Review of Bobocabin Coban Rondo Malang 2*

I had to give this place a low rating because it wasn’t what I expected. However, overall everything was nice except for a few issues:
1) I stayed here for 2 nights. I understand that the location is in a misty, humid forest environment, but the humidity was so bad that it reached inside the room. The mattress felt damp, and the air inside was extremely humid, causing an unpleasant smell throughout the room.
2) The pillows and mattress were very thin and uncomfortable, and only two pillows were provided.
3) The toilet had a strong odor, and there was a gap where people outside could see in. There was also no proper water pipe. In addition, there were a lot of insects and mosquitoes inside the room due to openings that made it easy for them to enter.
4) This is something I was very dissatisfied with. Even though I stayed at Bobocabin Coban Rondo in the Coban Rondo Waterfall area, I was still required to purchase an entrance ticket. Considering the room price is already quite expensive, it doesn’t make sense to charge an additional ticket. This system was not clearly communicated.
5) There were no clear directions or guidance from the map location of Bobocabin Coban Rondo, which made it confusing for guests to know whether vehicles could enter or not.
6) Quiet time from 9pm-7am. But sound horeg from somewhere else was sounded very noisy and disturbing.
If you ask whether I would come back again, the answer is no. It was a nice experience, but not a good place to stay. For the same price, you can definitely find somewhere much more comfortable and cozy.
