Not enough words in the English language to describe how friendly and helpful the staff are. They went above and beyond. My family and I had a lovely meal there that I was lucky enough to win. I would highly recommend.

Hands down my fav hotel in cork. The staff are amazing. So child friendly and welcoming. Extra clean and safe. Will 100% be returning.

I am just back from a lovely stay in the hotel with my family. I cant recommend this hotel enough. The staff were fantastic especially Edel who was very accommodating to our requests and couldnt do enough for us. The rooms are spotless and the suite we stayed in was amazing! We also booked the cinema room and the kids loved it! I cant fault a thing about this hotel and all the staff were brilliant. We are looking forward to coming back again.

We had the Sunday Buffet for our daughters Birthday, fantastic choice and quality, Adults and kids all enjoyed themselves. The staff are lovely too friendly, Polite and efficient, we will be back.

Convenient hotel with pleasant personnel and good restaurant.
Oh ja and 5 minutes walk to the airport.

Had Easter lunch with family today. Cannot compliment the service and the staff enough. Was absolutely fantastic. The selection of starters, mains and deserts were excellent and everything was presented beautifully.
Great selection also for kids, and they were delighted with the Easter hunt and activities the hotel provided. Our only fault was we werent staying the night. We will be back. Highly recommend this hotel.

Had an overnight stay when returning from holidays, found the hotel to be perfect for the task. We had a very good diner in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was very filling and set us up for the onward journey home. Many thanks…

Rooms are big and spacious for our kids and always immaculate.
Reception staff are always nice and even remember us which makes us feel right at home.
Little playroom for kids and a cinema.
Breakfast staff are anyways friendly and courteous. There is a huge selection of food there.
Only ever had bar food but its very nice.
No complaints at all. Highly recommended family hotel.

We went to a craft fair here and it was well suited to the fair; 1. There is am ATM in the hotel which is needed as a lot of craft sales are cash only. 2. The hotel has good parking and is easily found on maps so people don't get lost. 3. The hotel had the business acumen to sell tea, coffee light food etc but not to overcharge, thats a wonderful thing to see. 4. You could have a main meal after the craft fair so the day can become an afternoon out for your family and granny.

Free breakfast if you book online on their website. Amazing meals, bedrooms and bathrooms. Just make sure to have a car if you want to stay here because it's so close to the airport which means it's far from everything else. Anyway there are buses I think. The staff is lovely and very professional. We had some problems with the payment and they had no problem to cancel it and start again with the check in process. Ask the chef for waffles on the breakfast they are delicious.

Room and staff was lovely, the only issue we had was the restaurant, I asked the waitress would it be possible to get potato and carrot mash with just boiled and mashed up with no salt or any other ingredients for my 6month baby, she said yes no problem, and then she landed with patato mash and carrot suip on top of it (witch contains milk, butter, salt pepper and what not) my baby cant tolerate lactose, and he is only 6 months thats why I asked for only patato and carrot nothing else in the mash, I did not say anything at the time because baby was to hungry to wait for the other mash, so just gave him bottle, and on top of that we had to wait 45mins for the dessert, and I seen the waitress face when she looked at me and realised that she totally forgot about our desserts, she tried to be very nice but we got annoyed anyways and our stay was not 100%

Very nice Hotel! Rooms are immaculately clean and modern and is the entire Hotel. Restaurant food is very good. Staff is attentive and professional. We only stayed one night, but would have been happy to stay a few more. You are in a business park so walking anywhere may be out of the question (but we had a rental car). Overall Very good.

We stayed here the night before flying back to the States. With one couple in our group of six having a flight that left at 6:00 AM, staying close to the Cork airport was imperative. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is about 200 yards from the rental car center which makes it very convenient. We had a delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. My only reason for not giving the hotel five stars is that we had requested the 3 rooms be adjoining or at least close together. The rooms we were assigned were about as far from each other as possible.

Always love a trip to Cork international. Spectacular food, luscious rooms, the staff are so friendly and attentive. Couldn't recommend it any more highly. Always a treat to visit.

