A short escape during the weekend with the family. We stayed for two nights with a wonderful service. Starting from welcome warm chocolate cookies and friendly staff during our stay. Room is great. Wi-Fi connection is available at a good speed. Bathroom amenities are available. I think the liquid soap bottle is too small. Need to ask for more liquid soap bottles. Pool side area is our favorite spot. With lots of trees, it gives a really nice relaxing feeling. Kids club is available near the pool.

Great hotel. Best service in town. The rooms was so clean and the bed was really good. We had dinner in the restaurant on 3rd floor. It was a good experience. Breakfast in the buffet restaurant was amazing.

(Restaurant only, visited in July 2015) This restaurant is situated in hotel, and a bit difficult to find it on the first time. Complete selection of food is available here, even though the most prominent meals are from western and Japanese. But don't worry, most of these foods are even delicious when combined together. Good place and atmosphere for business dinner/lunch, with comfortable seat.

Hotel yang mewah tetapi tidak didukung dengan infrastruktur yang bagus. Pada saat check in, dipindah2 loket, sampai akhirnya harus ditungguin per org, baru bisa mendapatkan kamar setelah 2 jam. Meskipun ada kompensasi yg diberikan, seperti minuman (minumannya cukup ok, jus jeruk dan smoothies) dan cookies (agak kemanisan, dan teksturnya ok). Area kolam anak-anak bercampur dgn smoking area? Hal ini kurang nyaman utk bermain dan bercengkrama. Area parkir sangat bau, jd sangat mengganggu pada saat parkir kendaraan dan berbau sampai kedalam mobil. Kebersihan lingkungan sangat terjaga dilihat dari petugas yang sangat cekatan dalam memungut daun-daun yang jatuh. Kamar sangat nyaman utk ditinggalin. Di beberapa spot menuju kamar, juga sangat bagus dan instagramable. Secara overall, hotel ini perlu improvement utk smoking area.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of the hustling bustling city. You feel away from the fact you are only hundreds of meter from the busiest train line in Jakarta. For business it is a great place for MICE, as the room are nice and the management very very professional. I had not a chance to stay in the rooms, but from the people that stayed they said it was better than most double tree in the states.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights, the hotel was excellent, especially for their facilities, the gym and swimming pool was superb. For the service it was fantastic during my stay I found a postcard from the housekeeper which showed they were willing to go for that extra mile to provide you a better service. You'll get a cookie upon check-in as well and it was delicious.

Simply one of the best hotels to go in Jakarta. The service is excellent and the staff there are very well trained and friendly. It is also near an MRT Station for commutes. This hotel also emphasize great concern for security. All in all, best hotel I have been in jakarta.

Top value — performance ratio. Centrally located, still relatively new, staff very friendly, rooms well equipped, beds great. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite clairvoyant and you can partly understand the conversations of the neighbouring room.

A quick review, I visited this hotel. And noticed something new. I realized that this hotel gives the best experience I have ever experienced. This place has been a favorite of my family and relatives. Especially the ones from AMERICA. They feel a sort of connection in a good way, and I felt that too. So, here I like their friendly staff and facilities that are family friendly. The restaurant is a great experience in my case and their ballroom is the best. With high ceilings and the biggest projector I have ever seen. Be amazed, at the DoubleTree By Hilton. Surely, a bespoke experience.

Best DoubleTree I have ever stayed in so far. The best part is the swimming pool which is extended from the restaurant to the gym, which looks like a water features cum Swimming pool. One may have the illusion of being in Bali instead of Jakarta. Room has the same standard as other DoubleTree but the view overlooking the entrance from top is even more amazing! Architecture design has intelligently included an interesting facade for customers, from the top. If one doesn’t mind the traffic, this hotel would be a good choice within Jakarta!

I did not stay here. But I was very impressed by the hotel, it's beautifully designed and the beautiful big tree in front of the lobby hotel amazed me. The location is not bad too, walking distance to commuter line station and the Megaria complex (cinema, food court and cafes) right besides the hotel.

Great location and services. Clean and big rooms, beautiful lobby with a lovely coffee shop for your morning breakfast, great breakfast choices at the buffet, big pool with lots of space to find some privacy and peace, few good options for dinner at the property, the only downside is a bar located on floor 3 full of kids and heavy smokers during the party hold at this place. Close to city center and shopping malls, and easy to get a taxi by the concierge. Definitely recommend and is secure.

One of the best hotel around Jakarta, especially in center Jakarta. Great architecture, great ambience, big space, friendly staff and their services is outstanding. They have big and great swimming pool, and you can swim in there. Great place to get many great photos for your Instagram account. And the last, this hotel highly recommended for all of you. Amazing staff. Superb service and a very friendly atmosphere. Prepare to be greeted like a long awaited friend as you walk to the reception. Beds are comfortable with ample pillows. Breakfast at the restaurant is superb with a large selection. If you can afford it, the club lounge offers a great selection of canapés and a spectacular view of the Jakarta skyline — a great place to do some work or finish off the book you were reading.

