What a wonderful Hote! l The food is delicious, the staff are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered and the location is perfect. We spent three wonderful days here and it was extremely good value for what we paid. We will definitely go back again!

Nice hotel with decent leisure and pool facilities. Good view of the strand if you sit outside. Would recommend giving the Sunday buffet style carvery a try (especially if you're on a budget). Hard to beat 5 courses for €20 and the quality of the food and service is good.

A bit disappointed, took family and two young kids and showered in the room instead of pool, however unbelievably the hotel does not have any shampoo. I rang receptionist who confirmed the s. Had to go to the shop, the man in the shop couldn’t believe it! Could of brought our own but assumed they would of had some. They do provide hand soap in a bottle to wash your hair! Also before booking check there is not a wedding or diner dance on as music thunders up through the two floors, zero sound insulation. A Shame as food good and great location.

Just back from weekend break at ballyliffin lodge. Had amazing time here. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Had couple of great treatments and they were fantastic, highly recommend the back massage. Great facilities and lovely food and very good service. Can't wait to return again.

We had a very relaxing time, lovely 2mile Pollard beach to walk along. The staff are very welcoming, they want everyone to enjoy their visit. The restaurant is very nice a good selection of wines to accompany the food.

Beautiful location. Hotel is gorgeous, leisure & food facilities as well as rooms are extremely clean and well kept. Love this hotel — my best friend is getting married here this year and I'm so excited.

We stayed in the Ballyliffen Lodge on Wednesday 7th February 2018 and had a wonderful time. We were up graded to the honeymoon suite which was a brilliant surprise and it was absolutely gorgeous, pure luxury. The food as always was perfect and the place has a great atmosphere and also some nice places to sit and have a drink. The staff are so pleasant and helpful and really make you feel at home. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Superb hotel. Clean lovely rooms great service. Food is a little on the pub grub style but is excellent and tasty. Breakfast was very good. Wife and children loved the pool and facilities.

Amazing setting, very friendly and attentive staff. Great food. Ask for sea view if possible. The spa on the basement with pool, sauna, steam room, gym and hot tub is a real bonus and complimentary for all guests. The restaurant food is high quality and even the Jack's bar food is worth trying — all reasonably priced.

My first time ever to visit ballyliffin lodge hotel. An amazing experience, from the moment my husband and I arrived at the hotel… 1st class… staff are lovely always making sure your okay, if you ask for anything nothing is to much trouble. Food amazing you won't be disappointed. I would strongly recommend you pay Ballyliffin lodge hotel a visit. It's the jewel in the crown. We will be back. Thanks again Dorothy Cairns xxx.

Ballyliffin Lodge Hotel never fails to impress, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the only negative is that maybe the menu needs updating, could do with some new options.

I love Donegal, lovely county and ballyliffin is stunning which is just miles away from the coast.

Long time since I went for the carvery, enjoyed, food good and plenty to eat, beautiful setting.

Lovely staff nothing to much bother. Lovely views, food and service good. Liesure center enjoyed by husband and grandsons. If I had to say a bad point would be the very hot bedrooms.

Went for Sunday dinner with the family while on holiday. Food was fantastic and there was a great play area for my nieces and nephew. 5

Appears to be a very nice place. My wife and I couldn't get in because of a large wedding. Only one person working on the front desk and it was taking a long time for guests to check in.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff and nothing is hassle. Although on each visit I have been noticing the portions and quality of the pub food in jacks decreasing with each visit. Which is a shame as it was such a great bonus to this fabulous hotel.

Beautiful hotel, have been at many weddings there, all of which have been top class. Staff and Management are very helpful.

We got married on Saturday the 2nd September and we were overwhelmed by how amazing the staff were at the lodge. A huge thank you to Madeline who is a true professional and made our wedding day absolutely flawless, she took away any stress and was always at hand to help with everything including the run up to our wedding day. The food and service was second to none, we really were bowled over with the professionalism of all the staff. So many thanks to u all, you really made our wedding day extra special. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who is planning on getting married in Donegal, the grounds are beautiful and everyone was so helpful. Much love to all concerned Mr and mrs perry.

We had Sunday lunch at the carvery here. It was very good value and the food was great. Huge selection of starters and all the usual mains. Small children eat for free too which is brilliant.

Top class facilities and beautiful location, very friendly staff great atmosphere in the child friendy bar, I would rate this hotel top of my list when visiting donegal, a real gem.

We were at a wedding reception here and spent the night. The hotel is in a scenic location close to beaches and offers plenty of parking. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and kept really clean. The staff are very good and the wedding reception was excellent, especially the food. The hotel room was of a good standard as well. The beds in the room were very comfortable and the room was well equipped with a modern TV and tea making facilities. The bathroom was modern and clean and the shower was powerful. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with no sign up, no passwords and no dead spots. Download speeds were over 50 Mbps. Its the best I've encountered, which means something as I run a Wi-Fi installation business.

Finer funishing of the room needs a bit of a detailed look at, the bath panel and a loose light switch by the bed. Breakfast on the first day was good and plentiful, but not so on the second morning. Staff are very pleasant and we did have a lovely experience.

Great golfing long weekend.

Very warm welcome, staff excellent. Bar food excellent and not too badly priced. Bedroom basic but clean, could have been a little warmer. Will stay again in the not to distant future.