Overall a very positive experience. While it's been a while that I stayed in any of the rooms, it's always a pleasure to visit. Bar & Restaurant have a solid selection of tasty food to quite acceptable prices, Staff is very helpful and supportive. Great experience overall.

When we arrived there was a wedding in the ball room and since our room was right above it we got the breakfast for free to make up for the inconvenience. Which turned out to be none at all because no sound of the wedding could be heard. Great service! Really great, spacious rooms.

Beautiful room, great breakfast. The lobby area is quite luxurious and the staff were lovely. It's right next to the airport which is very handy but you can't hear the planes inside so no downside really!

Good hotel… dear food but good and gym is really small… rooms are nice and loads of space… good one night stop.

Great place to stay and have drinks. Breakfast is great. Barman at night bar could be more experienced (he had to look up if there was a special way to make a martini), but that could be the hotel's fault, they might not provide enough training to employees. Overall a nice place for any use. Great service and modern comfortable rooms, they even have a few Google Chromecasts for guests, so you can use them if available.

We celebrated our youngest daughter's Communion here 3 years ago and this weekend we returned to celebrate yet again for our eldest daughter's Confirmation. As with the first time we had an amazing time at this outstanding hotel. Absolutely everything from start to finish has been fantastic and the entire experience was one of relaxation and quality. The food was delicious (our guests were raving about the meal from starter to dessert! ), the attention to detail was perfect and the staff went above and beyond in every way possible. I honestly love this fabulous hotel and can't recommend it, the food and it's fabulous staff highly enough. We'll keep coming back again and again. Thanks so very much to everyone.

Chic and modern, this hotel is beside the airport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant serves good food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ample car parking available onsite. City centre is a few miles away.

Upgraded our room to a suite which was lovely and had a lot of room for myself, my partner and my kid. The room was nice, clean and bright. Ate in the bar the first night and the lamb shank was so dry it was inedible, complained to a waitress as we were leaving, but she didn't do anything. Ate their a few other times before leaving, mostly just sandwiches as we didn't want to waste more money on inedible food. The breakfast in the hotel is excellent, my kid loved the chef made pancakes, cooked ingredients for hot breakfast were very good. The mini fridge in the rooms don't work, unless you call reception to get them turned on, which we learned too late. Generally happy enough, the restaurant experience aside, the hotel is excellent.

Very good hotel for a business trip. The rooms are large and very well finished. On holiday, still prefer the city centre.

Food was really good. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. If I was to recommend a time to eat it would be at Sunday lunch time as they have an extremely filling buffet. At this time there is also a person playing the piano. Definitely recommending it.

Just been for a meal tonight with friends. 3rd January in a row for us and never fails to impress. The food, the staff and the atmosphere … fantastic. A little gem that’s not always on the radar for dinner! Fantastic.

Myself and my sister's were there for women Little Christmas there was a garrath brook tribute band to play that night but the band cancelled at the last minute the staff were so apologetic they could not have done enough for us and everyone else who was there the meal was fantastic for and the entertainment they got was OK I really enjoyed my night and so did my family I would like to thank the staff for making the best of a bad situation well done to all of ye.

Hotel is really nice, staff were great. Room was really nice though the balcony door squeaked in the wind all night. Only one elevator on each side of the hotel, but never waited very long. Food at the restaurant was great though the service was poor. Location is fantastic, got the shuttle to the airport at 5am as we had lots of bags and a baby — didn't have to wait very long. Driver was courteous. Would definitely stay again for an early flight.

Been there for the Cork Chocolate Festival Diner and it was an absolute stunning experience. Food was superb as expected, but service was just wonderful. Very friendly staff across all stations, very warm and welcoming feeling…

Just visited today and had afternoon tea with my husband in the New Yorker Bar. Some initial confusion at reception regarding our booking but we got a very friendly welcome. All staff were friendly, professional and attentive. Really pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The brown bread with smoked salmon, Eton Mess & scones were stand outs. Think the bread used for the other sandwiches could have been a little more special than standard sliced pan. Lovely presentation. Overall a really lovely experience & so reasonably priced! Would recommend.

