The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked properly, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. Wi-Fi was stable enough for work and streaming without issues.
Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and regularly refilled, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Hotel staff were polite, responsive, and professional from check-in to check-out.

A family-friendly hotel with plenty of children's activities. I stayed there during the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately, some of the activities aren't free. Free activities include a mini zoo, archery, mini golf, mini becaks, and bicycles. Paid activities include painting, batik making, arts and crafts, and more. You also have to pay to use the animal-shaped swimming rings (IDR 50, 000 per hour for a medium ring, and IDR 50, 000 per half-hour for a large ring).
Perhaps because there are currently very few 4-star hotels from major hotel groups in Cirebon City, Aston is taking advantage of this opportunity to make some extra money. Compared to 4-star hotels in other major cities, the children's activities are all free, especially during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The Junior Suite room here is comfortable and very spacious. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is quite varied.

From the very beginning, Mr. Seven, the duty manager, provided exceptional assistance and ensured a seamless arrival experience. All staff members delivered warm, attentive, and highly professional service throughout our stay.
The hotel is exceptionally family-friendly, with an excellent swimming pool and a wide range of engaging activities for children, including a mini zoo, horse riding, basketball, and archery—there was never a dull moment.
The food was delicious, with a good variety and excellent quality.
I had planned to try the golf facilities but happily missed the opportunity, as I was busy accompanying my children enjoying the hotel’s activities.
An excellent choice when staying in Cirebon—Aston is truly the right place to stay. Highly recommended.

Best hotel in Cirebon. Room is spacious and great. Many facilities including driving range and nice swimming pool. Would be better if there's proper jogging track as well. Location is great not far from Malls (grage mall and CSB). Staff are friendly and helpful.

It's one of those hotels where all the facilities are incredibly complete, so even spending a whole day just at the hotel is satisfying. The service is friendly, and the room is also very clean, although you can still hear a little bit of noise from outside. For in-room entertainment, there's Netflix and YouTube. It's very suitable for those who want to vacation with their family. The breakfast menu is delicious, the swimming pool is clean, and there's a mini zoo. I was very happy staying here.

I stayed in cirebon. Amazing hotel and Dining experience. We were served by Lia who helped us make a choice. Service and food were outstanding. She took care of every detail we mentioned. Right from our appetizers to main course and dessert her suggestions were spot on and excellent. If you ever dine at Oasis in Aston please look out for Lia. Keep it up Lia.

The best hotel with kiddos, so many activities for children in weekend there is painting, mini golf, riding horse,pool, mini zoo, and others. Breakfast is good. and also thank you for hotel staff Ms. Nurin for the best service she give our kids cookies and she concern with our stay experience. will definitely be back.

When we checked in we got first a smokers when booked asked for non smoking. We got no explanation on the time for the breakfast or opening times for the swimming pool. Breakfast has almost no options for western food if that is what you want you better go to the Swissbell. Walls of the rooms are like paper you will here everything from the next door neighbours and on the hallway. We wanted to swim at 18:30 but the pool closes at 18:00. So don't expect to go around Cirebon and then take a swim that is not possible.
Good things are the showers and the pool is the best in Cirebon.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite positive. The front office staff were pleasant and friendly, and I received an upgraded room that was spacious, clean, and convenient. The staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs.
I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was excellent. However, I encountered an issue during a meeting with a large group, as we experienced difficulties with the sound system that could not be resolved for the remainder of the day.
In summary, despite the technical issue, I consider Aston a great place to stay.

I stayed at Hotel Aston Cirebon for a business trip and decided to bring my family along, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The hotel service was excellent, with staff always ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of.
What truly stood out were the family-friendly facilities. They have a mini zoo, becak rides for kids, a painting activity area, a mini golf course designed for children, and a kids’ pool. These amenities were a huge hit with my son, and the staff managing these activities were attentive and friendly, making the experience even better.
The food at the hotel was good, though I wouldn’t call it exceptional. However, the variety and quality were satisfying enough for both adults and kids.
If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking a room with a view of Gunung Ciremai. The clear and picturesque mountain view from the room adds a peaceful touch to your stay and is truly worth it.

Im currently staying at this hotel, I have been calling the FO for more than 15 minutes, no one picked up, BUT when I called the hotel with my cell phone they picked it up after it rang once! Saying sorry and with thousands excuses… and my laundry that was promised being sent to the room never came.

The only downside is that it is far from everything. Room is very clean and spacious. 3 (I think) of swimming pool. Few nice activities for kids such as archery, becak riding, basketball and mini golf. Will seriously consider when I visit Cirebon again.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Aston Cirebon! The breakfast was always a highlight of my day, especially the croissants—I never missed having them. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, impeccably clean, and provided everything I needed for a restful experience. I can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended.

This the best hotel in Cirebon. The big rooms and nice ambiance. Food was pretty perfect. Breakfast has a huge spread and super taste. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Overall it was a perfect stay and hope to stay again.

Family friendly hotel with beautiful views. I got a room with a view of Mount Ciremai, and for breakfast all the menus were delicious. Many facilities such as swimming pools, bicycles, zoo etc. The staff are all friendly. Overall good. Will come back here again when I go to Cirebon.

Stay at room 917 for one night with my Wi-Fi, room are exellent they have a big room, pool are big really suitable for family and plenty of kids activity. And I really enjoy breakfast at restaurant food really nice, service team restaurant also exellent start from beggining untill I finish eating. Makasih pak agung dan mas kay.
