Good Atmosphere, Nice Service especially Name Ria Server at the Restaurant.
But there no laundry for long staying guest, no Coffee break or snack. And no welcome Card at room.
Overalls good.

Fast internet, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service make this hotel a great place to stay. The food is amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond. Will definitely come back!

Good value comfortable hotel in the city centre. The rooms are comfortable excepting a very small toilet cubicle.
Breakfast is plentiful but not especially tasty. Nice pool area.

This hotel is a typical airport hotel, within just 10 minutes driving distance. You don’t stay here because of the neighbourhood.

Didn't stay for the night but I do often come here for wedding. The hall is spacious, as well as the parking lot. Foods also taste delicious, toilet is clean, and the lobby smells good friendly staff.

I love it here! Stayed for 4 nights as a solo traveler and it was a fantastic experience.

Bery pleased with the overall experience. The service was fast, professional and exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled smoothly and the quality was exceptional.

Nice room. Everything worked well from AC, TV, hot shower. It got sajadah but no mukena. Water heater (for drink) was a bit rusty, but there was a dispenser on hotel hallway.

It is an old hotel near the Losari Beach.
It is really close to the 'pusat oleh-oleh' at Somba Oou street.
The breakfast is okay. Just quite weird that they served liquid creamer.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santika Makassar. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional.

Staying 2 days here was an experience. This hotel is good location because near to Pantai Losari and center city. Food is delicious.

Quite decent. In terms of location, literally next to a mall so that's a plus. The hotel itself is quite old but well-preserved.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the Telkom office, which made my business trip much easier.

Was checked into room 728, was disappointed as the room with strong smoking smell and looking aged. Requested change the room and given room 805, which is much better.

The building may look a bit old, but it’s fully functional and has a classic charm.

Excellent Service! Spacious lobby, cozy room, and it thas a very large ballroom. In love with the pool, because it has a mini playground alongside the pool. Various breakfast menu.

Room was great, got upgraded to family suite. Gym were decent, breakfast have much variation as u would expect from 3 star hotel.
