I booked the hotel via online and requested for a new wing as my girls have allergy issues. I emailed 7 times to a "dead" email and did not get a response. Check in was smooth and I highlighted the request to the guest officer Elsa. She took my request and I was pleasantly greeted decorated mirror as we were the guests of the day with cakes. Next day, we changed the room to a new wing without questions asked. Breakfast was good and wide spread with staple needs. Will definitely come back if my girls coming back here for dance training.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta and found it to be very family friendly. The kids absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool and the Kids Corner, which made the stay much more enjoyable for our family.
The hotel lobby looks luxurious and gives off a high-class vibe from the moment you arrive. It really sets the tone for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The staff were very responsive and helpful, especially when we requested additional amenities. Everything was delivered quickly, which we truly appreciated.
For anyone visiting Jakarta, Hotel Ciputra Jakarta should definitely be your number one choice. We would love to come back again.

We had a good stay in this hotel the rooms are lovely the staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location also connected to a shopping mall.
Only disappointed was the swimming pool was out of order due to maintenance which I understand has to be done at some stage but nobody had told us when making the booking or even at check-in, I also find it strange that nobody mentions this even in the reviews having so many of them I’ve never seen somewhere to have so many reviews and be so consistent with them.
The other thing was food in the gallery restaurant they had menus in the rooms but we were told they weren’t serving that food only buffet food which we don’t eat so we ended up not spending any money in the hotel we had to go out for food.
Overall it was a nice stay clean hotel with great friendly staff and good location.
