. Pool area is fun and most unique I have been to. The art on display is really nice and gives you something to do. I would plan to see one of the concerts they have there next time.

Beautiful spa, indoor and outdoor pools… however would definitely not define this hotel as 5 star hotel. Stayed in two rooms. One the artist room which is a very nice sized room with no view but clean… suitable for a 4 star hotel. Or maybe even a 3.5 star hotel. And then switched to a standard room with view which was 1/4 of the size literally. Old floors. Modern electric systems. And clean… Suitable also for a 3.5 star or 4 star hotel. Not sure why 5 stars are being thrown around. Stayed via SPG and paid in points… would never pay 400$ a night to stay here.

Beautifully designed and refurbished hotel. Comfortable room and well appointed, not enough pillows. Magnificent view. Nice pool. Attentive staff and good service. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Simply amazing in every way, the food, the atmosphere… the place is like a maze, with every corner and hallway providing a fresh artistic experience. And the view is breathtaking!

I was really expecting this romantic breakout with my wife. The views from the rooms are beautiful — Mediterranean Sea, sunsets. However, we felt as if we are in a cheap motel rather than a 5 stars hotel (attaching photos of the restroom and shower area). The building is 40+ year old, and it was only partially renovated. Doesn't look like a $400+/night place. Both me and my wife didn't like the beds, and woke up with backaches. The room was nicely equipped (A nice TV, a Nespresso with Valutu and Arpeggio, etc…), The food at the breakfast was very very good. The outdoor pool is small, but nice. And the general facilities are good.

Poor experience. Stuff are untrained for a "5 star hotel". Me and my wife came to celebrate in this hotel and booked the most expensive suite unfortunately our experience was a disaster. The room service was poor, we had to call 5 times in order to get our order that never arrived. The bed sheets were stained, and the hotel stuff were giving lame excuses for the poor service. The compensation was a complete joke. This hotel claim to be a 5 star luxurious hotel and the amount paid is accordingly, however it doesn't reach a 4 star hotel. Waste of money.

The place is very chic! The rooms are comfortable with plenty of room. All the hotel help are so professional, and willing to help. The restaurants are gourmet. The view from the hotel is amazing!

Great breakfast, sheik rooms with great view of the Mediterranean Ocean. However, they should not charge extra for spouse, other than for breakfast.

We were not given the room we booked! They gave us a lower standard room and told us it's the "panoramic" room we ordered! After 10 min in the room I realized it's not similar to the room spec I ordered, so I went to the front desk, told her that and she still tells me it a panoramic room! I got really angry and asked for the manager. She asked if I want to change the room. I told her YES this is not the room I booked! Then the took me to the right room after my whole experience was destroyed. We were on our first holiday with our 8 months baby, we had switch rooms get angry! And they had the nerve to argue with me about the trick they tried to do to us. I think it's a shame to this hotel and to Expedia for allowing the hotel to do that and create a bad name for you. Ahh yea, they gave us a food basket after feeling bad for reaping us off! When we checked out we asked for compensation and they didn't want to hear about it! Just told us to fill the costumer email they send after we get home. Unbelievable… we feel we shouldn't pay for something like that at all!

Indeed a luxury hotel, but the breakfast on Saturday morning is unsatisfactory.
