Simply amazing stay at Raffles Jakarta — very personalized welcome experience in our room. Scenic pool & garden area. Conveniently connected to the shopping mall. The artist suite we stayed in was just fantastic. Everything our little baby boy needed was already placed in the room (baby bed, sterilizer, baby bathtub and more). We had breakfast and lunch at Arts Café and also would like to highly recommend this restaurant, even though you are not staying at the hotel. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious!

I love the interiors, the design along the hall, and everything in between. Spacious room, great hospitality. They also provide the bathrobe from Oscar Lawalata’s design. The amenities are also from Crabtree & Evelyn. They surely know how to treat the residents.

Great hotel, excellent service, nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staffs (especially Yuni, the F&B staff at Arts Cafe), they treated us like family members! Excellent food! Location is great, near to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Hospital, Bars, etc. We will definitely come back and stay at Raffles Jakarta for our next family staycation!

This is the worst hotel buffet ever. The service and food is so lousy to an unbelievable extend. This is a disgrace for raffles hotel's brand name! I demand one of your representative to contact me. Jakarta CIputra. The food are clearly left over food. Cold food, unfresh food. No plain water serve. This is unbelievable.! Raffles? 5 star? Total DISGRACE! At 7.30pm Raffles hotel what are you all doing? Hospitality? 5 star?

The Spa was The Best. With aromatherapy Shower, sure makes u comfortable and relaxed.

We enjoyed the stay, very comfortable bed, spacious room, staff were very accommodating, and nice breakfast with various selection of coffee. The hotel is next to a big shopping mall, very convenience for a staycation. The hotel team was willing to go an extra mile to prepare a surprise party for our son. Thanks so much to Etha and team! I definitely recommend this hotel.

The food at the dinner buffet was very good. However there was a dinner party where a large group of people who were drinking in an area within the restaurant before moving to the private dining room. The decibel level arising from this group was not what you would expect at a hotel managed by Raffles. When we pointed this out to the restaurant manager he assured us that the group would move to the private dining area within 15 minutes but it didn't happen for 45 minutes. I have never experienced such din in a restaurant within a 5 star hotel and was most disappointed that Raffles commercial interests outweighed that of its other guests who understandably expected a standard of hospitality that Raffles is famous for.

Ga ada parkiran motor, kalo bawa motor bisa parkir di Lotte Ciputra, keamanan nya lebih terjamin. Lokasinya cukup strategis. Tempatnya lumayan artistik, setiap sudut ruangan selalu beda beda design art nya. Sungguh menawan dengan warna warni yang ga ngebosenin. Buat kamu kamu yang sedang suntuk dirumah atau lagi galau, dateng atau menginap disini dan rasakan sensasinya.

It's a great hotel. Couldn't ask for a better service and room. The ambience also make u feel comfortable. They also offer varieties of food and it's delicious.

Been twice to the Ballroom, attending a seminar and were superb! Location, place, foods, interior design, restroom, VIP suites. And if you (maybe) bring your children on your seminar, they can wait outside the ballroom in some comfy sofas or even go the the mall beside, the lotte shopping avenue. Great deal!

A very neat hotel and room. Really good room and service. The restaurant is not as big as many other restaurant of its class, but still offer variety and they are delicious.

Simply magnificent. Wide rooms will welcome you offering a rich series of commodities and facilities. The building is in the golden heart of Jakarta, from where is possible to reach every place easily. Just attached to the Ciputra Mall (also called "lotte"), is a very lucky combination: mall, shops, restaurants, theater, hotel all together, all around you. Very kind, prifessional, you will taste authentic food from all over the world. Just go!

Stayed between 08-10 June 2018, was very memorable, well appointed and
definitely had that wow experience during the staying. I wish to thank
all the members of the buttler service, fast-handle responsive from
the front office-engineers team's coordanation when the room has had
broken tombol of the curtain in the bathroom area. Appreciate to the…
cleaning service also that clean up the room when there was some
cotton appears on the pillow. I informed Ibu Dewi Farlianzah after did
site inspection, in a few minutes the front office manager who has
acknowledged the situation that I have faced on. She immediately
assigned engineers to come to my room to fix it and the cleaning
service is keeping the room nice and tidy. For suprisingly and deeply
appreciated, the Front office Manager Ms. Hubertha Affendi come into
my room and say the apologize for the inconviences stayed and she
upgraded my room changing to the next category of the room which was
very comfortable, spacious with all the welcomes mini pastiserry and
fruits. They were almost too cute to be eaten, especially for the cake
is served into my room when I had dinner at the art caffee restaurant.
The art cafe's team are very friendly and serve very yummy indonesian
dessert called" Bubur Sum-sum" which was marvellous.

