Very professional staff, that made our stay very pleasant. This was my third time staying in this hotel. Unfortunately I didn't have chance to get a massage this time, but last time I did and it was very nice. Grocery store is in very convenient proximity. Hotel restaurant serves very good bufet brakfast for a very reasonable price. Rooms are clean and room service visits every day. They also have a nice pool in the backyard. Transport to airport is bit expensive though compared to grab.

Its really a nice hotel. Great fitness center and swimming pool. The service are so great. Recommended to you who have more budget stay hotel.

Lot of variant menu in the restaurant. Have many type of meeting room, and can be flexible with our needs. The banquet and marketing very helpful. But the room too small compare other hotel in same level.

The hotel was good: the staffs was helpfull, the room was comfortable, clean and safe. Unfortunately the breakfast taste was so so and the coffee was cold. They must improve their breakfast food and the coffee.

Just on the side of highway, near the entry and exit gate. Also easy to reach from Depok, Serpong, or other parts of Jakarta, since the location right on the interchange. Standard four star hotel facilities and amenities.

It is well said like its name priority= beacuse me as a guess felt prioritize by them. I stay 1 night in this hotel. I'm very happy to stay here. I will definitely come back to check in again. The crew were very friendly, they provide clean baby cart for me, and the toilet were very clean. The breakfast time were arrange until 10.30 am, this is very flexible for family who bring baby like me. Keep the good service.

Excellent and friendly staff. The food veery delicious. And for the room of course very comfortable especially Premier or more higher room.

The room was nice, but hot water not really warm in my stay (19.00pm). Its okay in the afternoon. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Some too spicy. Coffee and tea not really good. Better to take coffee from coffee machine, not from coffee dispenser. 7/10

They truly deserve being called as the Aston "Priority". Truly a 4-stars standard. Love how professional they are. Everything is set properly. You can name it — from fitness center, the buffet, the pool, and many more. Definitely will return in near future. Keep on the good work, guys!

Has an exclusive breakfast lounge for booking a premier room or above. Hotel staffs are friendly. Food is great. Has an ATM in basement floor. Has a coffee shop and restaurant in the ground floor. Excellent hotel.

Had a twin bed room at that time with one of my friend. There was no bathtub in the bathroom but the shower was really good. They provided tea and coffee pot and as well with a large wardrobe. Dinner was good with Japanese style of food, unfortunately it was not really like Japanese food at all. Breakfast was exceptionally amazing and delicious though. Overall this is a great place to relax and stay in the middle of the crazy bussy Jakarta city.

I had an excellent 6-night stay — room's well kept and comfortable the staff are friendly and service in the restaurant is good. My only suggestion is to put bed-side control of the lights :) I also appreciate that you have an in-house doctor/ clinic, very useful when I wasn't feeling well that week.

Got it at a special price during Ramadan. The rooms are a tad small but comfortable. Unfortunately the desk chair was broken which made studying hard. The breakfast was super good. Staff were also very friendly and professional.

Amazing hotel and staff! I checked in this hotel for the first time ever and within half an hour I got three staff knocking on my door with birthday cake and candles! I haven’t told them anything, they must have figured out from my registration and took action. Well done, this is real exceeding expectations!

Good hotel, but not for toilet facilities. I have event experience stuck inside toilet because the locking device was broken. Not really good toilet facilities. Meeting room and restaurants is quite good with live music facilities.

Really like it staying in there. The room was great, the breakfast amazing. Only one thing short. There is no hook in the changing room after we are swimming. N the door lock in the men changing room is broken. I dont know for how long. But i've told the receptionis when we wanna leave. That is all.

Came here to working on weekend with families. The room is spacious, very clean and neat. Applause to the cleaning staffs, they even re-organized my stuffs to make it look neat on the table. Gym and pool are available even though it is small. Foods and snacks are a top notch.

My company happens to have corporate relationship with this hotel. It is a great hotel. Staff were friendly, room is clean, breakfast has different variety although taste was so so, elevator works great and fast.

We had a lovely time during our stay at Aston Simatupang (29 November to 2 December — room 606) room was clean and the food was wonderful. My earing was missing around the room and the staff trying hard to find it for me. Thank you housekeeping and all the staff for the great services.

Honestly I havent stay here, I just visit a friend here, the room is a lil bit small but cozy. The meeting room and all its service is excellent. The cafe here has very friendly atmosphere, we can order late night food if needed. Nachos here is nice, other snack is ok. The parking can be a problem if there are some event at this hotel.

Very pleasant stay during my business meeting, well organised and very helpful staff. Snack/room-bar is free and refill everyday for Junior Suite room. Very recommended.

Make me comfort and nice hospitality.

Had a training in this hotel. The venue and the services are truly remarkable. I really like the mathematical designs they have used as decorations. As a mathematics teacher, I find it very pleasing to the eyes.

Overall hotel is good. Apart from clean room and others, the best part about the hotel is the simple fact no other hotel appear to care: providing ample complimentary drinking water in the guest rooms. Hotel is also willing to not use single use plastic bottle for meeting and instead provide glass and refill mineral water.

Service was fine. No laundry or shoe bags in the room. I asked for one and they gave me a used one. I think they thought I was asking for laundry services. Bathroom usually smells in the morning. Might be because of other rooms' toilets. TV was down the majority of the week I stayed. Internet is slow.

Stayed for 4 nights. Room is quite small but comfy. Shower water streams are weak and sewage smell comes from drainage at the beginning of every shower. Restaurants are good especially the Japanese was alright. Be aware of the in room massage might not be what you want. Gym had sufficient equipments and in good condition. Overall this hotel offers decent value but also needs to improve certain areas mentioned to be the next level hotel.

Quite often staying at this hotel. Strategic location, though it isn't as big as other Aston hotels but it's fairly good. They have excellent service, cleanliness, nice and helpfull staff, and not forget to mention: delicious foods.

Insufficient hot water supply to my room when I take a shower tonight (first night of my stay). Fitness Centre is a bit mess with glasses and mats. No unused glass is available. Suggest bringing a personal bottle to the Fitness Centre. Some equipments are out of order. The Gym rule shows the Fitness Centre opens 6am to 8pm, whereas it mentions in guest directory 6am to 9pm, not consistent! Staff are nice and helpful. Impression is satisfactory 8n general.

It was the closing of our honeymoon series. Which was spectacular. It's true what people say; if it's not happy ending then it's not the end. We had a wonderful experience at Aston Simatupang. Excellent service from the staff, I love how they alwasy greet us with a wide smile. My husband loves the swimming pool. He ended his night with a relaxing night swim after we explored Jakarta. One time we got a little trouble with our card and the front desk immediately help and replace it with the new one explaining why it didn't work. I'm in love with the service. I'd give 11 out of 10. Good food, excellent service, and wonderful room. Definitely recommended!

Nice hotel at the south of Jakarta. Big conference room but when we had a business conference here, they had an issue with audio and microphone, got a little disruption back then. Pretty good food for lunch and dinner, not the best though.
