Hello, I just want to share a few moments of my experience visiting the Aston Sentul Hotel,
It really gives a good impression, starting from the arrival of the receptionist, the restaurant service and the room cleaning service, especially Galih as the room attendant who tidied up my room, it was very clean and gave me extraordinary effort so that when I asked everything about the hotel He always answered skillfully and well.
The staff at the restaurant and the FO are also good…
In the future I will visit again.

I stayed for two nights in a suite room with my family. The staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the room was clean with some nice welcome snacks. The reception provided a great room with a stunning view of the mountains and lake.
Pros:
-Friendly and attentive staff.
-Smooth and easy check-in process.
-Good facilities and nice view.
-The environment is very kid-friendly. You can take your children on a boat ride around the lake, where they can enjoy feeding the ducks and geese.
Cons:
-Parking can be a bit challenging. The parking structure is located within a multi-story building, and the access is narrow, which can be difficult if you're driving an MPV. It requires extra caution when navigating.
-One time, I was frustrated when I returned to park and found no signs indicating the parking building was full. There was no staff at the entrance to direct me, so I had to drive all the way to the top floor, only to come back down because there were no available spots. It would be helpful to put up a sign indicating when the parking is full to avoid wasting time for guests.
-The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ranging from Western to Asian dishes. However, in my opinion, the flavors didn't quite stand out. I believe there is room for improvement in taste. So when I ordered room service for dinner, the food was excellent, so I know the kitchen can deliver great flavors.
