My second Sweden Admitted event is here. Overall, nice hotel. The only drawback is that it's not located directly in the main road of Rasuna Said. So it's not really obvious. The lobby is in the right side. I got surprised. Or maybe there's a lobby in the front? The food is good. The ballroom is also nice.

Nice stays, big ballroom, strategic location.

I only came in one confrence room, the layout, situation, snacks, drinks, and meeting room are okay. The hotel was clean and neat. The guest officer were generous and ready to help you with their hospitality.

Strategist place yet a bit old buulding. Nice place for goverent events. They have ballroom for 800-1800 paxs and poolside party up to 300 paxs.

Very nice place, sober staff, good facility, excellent city view.

Built in 2012 this 4star hotel is big with over 25 stories. What I like most is the bed and pillows. Breakfast though is not as what I had expected from a 4 star hotel.

Best hotel in Kuningan area and located in the downtown. Five stars hotel with full service and I really enjoyed my time stayed here. Wi-Fi, pool, spa and gym available. Once I asked cool mineral water in the middle of the night and they served it quickly. I'm very pleased with it.

Looking from its outer building, it has given me lil doubt when I first arrived. Once I entered the building, I was so amazed, the interior was nice and I must say it's as good as 5 stars hotel. Good thing about it is the pool and the beautiful view that surrounding the pool area.

A bit old Hotel and the location abit hard to access if you not use a GPS you can find how hard to find this hotel. The Wifi is very slow, but the price / night is very acceptable in the premium street like Kuningan street The breakfast variety is average and the taste is average too. But if just need to fulled up your stomach the breakfast still ok. The room is big but a bit feel dusty. Overall if you need a 4 star up hotel with good price in premium area, and average experience you can stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel, but for me not too comfort.

I always stay in Royal Kuningan if I have event in Jakarta. The hotel is comfort and the price is not very expensive.

Good room good design. Good service.

Strategic location in Kuningan area. So close to Corruption Eradication Commission or KPK. Big hotel. New hotel but relatively low maintenance. Some of the furniture in the room look old (mirror, cabinet). Not so clean. But they have good menu in their restaurant.

My cousin took this place for her wedding and asked me to help her. 1. The staff who was responsible for the hotel's wedding organizer (WO) are very unprofessional. When they ask us to do something, they didn't really care about what we do at the moment. I got a task to be the reception of the wedding. The WO staff makes me do my job when the make up wasnt even finished! She hurry me up when I havent get dressed properly. I even finished my make up in lift, and she still hurry me up when we havent even arrived at the destined floor. Even though the wedding starts only 1, 5 hour after that! 2. Still the hotel's WO staff attitude, they literally laughing when the guests who came reached the maximum number at the point. They said these beside me! "Ah, they (my family) will need to order more food because there are already 900 guests in the ballroom. The food won't be enough. We are 'Royal Hotel', we should be Royal" and I heard from my mom that the hotel staff calls my aunt (who responsible for the food) several times to order more food. 3. When the bride, groom, and their family wants to come in the hall, they make the guests wait outside without further explanation (only said: "Mrs/Mr. Do not come in right now") or said "just come in to the hall right now" hurriedly. Even though there are senior guest. 4. They talk to us like a staff who work for them, without showing their politeness.

Nice hotel but hardly to find.

I went here to attend my friend's wedding ceremonial. This hotel has a nice balroom.

Here, every stay is a good stay for me.

New construction building that looks already old, very pour service, the bar is sad, breakfast has no quality, workers are not experienced at all! do not fully understand english and give wrong informations. There is nothing "royal" in that. I can continue forever with defects of this structure. To check out I request à taxi that was never called.

You must pay idr 5000 if your car has got into the hotel area for more than 2 minutes.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. They can take their time in cleaning room service tray.

The price and the location.

Good swimming pool but very bad service this hotel. No respect of the receptionist when I was talking and cannot get parking slot. Cable TV often get "no connection". Very not recomended.
