I never like giving bad feedback but I stayed here just last night and everything else eas great but there was no kitchen to cook food, there was no kitchen at all, ive stayed in loads of places and this is the first ive come across with out kitchen facilities and there was no room for watching a tv, a bit disappointed.

Clean and presentable, way overpriced for what you get and facilities available. No bar either.

The same airport bus drops you off at the door! The room for 4 is very spacious although the bathroom was small!

It was the best hostel we were in than we were of the 3 we visited in Dublin.
The room was very spacious (4 bunk beds, 8 beds) and had an en suite bathroom inside the room. Everything was very clean.
The staff were very friendly, they helped us order a taxi to the airport.
The only downside I'd put was that you had to put it on and take it off yourself.

We stayed from 24.08 to 27.08 in room 401, with 4 adults.
The wallpaper comes from the wall. The bathroom is very small — and spiders feel at home there. The shower is so small I haven't gone showering.
The situation is positive.

Graceful staff, decent and clean facilities.

You can enjoy relaxing in the main room and reading from the libraries, but you can't cook, although you can pay for a full breakfast.

Stayed here for the weekend and wasnt anything like it said in the site very stuffy for a family room no windows or vents no lock in bathroom had to give key back every time we left wasnt very safe for our belongings, very noisy early morning! Only good thing was the bed and at that the sheets were tore very old decore needs updated, staff werent friendly didnt show us to our room as we got lost trying to find it would not stay here again way to dear for 2 nights 500 not worth it at all!

I've got to say something. Cheaper means cheaper. Want comfort look for something else. I'd even say another neighborhood. And if you don't believe it. And Lidl is next and the market with trays and barbershop with Russian girls.

Simple accommodation in a great, central location. While it is very basic of you plan on spending your time away from the hotel it's ideal. It's a five minute walk away from the busàras luas stop and a ten minute walk from O'Connell street. Suited to a weekend getaway for sightseeing and exploring Dublin.

I'm only giving this one star because the staff were nice. This hotel was not what was in the brochure. Everything is old dated. This place is not for older people unless you like climbing flight's of stairs. I was on the top floor it was very noisy from traffic out side. Breakfast I paid for was a plate of scrambled eggs. Never bothered going again. Over priced it's a stag party b+b at most.

Staff were good and helpful. The hotel not what you see in the brochure. Was on the forth floor feel each time old carpets leaking ceiling on the 3rd floor leaning staircase. Old window making it very noisy in the room from the traffic. Fried breakfast plate of scrabbled eggs. Paid 170 euro for 2 day's. Terrible. Got photos to prove.

The staff are not very friendly but they have good prices and it is clean. At night there is no noise even though this close To downtown. In the room there is only one shower and outside it there is another.

Very well placed, but poorly soundproof, the rooms on the street side spoil you the pleasure… Very friendly staff.

Great staff. Booked a hotel room. Right near the heart of the city and conveniently located on the bus route from the air port. Lots of nooks to sit and read of relax.

No breakfast, there is cold water.

It is a typical hostel in the centre of Dublin. The room I used was spacious and it was clean. The location is close to Dublin city centre, about 15 minutes walk. Breakfast closes soon, 10 am. The wash is always left at reception. There is No parking, but an agreement with a nearby one so that it comes out cheaper. The experience was expected for the price paid.

Good hostel close the city center. At 15 minutes from Temple bar. Clean room. But the bathroom a bit special…

Great location off O'Connell street. Very easy to get to from the airport. Reception is open 24 hours. A little tired looking, everything creaks as its an old building and the TV stopped working however thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Apartment near the center and the station, prices modest, clean, quiet, nn bad except the windows from which enters an air ke seems to be in Alaska.

Lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of tea and coffee available in the room, the addition of an iron and hair dryer was nice too.  Having to hand in your key every time you left the hotel, my shower door wouldn't close correctly and although it was only an hour in the difference checking out at 11 instead of 12 added to the negatives.  Its a solid budget hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It's okay if you want a comfortable bed and sleep with ear defenders on! Can hear everything the room next to you does due to terribly thin walls, not helped by the loud road outside which is poorly insulated too. Worth spending extra money if you are staying for more than 1 night to actually enjoy your stay.

Cheap for the Dublin level and well equipped with showers. But the abitaciomes of bunk beds may have as 20-30 people.

We stayed at the hostel. The showers were very poor. The beds were fine but not good. Overall, I would do it again above all because the price-performance ratio is right.

Nice city hotel. Well located so that you can quickly go to the hotel in between. We made most of the walk from here except the Guiness store house which is really on…

The location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean.

Location is good, not far from attractions and shopping. They provide discounted ticket to Parking facility few blocks away. Parking on the street is not recommended. Facilities are definitely outdated. Our room had window facing the street and we could hear everything that was going on there, even when we pulled the shade all the way down.

+ Really friendly staff. Clean room, ideal for young couples or travellers. Breakfast was more than descent. — Bathroom doesn’t have heating and has a very very small shower.

Hotel offering the essentials for a stay in dublin: clean and comfortable rooms, hearty breakfast. The location is great: the shuttle to and from the airport stops exactly in front of the Entrance. Compared to the centre (temple Bar Area) It is a 5 min walk. Recommended!