Just arrived home after attending a Convention held at the Cork International hotel — the decor was quirky and delightful, the rooms comfortable and well appointed, the food was delicious and the staff were amazing — friendly, accommodating and a joy to chat to! Thank you SO MUCH for such a glorious stay — I do hope that the convention in year's time is held back with yourselves!

Really enjoyed a short stay here. Great hotel. Walking distance to airport. Enjoyed fish and chips in the New Yorker bar, followed by nice vino! The €5 tray charge was good value to have the breakfast delivered to the room. Lovely Irish breakfast followed by fresh yogurt Lovely staff and ambience. Lots of parking and approximately 20 mins drive from Cork city. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great, original hotel with some really novel features, such as a toy room and a cinema room. Unfortunately these aren't brilliantly maintained (or guests don't look after them) so are largely unusable. The location is perfect for those going to the airport in the morning, however the grab and go breakfast (on offer before the restaurant opens) was woeful, offering simply tea and coffee, one juice (orange), stale croissants (No butter) and soft old apples. That is literally all there is to offer. The accommodation itself was immaculate, with facilities well thought out in the room and public areas. Room service was prompt and the food quality was excellent. On balance I would definitely stay again, it's just a shame some of the extras that would make it really stand out are just empty promises.

Very nice place to meet. Excellent staff and great service. Coffee served with aplomb. Free Wi-Fi and clean toilets. The decor is mixed modern with stack of coffee table books to browse.

Was upgraded to the Executive Suite upon check-in. Very large room with two single beds and one large bed (King? ) which was made of of to smaller beds connected together. Amazing water pressure in the shower! Lobby is very spacious with plenty of places to sit and hangout without having to be in your room and there is a different water with fruit in it served every day. The breakfast here has to be one of the biggest I have ever seen! The waffle made with sugar on it is one of the best I have ever had!

The rooms here are nice, but not extravagant (which is to be expected, considering the cost). The beds are are a bit stiff (heard complaints from other visitors regarding this as well). Breakfast buffet was nice and the waffles are BRILLIANT! Probably the best waffle I've had at a hotel in all my years. A true Belgian waffle. You CAN'T get any closer to the airport. You LITERALLY walk across the airport parking lot, and then you're there. I've yet to hear anything airplane, though!

Good Hotel. All the amenities offered in the advertising, there are. The location just a little outside of the city, a couple of euros in taxi to get to it. The room very spacious and nice, the bathroom large also. The breakfast very complete with a international area and an area Irish, so there was something for everyone. The staff is very good and welcoming, a pleasure to stay here.

Very nice and clean rooms. Friendly Staff. The star deduction there, because the food is terribly expensive and you just have to eat something when you arrives at half past 12 at night, and in the plane, no Snack and nothing else is in the vicinity.

The hotel lobby is very convenient for short business meetings and more.

Clean, friendly and the different scents throughout the hotel, the reception area has a different aroma to the Toilets, the cleanest and most colourful Toilets I ever visited. 10 out of 10 for originality. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No complaints. Decent rate, hotel looks great. It's just outside the city centre, about 8km so around 5 to 10 mins and your in the city centre. Hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly.

Clean hotel, staff who want to help. The ladies at the bar especially are lovely. Our room was clean, only issue small hole? / threadbare carpet near door, sorry, beds comfortable, great black out curtains.

Surprisingly nice! Only reason I ended up staying here is because of a problem with a hire car and was stuck in the airport. Paid for, what I thought was a normal double room, and ended up in a business class room which was HUGE — had a desk, sofa with arm chairs and of course a bed. Also go a cool view of the runway — you can't really hear the planes but you can see them.

Thia is a great hotel with excellent staff. The food is superb as are the the portion sizes. Also the view from the rooms are some of best in the county.

We were in Cork for the Springsteen concert (which was AWESOME! ) so stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly, they were OK with us leaving our bags at 8.30 am and not returning to check in until midnight! Room (with balcony) was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were first class. No complaints at all and I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone is really friendly, great service and lively design for a hotel. Looking forward to staying at the hotel again. :).
