Stayed here for 5 nights and overall has great experience. Might return here again, if I need to stay nearby Karawaci area.
Kinda confused tho with all of bad reviews that complained about max check-in rule by 10 PM — while it's been stated clearly on the OTA reservation details 😅. Hence, have no problem with it.
Pros:
— Wi-Fi works really well, I can do my works and online meetings here with no problem.
— AC is quite cold.
— The surrounding! It's located at a really quiet neighborhood — makes it a really great place to relax and have staycation! ❤️
— Generally, the room and front alley is clean.
— Netflix access is available with the smart TV.
— Rooftop can be a great place to mingle or enjoy your alone time.
— Lighting inside the room is well-lit and enough power socket.
— Water dispenser is available on every level.
— Decent hygiene amenities (towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap-shampoo)
— The bed quality is really nice, even better than some of the renowned hotel. I really have great sleep during my stay period.
Cons:
— Sometimes the keeper is nowhere to be seen. There was one time that I wanted to ask the keeper to clean my room when I go out. However, can't find the keeper. Hence, I must wait for tomorrow to clean the room.
— During my first day, it seems like the toilet closet hasn't cleaned properly and smelled kinda bad. Need to ask for further cleanup.
— After first cleaning, it seems like the keeper changed the sheet. However, there are some stains and holes on the sheet. Hopefully there'll be more proper checks in the future from the keeper on the overall amenities.
