Staying here during 1 night and yes, kinda glad I only had my short stay here. The only reason for the 2-stars review is only due to the nice pool view and quiet location, otherwise it would be totally a 1-star rating.
Pros:
— Quiet ambience, as it's located within a serene housing complex.
— Nice pool view and outdoor facility. It's great to spend your idle time and enjoying the ambience.
— Water dispenser on the first level, you can bring your own tumbler.
— Basic amenities being provided — towel, tissue, soap & shampoo dispenser and mineral water.
— Spacious working desk and drawers to store your goods.
— AC is working well and quite cold.
Cons:
— Receptionist service is kinda meh, explained about the deposit requirement in sluggish tone and not really friendly. And yes, please prepare 100k deposit in cash before you're going to checking in.
— Bed isn't quite clean. You can see some yellow stains on the bed cover and a bit torn off.
— There are molds on the wall and so dirty. There is also literal hole on the ceiling, they totally need to renovate the rooms.
— No smart TV and no cable TV.
— The Wi-Fi connection isn't working at all.
— The bed isn't really comfy, it sure felt like an old bed.
— No toothbrush as the amenities, remember to bring your own toothbrush.
— The AC is leaking despite being cold.
— The drawers aren't clean, it's kinda dirty and it smell kinda bad — you can't store your shirts inside.
This is our first time to this hotel, I thought it will be a good hotel because they have a 4-5 stars on the review.
When checked in we got the 3rd floor, the ac was cold but the desk and cabinets were really dusty & the wastafel was clogged. And we asked to move another room so they gave us on the first floor, we thought it was going to be much better but not at all, sorry to say the room on the 1st floor was really bad, the toilet were not clean it has an cockroach, and the room was damp. (sorry I don't have a picture).
But for the pool it was good.

It is better for us just to take a rest. The rooms are clean but some wall has some stains on it. The water heater also not working for us. But the location is so strategic, it is located in the center of the city. For us doing some business, it helps us a lot. But all is enough because the price affordable.
