We are joyful hotel prima ballroom best place ever for special event.

It was a pleasant stay. They gave us Corner room, which feels more spacious. We can even see the sea from the 5th fl! The room is updated and modern, cozy too. Somehow I feel that the bed is not as big as usual Queen size… (or is it because the room was very spacious it dwarfed the bed? ) The room are clean, but the hallway carpet need more cleaning. Pool, Ok. Kids loved it. Breakfast: OK too, could use some more variation though. overall, OK.

NOT RECOMMENDED! tgl 4-6 july, 2018 kami kirim tamu ke hotel prima cirebon ini, Kami booking secara professional melalui email tapi kami tidak pernah dibalas, begitu juga dengan bukti pembayaran tidak pernah diresponse, dengan baik, serta tagihan yang mereka lakukan tidak sesuai catattan dari tamu kami 01. Kamar tidak siap untuk dihuni masih dalam keadaan kotor, extra bed sesuai booking tidak tersedia, setelah itu mereka hanya menyediakan kasur meminta tamu kami untuk tidur di lantai. Setelah kami telp disediakan extra bed yang kotor membersihkannya didalam kamar 02. Tidak tersedia kulkas didalam kamar 03. Pada saat makan pagi di salad ada ulatnya Kami booking 1 x twin bed plus extra bed.
