I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Santika Pasir Koja Bandung! From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
A special appreciation goes to Mr. Ridwan from the Reception, who provided outstanding service. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His professionalism and kindness truly made a positive impression and added great value to my experience at the hotel.
The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the hotel’s location is perfect — close to the city center yet peaceful and relaxing.
Thank you Hotel Santika Pasir Koja Bandung, and especially Mr. Ridwan, for the excellent hospitality. I will definitely come back and highly recommend.

I stayed at Hotel Santika Pasirkoja Bandung for my wedding preparation and had an amazing experience. Even though I didn’t inform the hotel in advance that I would be using the rooms for wedding prep—with vendors like MUA, WO, and photo/video crews coming in and out—the hotel staff was very accommodating and never made us feel uncomfortable.
I also requested an extra small bench for my parent in the bathroom due to knee problems, and the hotel provided it quickly and with no hassle.
The best part? They didn’t charge us any additional fees at check-out. Truly outstanding service!
One of the staff even asked during breakfast how the wedding went—it was such a small but meaningful gesture that made us feel truly cared for.
Highly recommended for anyone planning their wedding preparation in Bandung. Great hospitality, thoughtful service, and an overall pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santika Pasirkoja Bandung for my wedding prep. I didn’t tell the hotel beforehand that we would be using the rooms for wedding preparation, which included lots of vendor crews moving around (MUA, WO, photo & video teams). But the hotel was super accommodating and didn’t make it an issue at all.
I also asked for a small bench in the bathroom for my parent who has knee problems, and the hotel provided it quickly—really thoughtful service.
When we checked out, there were no extra charges even though the rooms were quite busy. That was truly the best!
A sweet highlight: one of the hotel staff asked me during breakfast how my wedding went. Such a simple gesture but it really touched me.

It's our first option to stay in Santika hotel when we had a family trip to Bandung. We've been staying in their Jakarta, Surabaya and Jogjakarta hotels and always satisfied.
The room design in Bandung hotel resembles a budget one though, and unfortunately not sound-proof (my hubby awaken several times of traffic noise). Bathroom is also small.
However we have a pleasant breakfast 'feast' consist of variety of the west and the east menu. The veggies in the salads bar and Pecelan is fresh, and the pastry is yummy. We appreciate the Cappuccino and Late provided by teteh (Sundanese for 'sister') Mala and friends who are amazingly kind and friendly.

Booking this hotel, just because nearby Immanuel hospital, Pasir Koja.
Lebaran period, of course rate should be paid in double price, and get the room from my travel agent, since MYVALUE app was not available for that period, it's mean NO SPECIAL TREATMENT for loyal customer like me (us)?
Booking 'Hollywood" type room, considering the same room like in Santika Pasir Kaliki.
You know what?
After check-in, I was very super duber surprise, since the room is very small for 3 of us (OMG! ) :
— 14m2 (I thought same as Santika Pasir Kaliki which have 24m2 for same room name (Hollywood type).
— Even 2 luggage's have not space,
— Bathroom is small and wet, since no door in shower room.
— TV is very old model and 32" small and cannot enjoy the TV cable, since signal is poor and channel are limited. This was making us not enjoy in the room!
— Location is far away from downtown. You only have 1 choice, to go to south of Bandung through toll, even when you want to go to Lembang, you need take the route via toll, to maximize your time.
— Soundproof room is worst, since noisy sound from next room and upper floor is very2 annoying and make my boy cannot sleep well!
— Window is so small and cannot enjoy the city view.
— Lack of staff, so take longer for every request.
When I was asking to upgrade our room to bigger space, they don't have another type, only 2 suites and full book already!
I really disappointed with this experience and promise not to stay here for next time.

Been here for about a night. The service is good, the food is yummy, the room is pretty good. I stayed at the 8th floor so, the view outside the window is nice. The location is strategic.

Overall great experience. Rooms are slightly smaller than average. The hotel in general is very clean & well maintained. The rooms are also tidy, although there was some mould on the ceiling in our room. Breakfast is pretty basic. Good value for the money, especially if you're on the move and looking for short stay.

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in Bandung. Clean and quiet room, hotel is relatively new, no bad smell or anything, good service and good breakfast (excellent coffee! ), comfortable bed, working AC, TV has plenty of channels, and a hotel employee wash our car in the morning.
What I don't like about the hotel (and I'm being nitpicky here) :
— no shower curtain/ glass door separator (between shower area and closet area) in the bathroom. Everytime we finished taking a shower, the bathroom floor is wet and kinda slippery, so we need to walk extra careful.
— small swimming pool and so is the room.
— while we appreciate the car wash service, I think it'd be better if the hotel asks the guest first whether they'd like to have their car washed (some car enthusiasts may object to this)
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if you plan to go around in Bandung.

All the staffs were polite and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breafast was great and spoil of choice.

Speaking of food, the dining options at the hotel are truly impressive. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, featuring both traditional Indonesian dishes and international selections. Each meal I had was satisfying, making it a highlight of my stay.
What really made my visit memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the staff, especially Mr. Berry Media. His warm welcome and attentiveness made me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. It’s clear that the staff here are dedicated to providing top-notch service.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Santika Pasir Koja was wonderful. I can’t wait to return and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer again!

Great service, the food was also excellent with many options but still good in each menu. The people also very friendly, we had a long chat. The pastry is delicious, especially the mango ones. Coffee here is also great I had ice americano and it’s balanced.

The room is very neat and clean, make it felt so comfortable. The hospitality is top notch, everyone is very nice and helpful. Also their restaurant has decent foods with a friendly staffs as well, to mention some of them: Samuel, Mala and Mey. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

The best breakfast in town at the area. Salute for all staff of the restaurant. Laundry service and room service are good and fast response. It's great value money.

The receptionist and waiter are very thoughtful and warmly welcome the guests. Mba Mala and Mas Zul, in particular, continually asking whether I need any more food or drinks. Also, Mas Zul offers to refresh the juice because I keep refilling mine. I genuinenly enjoyed my stay here.

Breakfast was delicious with many choices of tea and coffee, fresh juice (is a plus for me). Snack from west java and great hospitality from Pak Beri and Mala…,,, Room also comfortable and clean. Thank you Santika Hotel Pasir Koja…

The Hotel is nice, I really like the view. The room is little bit small but OK.
All the staffs nice and humble.
The pool little bit big but it looks like dirty, perhaps need to be cleaned regularly.
The food in the resto all delicious, we like it. The staff mba Mala and kang Asep are nice and humble.

Strategic location, near toll access.
Rooms are good, well maintained and clean. Service also great, all officers and staffs very friendly.
Provide smoking room as well, and for smoking rooms the furniture is in good condition and everything works well.