Nice place but not lux enough. Indigo was good with great drink and nice food. But its less crowded. Only little few visitor.

Since the first time I walked in front of this hotel (pretty close to Cikini Station, near to Metropole). I could say their exterior looks amazingly simple and sophisticated in a correct way. As I got a chance to stay a night in this hotel, I knew it their only one entrance gate is highly secured. This is a good point for every guest, everyone might feel more secure to stay in this hotel. Main lobby looks warmth and wide, they have a long and nice interior. Every staffs here are so friendly, they serves with styles and end it with smiles. (Feels so high class) I got a room in 12th floor and in the corner of corridor, as I get in to the room, I could say their interior team works so good to make every guest feels more rested in bed, while its still pretty near for guest from bed to go to the toilet. U-shaped room makes every side easy accessible from the bed, it would be different if using long and narrow shaped room as the bed might be placed in the corner while toilet right after the entrance door. For breakfast, I'm unable to try it as I have a flight to take in the early morning. Overall, this place is outstandingly great and comfortable.

Gym is 24/7, which is super great, and located in front of the pool (cool! ). The pool itself doesn'r look like common hotel pool yet more to theme park. Breakfast, lunch, dinner have the same pattern, pretty much good. About the taste and variety, OK. For the room, can't say a lot. About the same as other hotel.

Love this place. Nice rooms, nice staff, and extremely nice breakfast. I go here on the weekends while I'm working in this country because it's a nice getaway from the local hotels.

A really photogenic place. They have very nice meeting rooms, and cozy restaurant to have your meal.

Really enjoyed the stay at DoubleTree. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Facility is great, they cover pretty much everything you need from gym, pool and playground for the kids. The room is really cozy and the internet cable provided through ethernet cable helps to make sure that there'll be no problem for you to be online for your work. Some people wrote down in their review, beware of the mineral water (The 2 big Evian bottles) that is chargeable — It's actually quite clearly labeled so I didn't find it misleading or anything. For the bathroom it's Grohe & Kohler all the way. Amenities in the bathroom also includes shaver — which might come in handy when you left yours back home. The best part of the room for me though, is the bed. Haven't slept that good in a while. Might have something to do with the Csezza pillow. Food is also good. Breakfast comes with lots of varieties — asian dishes especially. Happy with it as well. Overall, the family was quite happy with the stay — myself included. It's one of nicest places to stay in Cikini area if you're in town for business or if you want a quick family get away in central Jakarta.

Couldn't get any better than this. Service is awesome. Food at The Open is varied (Indonesian, Western and Asian) and delicious. All the staff are very courteous and able to converse in English. The rooms are immaculate. A safe and secure hotel too with cameras and security all over the place.

I stayed here a few times and DoubleTree by Hilton is definitely a gem in Jakarta. The staff here definitely stand out for their friendly service. From the Manage to the concierge, all just happy to help you with anything and they exceptionally did great jobs. Especially, I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Ridwan — the Duty Manager who helped me on the issue regarding my Hilton Membership. This is a relatively new hotel in Jakarta and it’s a great value for money. New modern stylish clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Once again this hotel is highly recommended to everyone! I'll come back again for sure!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at around the world. Service was second to none. Everything you need is on the property and the pool area is amazing.

A nice property close to Cikini train station. Welcome cookies are really nice. The restaurant serves good continental cuisine. A drink by the swimming pool in the evening is quite relaxing.

Stunning hotel with excellent service! The rooms and pool area were great, the food and the breakfast selection fantastic. The service and staff friendliness are outstanding! The location isn't very central but it is very cheap and easy to get around by taxi, so the hotel location doesn't really matter. Highly recommended.

Nice interior, spacious room, super friendly staff. Asking for extra water bottle of water, they gave me 6 bottles. Nice swimming pool area, kids club for your little ones open from 8am to 8pm.

Decent place. Wonderful interior. Comfy. Friendly service from the frontdesk up to their rooms. The welcome cookie is very much appreciated, it is big and served fresh from the oven and even we can ask for 1 more when we are there. They've got a little horse for children to ride on.

This is one of the finest hotel I've ever stayed. The atmosphere was fine, swimming pool is wide. And the most amazing is the breakfast… It's the best.

The food selection was great and the room also nice although a little bit small. Thoughtful landscape design makes the view a little bit pleasing considering that the hotel was located in not so tidy part of jakarta (read: slums)

Spacious room and bathroom. Amazing pool. Friendly staffs. When the electricity went out in the room staffs handled it quickly and even gave us jar of cookies the next day.
