Yes, the hotel has its own on-site parking. Some guests describe it as quite spacious, capable of accommodating more than 6 cars, and note the presence of a gate, which makes parking more secure. However, one guest mentioned that the number of parking spaces is limited, and entering and exiting can be somewhat difficult.

Most guests describe the staff as very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, such as with replacing towels or providing tissues. Nevertheless, there has also been negative feedback: one guest experienced a very long check-in process and faced difficulties when trying to change rooms late in the evening, having to wait for the owner until 10:00 PM. It was also noted that staff members smoke near the front desk, resulting in a strong smell of tobacco indoors.

Rooms are provided with two 600 ml bottles of drinking water per day. Guests also have access to an electric kettle (water heater), tea, coffee, sugar, and glass or melamine cups. Some guests noted that this amount of water might not be sufficient, but there is a convenience store nearby to purchase additional drinks.

The internet connection at the hotel is unstable. Reviews mention that the speed is very slow, which can be inconvenient for users.

Soundproofing in the rooms is poor. Guests complain that the rooms are not soundproof, so any loud conversations in the hallway are clearly audible inside the room.

Opinions on the furniture are mixed: some guests find the rooms spacious, featuring comfortable work desks and large wardrobes. Others note that the wardrobes are too bulky, their doors do not open properly, and there are no clothes hangers inside. There is also a complaint about uncomfortable pillows. Overall, the furniture is functional, but some feel the interior could benefit from an update to a more modern, minimalist style.

Feedback regarding cleanliness is mixed. Many guests praise the rooms for being neat and clean. However, others point out dust and cobwebs behind wardrobes, as well as a need for improved cleaning in the bathrooms. Overall, cleanliness is rated as acceptable, but requiring closer attention to detail.

Most guests are satisfied with the air conditioning, noting that the rooms stay cool. However, there was an instance where the air conditioner failed to cool the room, and changing rooms in that situation proved extremely difficult for the guest.

Rooms are equipped with a basic set of amenities: small bottles of soap (single-use size), toothbrushes, and clean white towels. Bathrooms feature a shower with hot water. Additional room amenities include a small refrigerator, a TV (with a Smart Box in some rooms), and adequate lighting. One noted drawback is that the washbasin is too small despite the bathroom itself being spacious.
