It's terrible for the price. I came here on long weekends, so the price surged up. I had to pay almost 750k per room for a night, for a regular room. Here's what I like about the hotel.
1. The view is beautiful. There's this deck where you can see the river and the forest.
2. The pool. It's regularly cleaned and big enough for the number of visitors.
3. The breakfast, standard breakfast for a 3 star hotel, it's not amazing, but decent.
Now, here's what I don't like during my stay.
1. The room is very small, with no AC, so people who like to sleep with a super cold temp, say bye to it. It's not hot though, so it's still bearable.
2. The bathroom SMELLS! I changed room, but still, the bathroom still smells, especially at dawn.
3. There's no towel for the pool. So use your own, or bring one from the room. I asked one of the staff whether I can get a towel, he told me he didn't know so he had to ask first. He never came back. Later I overheard another visitors asked for a towel too, they're told to pay for 35k per towel.
4. There's no signal anywhere. I use Telkomsel and it's hard for me to get a signal. The hotel provided Wi-Fis that's pretty much non existent. I can only connect for 2 minutes, then it's "connected without internet" for the whole stay. Rubbish.
5. The room is DIRTY. And this is the total deal breaker for me. After we checked out my mother told me that both my parents cannot sleep because it's very itchy. There's no phone on the room so they can't contact the reception, also no signal to ask her my help too (since the room is quite far although I asked for a nearby ones). And being a polite Indonesian, my mother chose to bear with it…
I paid more than 700k room, for a small room with smelly bathroom and dirty probably full of bugs bed.
Definitely not coming back and actively promoting to others to not try this hotel. Seriously, check other hotels.
