I booked this place via Airbnb and was shocked by the condition of the accommodation. Black mold on the mattress, hair and mold in the shower, heavy dirt, thick spider webs, musty smell, and an open, moldy floor with sharp protruding boards – a serious injury risk.
The roof was unstable with rusty nails sticking out, the room was extremely dark with insufficient lighting.
On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
This place is unacceptable in terms of health and safety – I could not stay and reported the case to Airbnb.
Warning to all travelers: Please check carefully before booking here.
Fortunately we got the refund from air bnb because they also saw that the conditions were unacceptable.

The hotel is a scam. I booked the hotel througj trip. Com. While I am writing this I am still in front of the hotel. I have been waiting for 30 minutes but noone opened the door. The guard dogs were barking at us. The road to the hotel is awful.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was about to check in to the hotel at 4.15 PM on February 28, 2025 Indonesia time. But there was no response from the guard. Only a dog barked at us.
We were waiting for a while then I was about to leave when I saw some locals. I asked them about the hotel and they said usually a guard is standing by.
So I called the hotel number from Trip. Com and someone responded. The lady asked the guard to come and pick me in front of the hotel.
I backed my car up on a horrible road. It is only a 3 meters wide road. The road is dangerously near a cliff. Imagine that I had to drive back!
Then I got off from the car, I saw a guy standing in front of the gate but he was busy with the phone. He did not even approach us until I shouted at him.
He said he just changed staff and arrived. He was downstairs and did not hear us (and the dog barking? ).
I called the hotel again and I said that if the place is filthy and not working, I only want to stay for a night and please refund my money.
She let me see the place first.
Of course I observe the place. The pool is no water. The grass is high. The room is filthy, the water runs slow. No hot water. The room is dark. Even outside is not that bright. But I have no choice.
