This is a nice hotel, pretty cheap and you can walk to the city center for 10-15 minutes. Recommended place to stay.
Poorly maintained hotel, dirty, messy, spider webs on my water kettle, dirty sheets and horrible view if you get low floors (below 5th) overall low value for money! Ah. And breakfast was not ready until 7.15 AM … Way too relaxed working environment here!

Sorry to say this is the worst hotel experience I had ever. Couple days ago we spent 2 nights here. Booked 4 excecutive rooms (2 ocean view, 2 mountain view) and… here what we got : 1. We had to wait more than an hour for check in (FYI it was 3.30 PM but they didn't finish yet clean up our room, how come?! ) More over. They didn't say sorry at all for making us waiting. Funny :) 2. Service and hospitality are under standard. Please improve. 3. Checked in and. There is no electric teapot, sugar, tea and coffee sachet in my room, no towel in my friend's room 4. The executive ocean view on 5th floor is no ocean view. They must be joking. 5. I already said sooo many times clue about typing the bill guests but they made me waiting for long time and… false again and again (bill guests revised until 4 times) Conclusion : Please improve your quality and service. I think it gonna be the first and the last time I got here and I think I can't recommend this place to my friends. Sorry. Hope the other people will get the better quality when coming here.