Located in the heart of South Jakarta with integrated with lotte mart mall, easy to find and give more choices place to set up a meeting. The room is nicely decorated and comfortable with the amenities and luxury. And the service is very convenient for you and your family.

We went there on a Christmas brunch. I don't know the reason (maybe I had high expectations from Raffles) but I didn't like the food there. There were variety of things on the menu which looked good but tasted so so. Desserts were good and that's the only reason I could bear the amount we paid for the brunch. Roasted turkey was awfully hard to eat. The staff was polite and helpful.

It has 5 stars just as it is. You couldn't ask for more. They have great service and room. The ambience will make you feel comfortable. One of the best hotels in Jakarta. South Jakarta. Dian Ballroom is famous for occassional events.

The artistic 5 stars hotel. Very complete package. They have gym area that open 24 hours. Kids Club is very good with the books and inside toilet for kids. The swimming pool was amazing, with lot of variety lazy chairs. They also have outdoor playground for kids. If you need more entertainment you can easily entering the mall just next door. Very recommended fir staying both business and leisure. Keep the good work.

Hotel yg sangat mewah, semuanya perfect disini. Pelayanan luar biasa. Kamar sangat luas (bahkan untuk tipe terendah), kamar terbagi 4 area (tempat tidur, ruang tamu, kamar mandi dan closet). Breakfast bervariasi, ada pilihan menu di luar buffet. Overall: 9.5/10

Had a brunch here and it was really amazing. The foods were presented beautifully even in the buffet. The wonton duck noodle soup was the best.

Does not live up to the raffles reputation. Room feels mediocre. Sofas are too hard. Food is not worth the money. Had the hainan chicken rice, the chicken was dry and smelled awful. Had macaroons, also dissapointing, very dry as well. The kitchen in the suite room served no purpose, might as well be a minibar. Had a kitchen sink but no flatware nor cuttlery. Only a few cups and glasses and teaspoons. Overall dissapointed.

Great Sunday Brunch. Really nice. Endless variety. The additional charge for freeflow of beer and wine is very nice.

Luxury and 5 star service. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would genuinely consider coming back to Jakarta just to stay here. We are lucky enough to have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and Raffles has excelled all of them so far. Communication before our arrival about transfers and booking into the spa was fantastic. After landing in Jakarta CGK we were met by 2 lovely staff with a paging board who helped us get our luggage, thank goodness they were there as it was a bit of a scrum and they changed the luggage carousel without telling anyone. We were driven in a spacious and nice car to the hotel. On arrival at the hotel we were met by a wonderfully friendly concierge who explained the eating and shopping options. We were shown to our room by an equally friendly and helpful butler called Bogik who showed us around the room and set up pur devices on Wi-Fi. We ate lunch in the hotel and the food really rivalled any food we had eaten around he world. My wife had Hong Kong soup and I had green Thai curry. We then went to the spa and had a wonderful couples massage followed by the hotels own ginger tea and my wife had face treatments whilst I was taken by the concierge to a nearby barbers. The concierge translated everything for me and I had an exceptional beard trim and shave. The rooms are spectacular, the facilities are absolutely unbelievable and the food brings your taste buds to life.

Salah satu tempat elite (kelas atas) dengan posisi yang sangat strategis membuat tempat ini menjadi semakin mahal, untuk desain Raffles sendiri sangat lux (mewah) dan harga untuk menginapnya pun mahal, staff/karyawan nya ramah-ramah, suasanya kamarnya comfort banget. Rekomen deh nginep disini.

Outdoor playground, indoor kids club, children pool, spacious room with separate living room and big beds, warm whirlpool. Great list for family with kids. The breakfast buffet is so so except for the pastries, it was delicious.

While in raffles why not visit Jakarta? Raffles hotel offers emotional luxury, they do have huge and various rooms, complete amenities, art work everywhere with unique view, great staffs and well trained staffs, and also delicious food with each unique restaurant concept. Great ambiance, one stop living concept, hotel attached to mall, cinema, and most famous offices and embassies in kuningan area, highly recommended hotel.!

This hotel is superb! I love everything about it. The room is big. It has excellent service, as expected from 5 star hotel. The only downside: there're quite a good option of food for breakfast, but the additional a la carte menu are not that good, and the taste are just fine, plus no signature food here. Sometimes the waiter would clean your plate even if you didn't finish yet. The gym, pool and spa are great facilities too. Other perk: you can go to lotte directly from level 1. Overall this hotel is so perfect!
