Good hotel. Good services.

We got smoking room. Eventho we request for non smoking. The whole floor smell so bad. The aircon didnt work. Called the FO, they sent engineer but still it didnt work. Cant you imagine, you in a room with bad smell and broken aircon? Yet its suite room. I complained twice they offered me other suite room but OMG when I went to check the room, its smell so even worse. Like in a bar. I asked for free upgrad but they said I cant. Fyi we booked 5 rooms that night, due to my bestfriend wedding day the next morning. And we gotta prepare all in our room. So I dont understand why they cant give free upgrade for us. The room with no aircon. The FO even said "you sure it doesnt work? Cause we had no complain at all about that room" huh? Why dont you come here and check it by yourself?

Old hotel but still nice staying here. Some place do really need some improvement. The breakfast is various, but the taste is just another typical hotel-style bland food. The swimming pool is quite large, but very windy when I visited it for the first time. They serve towel before you enter the pool area.

Only Smoking room availavle for us, although we requested non-smoking room. Restaurant serves wrong drink. Breakfast was not so nice and very crowded and noisy. There are much better hotels for the same price in Jakarta.

A hotel with good air conditioner. It's really cool in the room. One more thing I like about this hotel is food. Delicious.

The hotel is old, very serious and boring. You can tell its old from the decor, especially in rooms. My room's window sill is so dirty and dusty.

A good standard hotel. I used to come here for a general annual meeting of shareholders. Good place for meeting & seminar. Standard meeting room. Strategic location near highway. Near from toll to airport. I have not tried staying here yet.

Good hotel, but a little bit old. Staffs were friendly and cheerful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Electrical plugs were located at hard to reach places. It's not easy to connect charger for laptop and mobile phone. Breakfast was okay. Good access from Soekarno-Hatta airport through highway.

A middle class hotel in jakarta barat, quite cozy, and home to many social events (everytime I come here there are always meetings and other events). The place is good and strategic. Near west jakarta district court, and slipi plaza, but that's about it.

I only here for a business meeting. Good facility for that purpose: fast internet access, spacious meeting room with projector and sound system that work well. Writing board and stationary for meeting also provided. And the most important is they serve good and various choice of meal for lunch. Nearest train station to reach here is Tanah Abang or Palmerah.

We got a corner room with city view which is quite good. The food at the restaurant is excellent. There are street food carts, supermarket outside the hotel. Good location.

Old hotel but still comfortable. There's a bath tub in the bathroom which is nice. Strategic location.

Hotel di jakarta barat. Yang selalu ramai dengan tamu dari berbagai macam daerah. Letaknya yg strategis jd dr Bandara Soekarno Hatta langsung dapat Hotelnya saat keluar tol Slipi. Makanan hotelnya mantab. Pelayanan resepsionis bagus. Parkiran luas. Yang pasti mantab bagi yg ingin membuat acara baik meeting, arisan, ulang tahun sampai wedding bisa. Silahkan menghunungi hotel peninsula.

Good place. Good Food. Good for the wedding reception. But the food not warm, the food mostly served cold. Example, when I eat soup asparagus and siomay bandung the food not warm.

Security check was not so… Thorough. Prayer room was available near function hall, but there was no area set aside for ablution. Elevator was incredibly scarce, had to wait for long time or took stairs. Food was good not to overindulge myself. A mall was just across the street. What I liked most? A busway stop is soooo within walking distance. What I dreaded the most? The bathroom had bathtub only. No space for shower. I worried about my mother slipping when climbing the tub for/after shower.

My favourite hotel when travelling to Jakarta. Easy access to toll roads, close to main buildings. Fast and friendly service.

Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Some speak English too so that was really good. rooms were clean, serviceable and comfortable. No issues found with the amenities. Also close proximity to some shops!

Cozy, quiet, good bed, clean bathroom. Limited breakfast type and stock, flat coffee, but the taste is great. It suit just fine for busy businessman or traveller.

I love the room, it's spacious, bathroom is also spacious with a great shower and tubs. The television is a bit small and outdated, need immediate improvement here. Cleanliness is okay, bathroom amenities are perfect, and a newspaper every morning. Sound insulation needs improvement, specially in the bathroom, the shower sound from next door is really loud. Breakfast choices are great, tons of choices, but tastewise is a so so. I didn't get the chance to try out the pools, spa and fitness tho, maybe next time. In room dinner menu is great but expensive. Location is easy, close enough to get anywhere, very close to slipi jaya plaza, just a few meters walking distance. It was a good stay, will stay again.

It is just my 2nd day staying here for the review but it had been a good stay so far. The people working there made a huge difference. All of them smile and greet sincerely. The facilities are typical but my meals at the poolside resto had been really good. It is a surprise, having experienced other hotel food in Jakarta. The location is not in the bustle of central Jakarta but it is near enough to get to central for business within 30mins. I picked it cos it is near to my clients' offices and a good location to find food.

I used to stay here for long period 1 month for every year back in 2009 and 2011. I love the overall hotel and it's services, including the staffs and bosses. Theyre very friendly and warm-hearted. The best I love is the buffets both morning and daytime. I love every food they provide. And I ever got 1 honorable free stay invited by the hotel.

I suppose it is value for money. Late night emergency. Price was v cheap and around the area there is a shopping mall, cinema etc. Easy to go around with busway too. Hotel looks dated for everything: furniture, equipment. But one thing for sure if you like firm bed, this is a good place to sleep in.

Loved the pool/gym, there's a bar on lower ground/basement. Room/food is standard, there are floors with smoking room available.

Old hotel, not updated. The resto food is bad to mediocre at best. Strategically located though.

Nice & Best Regards reasonable price. But somehow the air conditioning not working properly, need to change room in the night.

Good and comfortable room of the hotel. The service quality is also great. A big range of foods for breakfast, but the taste is a bit blunt for certain foods sometimes.

Adequate hotel, good location if you dont mind the traffic around slipi area. Great breakfast. Only sometimes the smoking still smells from previous occupants.
