Nice hotel, nice breakfast. Very recommended.

The hotel is well equipped, even the disabled have taken care of the room, the staff is courteous, the breakfast is rich, reconnected to the shopping mall, clothing, food, housing, travel, are taken care of.

Check In membutuhkan waktu 15 menit, karena pas di Resepsionis katanya Bookingan saya belum masuk, resesiopnisnya Konfirmasi ke bagian Reservasi dlu. Masih dalam proses. Tidak ada welcome Drink, Sambutan awal sedikit kurang, apalagi pas masuk Hotel, dikarenakan saya pas check in pakai celana pendek sandal jepit dan tidak bawa Koper karena masih menunggu barang di mobil teman. (sepertinya dicurigai Pengunjung Mall iseng mau keHotel), akses dari Mall ke Hotel harus pake akses card, kamar mandi lobby pake akses card, saya tanya ke resepsionis dikarenakan banyak pengunjung mall soalnya datang ke Hotel hanya ke WC. Kamar oke, Handuk dapat 6, 2 handuk mandi, 2 handuk sedang, 2 handuk kecil. Amenities lengkap, kulkas, safety box. Ac sentral tapi masih dingin. TV kurang besar sedikit. Ada kamar smoking Room. Kamar mandi terdapat Bathtub. Fasilitas Hotel, Saya sangat kecewa dengan Fasilitas Fitness nya, fasilitas kualitas pelayanan fitnessnya tidak menunjukan Hotel berkelas Bintang 4. Saya sempat ke kamar mandi, dan ada Pintu tembus ke belakang, ada jacuzi, tapi pas saya tny itu katanya bukan untuk tamu Hotel, sauna lagi rusak, jacuzzi buat tamu Hotel lg rusak, itu khusus SPA, saya tanya ke Resepsionis katanya harusnya ada, dan mereka call ke bagian fitness, miskom antara atas dan bawah, beda pelayanan, meskipun pakai fitness third party, harusnya pelayan di tempat fitness bisa diajarkan hospitality juga.

Best viewed of swimming pool from room 1514. Great hospitality and there are lot of options of breakfast in its restaurant. Although check in process a bit longer and not integrated with its website payment, this hotel is worth to stay because connecting with Mall Ciputra.

The staff forgot to put new toilet paper in the bathroom more than once and one day they took the towels to wash them and didn't have any more clean ones to put back in our room. Except from that it was fine, the rooms are alright and the breakfast is fine too. If you need a rather cheap stay I would recommend it, otherwise I guess there are better options available in Jakarta.

I love the food for breakfast. Yummy and complete. The Indonesian foods are very good. The air conditioner is sooo cool. Fast check in and out. Like it.

It was an amazing experience, although it's an old hotel, but it still looks good, and feels good. The breakfast are nice, lot of menus, but in busy hours, sometimes we have to wait to be seated by the waiter. There is a pool, and and exclusive lounge for people who got the exclusive room. Never tried the pool but it looks nice, and it seems a lot of people was enjoying swimming there too. 5 stars.

Recently renovated. Very convenient cos on top of a mall so access to food n shopping. Not far from metro Jakarta and 500 meter to the toll road gate to Airport. Good location.

A very comfortable hotel at a great price. Well positioned to get to airport and downtown. Located adjacent to a shopping mall with dozens of restaurants and fast food places.

A nice hotel near kedoya area. The hotel itself is good. Not a new one, but it's clean and spacious. Breakfast is quite good. It's connected with a mall, and that is the strength of this hotel. Many good restaurants inside the mall for lunch and breakfast. Also cinema in the mall makes a pleasant experience for the hotel's guest.

Nice place. The staff very helpful. Nice rooms and close to everywhere like shopping mall and commercial area.

This mall had been here for a long time. It was very crowded during weekend. The mall looks a bit old-fashioned and small compared to other new mall. However, the mall often offered something's different in the hall, such as snow playground for kids when it's Christmas, chinese new year attraction, and recently, it had some flea markets at the hall. I think it is quite good for alternating situation. But maybe the mall needs some kind of renovations.

I like this hotel because of the area, all we need can we get in 1 building, it has a door connect directly with mall. The room of the hotel itself is very cozy, very nice atmosphere, lightning, with very helpful services. But when its crowded, there's not enough staffs to serves, you have to wait, sometimes its for quite a long time.

