This is an extremely welcoming guesthouse. Freda and John (the owners) are friendly and helpful beyond expectation. The rooms are clean and large and breakfast is plentiful and varied. I totally recommend this as somewhere to base youself so you can explore Kerry.

Very impressed for the price. 4 of us stayed in 1 room. The room was spacious very clean and beds super comfy. Outside and common areas belies how nice it is regards bedroom. Good option.

It's a delight to stay in a hotel where the owners care for their customers will go back again and again.

Lovely place into the nature, clean and tidy. We went there just for one night but was a very pitty, if I ll go there again, I gonna back for sure! 5 stars!

We had a great stay here, the breakfast was full & plenty, set you up for the day. Our room was big in size but could do with a revamp, the guesthouse it's self could do with revamping, but over all clean. We would stay again the price was ok for Killarney.

To the slightly low water pressure and the bright colors very nice accommodation. Not recommend for the Winter, since it is only a simple glazing and leaky Windows are available…

The reception was very friendly, the room large. The rooms are a bit outdated. But they are clean. Except for a few grease from cleaning the mirrors I have nothing discovered. We paid 59 € a night without Breakfast for a huge room. Kettle coffee tea etc was all up the room. For Breakfast I can say unfortunately nothing, since we have none.

Lovely B&B, the Best breakfast were we had in ireland. The rooms are beautiful. A really really good Service. Thanks for the good Time here.

It's a lovely quiet place and the staff r great id recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in killareny.

Very expensive for what you get, even for killarney. Located on a very noisy road, the rooms are far from silent. You can even hear the neighbors snore and on checking the person told me it was the quietest room they have! I couldn't flush the toilet twice in a row (you had to wait at least 15 minutes). When someone takes a shower and another opens the tap, the shower stops. On 3 out of 4 mornings, the white napkin on the table had spots despite the fact that we were the first just after opening the breakfast room. The walls of the breakfast room are not clean (spots of liquid and other stuff…). They serve a very basic continental breakfast (only white toast, no brown). The jams are industrial. The decoration needs to be refreshed in the rooms and in the public areas. As a compensation, they offered a discount (the breakfasts) on the price, that I consider honestly as insufficient.

Very clean with good food the owners could not do any more very helpfull with tips and pointers of were to go and do. We will be going back.

Horrible experience, room 114 dark, old and dusty. Insufficient ventilation, the only small window overlooked a very high wooden fence even a metre away from the room, no view. Bathroom very small.
Very old property, sound proofing non existent.
