Disclaimer: Review for my personal experience in Deluxe room.

1. Have swimming pool.
2. Easy access to high way in Lippo Karawaci.
3. Near from Super mall Karawaci.
4. Around the area have food court by walk (around 15 minutes by walk)
5. One time gate area.
6. Every floor have pantry.
7. Have their own food court (for instant noodles)

1. The swimming pool doesn’t seem cleaning it regularly.
2. There’s a termite HQ in back of the wardrobe.
3. I experience have cockroach in my room and I ask for help from the hotel maid to get rid of it, instead she give me “Baygon” to kill it, and I ask to clean the floor because so many dust around it and cockroach already move around the room, however I ask her AGAIN to clean because It take so long to process idk what she did but there’s no people in check-in counter.
4. Many furniture is broken, I hope management maintenance it regularly because it impact to guest experience.
5. Gym equipment not function (technically broken)
6. Refrigerator (please value by pict) (very not clean)
7. The hotelkeeper imo need to have training in welcoming a guest both international and local.
8. The bathroom equipment its definitely not maintenance regularly, in my case its broken.
9. The first floor pantry is definitely a storage room, the hotelkeeper sleep there, very bad experience for guest.
10. No tooth paste and toothbrush.
Ps: I hope this review will improve the management and use as evaluate for future service.