Just came back to Dublin and for 3 weeks stayed at a terrible place. After That moved over to the My Place Dublin Hotel. I find the staff very pleasant and my room is great. It's spacious and the mattress is a delight to sleep on & I am waking up with no back pain. I thought my company mentioned at booking that I had my cat with it, which unfortunately they didn't. But the manager was very nice about it. He checked if my Jellybean had a proper loo the state of the room to make sure all is ok and when I needed to extend my stay for 2 more nights they were very helpful. The only thing that is missing is a little fridge maybe. But other than this I found it a very pleasant stay!

Fantastic place to stay, very friendly staff excellent location, clean and cosy rooms. Thank you for making my vacation special. Definitely will be back.

Not a very fancy building but nice staff, very good position within Dublin, decent prices.

Good hostel. Good atención. Every thing is good.

Shocking. They cancelled the room claiming a refurb is happening weeks after booking. I do not believe they only found out about the 'refurb' today. This has just cost me another £200-£300 as hotel are fe and far between with Coldplay being in town. I shall be visiting them to check this 'refurb' when I travel. Beware everyone if your considering.

Horrible place with dirty and ruined dormitories with 20 beds inside a dark room with broken
windows.

It's an expensive hostel. We booked a double room with private toilet for more than £100 at night but the quality of the place is very poor. The way to our room was a labyrinth without lift. The room was very warm and only the 10% of windows was openable. But, it was facing to a noisy generator always on. From the room, you can clearly hear the steps of people located on the next floor. However, the room seems clean! I suggest this place only for very short stay and with a great discount.

Really nice and good atmosphere.

It is a pity that the room "Lee" where I stayed had a bad smell and I could not sleep at night sometimes because other guests were snoaring strongly. However, sharing a room with 20 people has been an experience and that's why 2 stars worth. Otherwise, if hotel weren't clean or noisy, I had not posted a comment. Just come over if you have low budget and you want to be close to Dublin City Centre. The location is very closed to Spire (about 300 meters approximately I think). Cheers!

Cheap and well placed but rooms little equipped and little spacious. Avoid breakfast at 7th, there is enough to eat much better in pubs and cafes around.

Terrible place. No elevators, we had to drag our suite cases up the stairs up to the third floor. The whole building has a smell of dusty old carpets and moldy walls. The worst thing: our daughter's i-pad disappeared from the room (rooms have "safety deposit boxes" that do not work and are there apparently for display only). There was no sign of braking in. We are 100% positive that the i-pad was left in the room, when we went for sightseeing. When we approached the manager, he made absolutely no attempt to investigate. He said that "theft by hotel personnel did occur in the past, but no more" and that "guests sometimes make up such stories. " Avoid this place at all costs.

Low profile hotel but neat and tidy. Very good breakfast.

Quiet and clean place, very close to the city centre and main attractions. We were accommodated in the winter and the radiator was broken. Other than that, the only "-" is the walls are not so thick, you can hear through them.

Very nice, cheapest and quiet room… everyone mind his or her business. I like it and would recommend it to everyone.

One of the worst places in Dublin! Two of the rooms got no windows!

Breakfast ok, you can even order fresh eggs (but you need to know …). Wifi only in reception. Location is quite ok. The rooms were large and the beds ok. Bathroom a minor disaster: (

Place perfect to know people and to let them things to to kick the city. Showers and toilets floor below. Dining room and living room of meeting floor penthouse. Bus 747 of the airport passes right by front. 5 min walk to the spire. No problem.

This is a well staffed, comfortable place in a good location that keeps a good price. Couldn't ask for more.

Only used it to sleep due to knowing people in the city. Really clean and staff was very helpful. Not much going on inside the hostel but then again I was there in the off season. I highly recommend it. Stayed at an 18 person room.

The express bus stop is not far from the hotel where we are staying, the "My Place Dublin", a 2 star hotel/hostel, located in a Georgian palace in the centre of Dublin in the vicinity of Connel Street and Connolly railway station. Street. The room is not really the maximum, unlike how it is described and above all very different from the photos and also the bathrooms are not the best, especially for the smell of sewage that comes from the shower area, to overcome the problem we took the ambits Pur said that said it all…! The room is on the second floor of the structure, under roof, with one window and blind bathrooms. Exact bathrooms… because WC and shower were separated by a wall and then in the room there were 2 doors (but throw down the wall and create a single ambiente… no?!?! ) plus they did not close, we had to arrange using the mini bathroom basket as a door stop!
In the room there were no wardrobes (the "pseudo wardrobe" was a kind of Ikea shelf), neither desk nor chairs, just a miserable bedside table occupied entirely by telephone and lamp to be divided between the 2 beds. The only positive note of the structure, in addition to the strategic position and the services of transport, concerns the excellent reception and availability of the staff, but for everything else described above, it is certainly better to avoid this hotel/hostel.

I slept in the dormitory, €10 night, very nice atmosphere, suitable showers and kitchen has the floor with tv. Full refund of the reservation if you cancel 2 days minimum before. Very decent offer :).

Hotel located close to the Centre, where my friends and I have inserted for 2 nights. Aside from the cost really low, the rooms are small and really at the limit of the standard. Not to mention the bathroom, clean but really tiny. My room was located in the basement where to get there you had to pass a corridor-style "salami or hams hanging"! Also my friend who has booked had realized that the standard breakfast was included, instead you had to pay extra to have the full version. I recommend it to those who don't do too many problems for the location close to the Center and to the cost per night is negligible, but removing these 2 things is not that negative reports.
