Overall, for a IDR ~200k room, it is marvelous and offering great value of money.
(+) Clustered location, landed houses within apartment complex.
(+) Close to ITB university complex.
(+) Minimarket ready in front of apartment.
(+) Very spacious room and large bed.
(+) Clean in-room toilet, separated with hot shower room.
(-) No provided soap, shampoo, and towel.
(-) No complimentary mineral water and Wi-Fi.
(-) The receptionist is not always ready and not always easy to contact, but the security can help some administrative stuffs.
(-) cleanliness of the house (not the room) is not fully aesthetic, but proper enough for short stay.
