A perfect place for a family gathering. I made the reservation via WA (bit cheaper haha), and everything was smooth and trustworthy. I paid the required deposit in advance and settled the remaining balance on the day we checked in.
We stayed in the Bengkiray Villa, which comfortably accommodated six adults. It has four large bunk-style single beds and one king-size bed. The location is close to the main road, making it easy to access.
The service was excellent—the staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We were able to cook since the villa provides a single-burner stove, and cooking utensils as well as a clothes drying rack were available upon request. The bathroom was clean. We can watch Netflix and chill.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The bedroom cleanliness could be better—the mattresses and blankets were a bit dusty, the floor felt slightly dirty, and it would be great if the room could be vacuumed before guests arrive. The lighting in the Bengkiray Villa was also a little dim and could use some improvement.
The swimming pool was a bit cloudy during our stay, possibly because we checked in on a Sunday before the maintenance team had a chance to clean it.
The surroundings were beautiful, with a cool climate, plenty of flowers, and lush greenery that made the atmosphere feel fresh and relaxing. Breakfast is served as a set meal rather than a buffet, but it was delicious.
