PassGo Digital Airport Hotel Terminal 3 Soekarno Hatta

Very convenient spot for getting a few hour sleep between flights. Very affordable and decently comfortable. Fits a 190cm long person easily. Similar to a hostel but with more privacy. Only two complaints are the shower cleanliness (lots of water everywhere) and there are no power outlets inside the pods. There are two USB-A outlets that are okay if you have a cable for your phone, but you can't charge a laptop or any device that requires an outlet or higher wattage inside your pod.
Note there are two different styles of pods (see pictures). Room type Alpha opens from the side, while Beta opens at the end. They are the same size and have the same amenities, but I think the Alpha pods are easier to get in and out of. The Beta pods might be slightly quieter due to the increased distance from your head to the hall, but I would bring and wear earplugs regardless.

The capsule is quite comfortable but can be a bit noisy with noises coming from people coming in and out of the area. Shower area is quite limited but very spacious. Overall an good option for transit.

Ideal place in a convenient location for a short layover or transit. If you arrive from a different terminal, you can get to Terminal 3 and arrive at the hotel either from the sky train during the day or if not, free shuttle bus is available at the arrival 2nd floor even after midnight so don't be fooled by taxi drivers waiting outside. The access to the hotel is a bit tricky because Terminal 3 has G, 1st and 2nd floors. So don't be confused you can't find the hotel on the G floor because you need to climb 1 floor up to 1st floor to get here. Each pod is quite big enough even for people taller than 180cm. Quite clean and more comfortable than sleeping at the chair in the airport without getting disturbed by mosquitoes and you can also shower and sleep well, all in a very affordable price.
However, note that the pod is not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors or they can hear you easily. Just bring ear plug if even small noise can impact your sleep.

The facility temperature is cool and cold. The guest-only bathrooms have hot water. Each capsule have multiple lamps, I can dim the lamp and also I can adjust the lamp become more brighter. Honestly, the capsule is Slightly soundproof. I still can hear someone snoring. But at night, all people know the manner and step quietly, and play their smartphone quietly.

One of the minuses are the location of the toilet and shower as well as its cleanliness.
Another one was the loud that made by some newlycomer guests to the capsule hotel, seems like they are making a vlog 😌

Avoid this place. Frankly needs a big upgrade and cleaning. Hot place and dirty. Mattress very worn. Could not stay and had to book elsewhere.

The room space is limited, but more than enough. Very practical, espicially when you need rest during waiting time between flights. However, the price is not cheap.

Had few hours between flights so wanted to take a nap before my next 11 flight.
I liked the idea of the capsule hotel. The beds are nice and was comfortable.
What I didn’t like: the whole time I’ve been trying to fall asleep the stuff were fixing some beds and making loud noises. I asked for them to stop making noises but they just moved to the next row and continued their work.
As a result I wasn’t able to fall asleep even with the earplugs in. Very disappointed. Not what I have paid my money for.

Easy check in experience and a very cool stay experience. A few things that were a bummer:
— showers very pretty dirty and put me off a bath.
— safety note : I was surprised to see that my locker key could open other's lockers too! It didn't work for mine initially and so I tried the neighboring ones and they opened.
— no charging point in the pod and so if you have anything other than usb-a you are doomed.

This capsule hotel is the best choice for they are who has connection flight with a long gap of waiting time for the next flight.
Apart from located just right below International Departure Gate, this hotel is also cheapest among other accommodations inside the airport.
It has Clean space, with separated bathrooms. (They provided towel & shower gels)
Only the materials of the Capsule that made me a bit uncomfortable, as it is made from cheap plastic which always making some noises every time we slide the door.
However Staffs are very friendly and helpful!

Hotel is located within the airport and there is abundance of convenient stores nearby. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is no toilet within the hotel itself although one is just right across it and comes with shower stall as well. I actually managed a very good night of rest in the capsule and didnt have any issues with the noise from my neighbours.

Awesome experience, very comfortable, reasonably priced, definitely feel like I'm in a sci fi movie, if anything I could say the hot water could be hotter but that is such a minor thing, and the food her in terminal 3 international airport at Jakarta is world class and so cheap, definitely recommend this to anyone.

The facilities are good. Like spacecraft.
