Lovely, welcoming and wonderful freshly cooked breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for Eileen the host, even when we arrived at 10.30pm due to flight delays! The bedroom was clean and comfortable and the view from the bedroom window was a perfect way to start the day. Will definitely revisit again.
We felt like we were staying with family! Wonderful people and great hospitality. Thank you to Eileen and her husband who welcomed us in and treated us like family. Our boys became instant friends with their dog Blue. And we can't forget Dennis, who helped us with our plans for each day.

My partner &myself never stayed in a bnb before so didnt know what to expect. May I say this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Eileen is the nicest lady ever, so so friendly, we even got a pot of tea and bisciuts on arrival which was amazing. The rooms are fabulous and so clean. The breakfasts served there, you wouldnt get them in a 5star hotel they are top notch, I got the irish breakfast and my partner got pancakes and fruit. We loved their dog blue he is really part of the crew at the river meadows Have came back to waterford raving about the place to our families.
