Super nice and Clean Room.
I booked 2 rooms and all room clean and tidy.
But The Staff was Very Bad… really disapointed.
1st of all, when we checkout, I asked already to check all our bill,.
They gave the invoice and we paid.
2nd, after we leave they said they forgot to put few bills and ask for pay more.
I mean, I dont mind to pay the bill, but I was in Bogor for business trip, and the staf maybe 5 or 6 person with different number keep calling me, texting, make me uncomfortable, share my id card, my instagram etc.
I dont mind to bring this case to the police, Hotel have to understand that Hotel have all responsibility for ensuring all the bill is paid. If staff mistaken then its hotel fault. As a customer, I dont have that responsible to pay. Anyway. I still paid id but the Staff is such rude and unproffesional.

First time here. No towels and bath mat were provided at the time, we came to the room.
The room is ok.
Location is quite good, close to the Bogor botanical garden.

It’s a transit hotel I think. Quiet small room, no pool, small parking space (but there’s valet service if it’s running out of parking space). But if you only need bed for sleep and rest at night, it’s a quite good choice. Bed quite clean, there’s some stain here and there but not many. Bathroom floor is staining and there’s no soap holder.
