Hotel O Kbr Home

I booked OYO 90708 KBR Home through Agoda and it was nothing like what was advertised. The room was dirty, full of cockroaches, and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There was no proper bathroom, no soap, no shampoo, no bathroom sink, and the water flow was extremely slow, making it very inconvenient to shower or wash up.
On top of that, the staff demanded extra money upon arrival and openly admitted that what is shown on Agoda is “fake advertising. ” This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. There are many better options nearby—don’t waste your money here.

The smell of cigarette from the room was so bad. I couldnt even breathing. At first I thought that oh maybe this is the actual smell from the room, but when I visited my friend's room it's totally different. I hate the fact that I should pay more than what's written on the ads. I mean why dont you just gives us the actual prices. And one of my friend booked for two room, but the owner just provided one room because she mistook the number two room for two night. How stupid. And she didnt even say sorry, instead she forced us to look for another homestay at 10 pm that time. So rude. I would never back here again.
