Lovely staff. Very good location, easy walk to centre of Galway.

My wife and I stayed here July 2018. The only plus was the bed was clean and the breakfast was nice. The room was so small we had to climb over our luggage to get into bed. The shower was so small we could not shower properly. The TV was so high up it was impossible to watch. At 135Euros per night this is just totally overpriced. I would not recommend this B&B to anybody and certainly won't be going back. The staff were nice and did apologise when I raised my concerns but told me there was nothing they could do…

Our cramped double-room with a squeaky bed cost almost a hundred per night, and the people in the neighboring rooms were slamming doors and shouting at each other in the middle of the night (admittedly not the place's fault). On the upside the staff were friendly, the location is close to the center and the breakfast is decent.

The bedroom was okay but not worth the price we paid as it was small and cramped The showers thermostat was terrible as it went hot and cold. The service in general was very poor. Staff came across as fake and unpleasant in general. Food was okay. Credit card was preauthorised and was charged twice. Would never recommend it to any one to stay there again.

Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, very nice dining area for breakfast it looks like it may have been recently refurbished in there. Overall we found it great value for what we paid.

Good location, only a small but pleasant walk from the city center. Room at the beginning clean, but during our stay was never passed the vacuum cleaner, to change the bag of trash I had to put it in front of the bathroom door (dopo4giorni). Sink out of the bathroom, and OK overflights on the thing, but on the bathroom door broken no (basically it was just resting on the ground and standing by a piece of wood at the top, so x enter you had to lift it from the outside with both hands, idem X exit had to open it who Was in the room with you, otherwise I could not make the necessary pressure! ) Breakfast included, good, 8/10. Character of the owner a bit snappy. Sins on the door x enter the evening: The owner is not present in the evening, so all customers have the key, except that if you unfortunately do not fit the key or if your partner goes with the keys and does not hear you re-enter there is no emergency number, you have to play and shoes that someone wakes up and you come to open.

Very nice and friendly. We tried to fit for in one room and were really cramped. Not their fault. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were very comfortable. The hot water ran out so we just showered in the evening. Very close to everything. Eyre Square, lots of castles.

Great place to stay and explore Galway! 10 minuts walking to Eyre Square and shopping and entertaining streets. Nice room with confortable bed and breakfast included. Very friendly staff! Definitely we'll comeback here!

Very warm and well sure. Large buffet breakfast with choice. The more an electric kettle with coffee and tea in the room. Own place.

We stayed with Eddie and Helen for the last time in September of 2011. They are the most amazing hosts.

Great location Eddie and Helen fix a great breakfast help you with travel plans and are all around great hosts. Helen's homemade scones are wonderful. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience at the Four Seasons B&B in Galway. The hosts, Eddie and Helen are interesting, charming and very helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable and breakfasts were delicious. Location is convenient with an easy walk to Bus or Train or downtown Galway. We recommend it highly.