I like this hotel because the location in the middle so makes it easier for me to travel if I want to the south jakarta area, west jakarta and central jakarta. Moreover, the hotel is next to a shopping mall, So, I can easily to find restaurant, book store, coffee shop, department store, salon, kids playroom and church.

Strategic location and integrated with Ciputra mall (not to mention it also close proximity with other Malls). Plus points: * Friendly & helpful hotel staffs/crews during our stay (5 nights) * Free Wi-Fi & breakfast (recommend to purchase free breakfast when you purchase the room) * Swimming pool Need improvement : Bathroom (design & cleanliness), it looks dirty or needs to be scrubbed.

V. Excellent 5 hotel. Clean. Staffs smiles everywhere. Compassionate. Wonderful swimming pool. In addition v. Large associated Mall. Easy Exit. Recommend to all my relatives &friends. Good location. Local trip adviser. V. Good taxi service.

Like any usual mall, it has food court (it has food in a cheap range price) great ambience for spending the weekend with your kids (a lot of playground at the ground and 3th floor I guess) there's a supermarket giant and also matahari. Basically eveything that you need daily are available there.

Centrally located. Well maintained. Good restaurant. Mall next door and 3 others a short walk away.

One of the biggest hotel at the heart of west jakarta, located in a very populated area near 2 biggest college in jakarta, the night view can be quite amazing if you stay on the higher level room, the room itself is clean. The downsize is the staff is not friendly, especially the reception, they seems rushing. They should improve the security by placing guard on the mall access.

It provides all the services, Wi-Fi included, and combined with shopping mall with various cafes restaurants.

Great place to stay in West Jakarta. Mall is adequate to get your groceries, food and local shopping. Hotel room is comfy and clean. Service requests are attended to promptly. Great hotel view too!

Every years we run official meeting at Ciputra, for about 10 years. Nice place to have a meeting and a nice place to stay. Our managers quite satisfied with its services. Food is average, sometimes it's tasty but sometimes it doesn't…

Very old Hotel we didn’t use the swimming pool, a lot of ants in the room on the bed also depressing. The breakfast is nice but they Should do something about the juice blender not clean nasty. This hotel is my travel agent fault.

Attached to a malls, otherwise it needs a taxi to go anywhere else. The roads to it are very busy. Clean and with good services. Breakfast with great choices, even you can do your juice. Value for money. Yes, I recommend this hotel but don't order a pizza.

An old but still well maintained four star hotel, housed inside the Ciputra Mall complex. Close to the airport and tollway entrance to the airport. A favorite among many tourists, especially for business. Guests comprised of mainly Asian tourists.

For me Breakfast was OK. Lunch was Good Dinner was Great Room was comfort Side by side with the mall, incase we need something different from hotel menu there were a lot of culinary alternatif, especially for Asian people. There was a qiblat direction for moslem in the ceiling. But TV too small. Shower was not in good quality but the hot and cold water was OK. When I put the sign yo clean the room on my front door, the did best. Air con was running well.

We just held an event in this hotel and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfast is very good, the room itself is also okay. Just the hotel's service should be better. Once I planned to live there for about one month, I paid one week at first, I thought I could extend later, but the hotel never called or emailed me to make an extension. They just sent me a letter wrapped in an envelope through the bottom of door. Just inform me I must check out before 12pm next day, cause the hotel is fully booked.

Correct Service. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices. The shopping centre at the foot of the hotel is rather convenient.

Integrated with mall. Shopping and food can easily be found in the mall. Nice room.

Overrated, Pricey and old hotel.

Stayed here for my wedding night 3 years ago. The executive place is very recommended. 5 star facilities and breakfast buffet is very premium. The swimming pool is small.

Good hotel. Next to shopping mall. The only bad point is the Wi-Fi in Ciputra hotel is not strong.

Hotel with gym — V posture gym. Nice place to work out and off course with swimming pool & hot jacuzzi. * Note : This is a hotel gym, not mega gym. So do not expect too much. But overall, for me is OK.

We recommend hotel Ciputra, for their good service! On Mar 2011 we for a few days at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta and at the check-out were accidentally broke our souvenir. The management trying to arrange a replacement gift and sent it to our address at their cost. She kept us on the sending package etc. Inform. What an excellent service! They do their best to meet customer BB´s satisfaction.
