Not a trendy with a big major brand of chain hotel, but this hotel is a super friendly family-owned hotel. In fact, I love this place. The management is very helpful. I had a problem due to double booking, but they patiently assist me and taking care of the problem professionally. Whenever I stop over in Cakranegara, I will definitely come and stay here. Quick note: they have yoga studio in the back of their building. You can join one of their many classes. Try to stretch that old muscle folks! They will also have a new spa that will be opened in few months. I’m looking forward to try it.
The garden is beautiful and well taken-care, the coffee house is cozy, and the sofa is fine.

They are scammers. We just got notified that our credit card had been copied and 10million rupies got withdrawn at exactly this hotel. How could this be at a decent hotel? We will inform police as well. A total disgrace for tourism.
