Terrible experience during check in.
As stated by the hotel (and was later confirmed by the staff) the check in time is at 2.00 PM (14.00) WIB. Generally it means that the room shall be ready by said time, at the latest. We ordered 3 rooms, and yet after about 45 mins of waiting only 2 are ready, and the other one won't be ready for another 15 mins (a total of 60 mins waiting).
There was a line before we came, but the time that was needed to clear the line was far less than our wait time. The receptionist staff was very helpful tho, they push for the HK staff to be finish and prepare the rooms in due time (tho it seems to be to no avail).
For the management, if you really can't get the rooms ready by the check in tkme of 2.00 PM, just move the time, officially, to 3.00 PM or other time you feel confident to be able to provide for your guest.
I understand that I can't hold a 4-starred hotel standard to this (somewhat) budget hotel, but still, not a great way to start off our journey.
In other aspects, the staff is super helpful and very kind. They provide the necessary information when we asked for certain things about the amenities and general information.

The location the hotel is perfect. Easily located and very strategic. Near the city center, tourist attractions, and shopping malls (just few minutes walking distance). Plenty of parking space.

Now talking about the room, it is quite spacy, especially for its class, and the room is very cozy, its clean, and super tidy. The bathroom has a super adequate lighting, same goes for the room; something I usually find lacking. The AC works properly, its cool and its clean.
