Santika Premiere Bintaro

I stayed here for a while because my house was being renovated, and I felt like home staying here. I picked a premium room for the same price as the standard room, and it was very spacious and comfy. The cleanup was quick and the bed was very soft. There isn't much in the way of Wi-Fi issues. The food served is good too. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Bintaro Exchange and Transpark. Overall if you're looking to stay in Bintaro for a while you might consider this one as an option since it's very strategically located.

I recently enjoyed a 2-night stay at Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro, and overall the experience was nearly perfect. The room was clean and well appointed (I was taking two rooms ie one suite room with a connecting door to my kids deluxe room). The staff were friendly and attentive, the location is convenient for exploring the Bintaro area, and you don’t need to worry about the parking area. They have huge and spacious parking area at the basement.
However, there were 2 things that slightly affected my comfort:
First, the room service meals, particularly the main dishes were quite salty, which made them less enjoyable.
Second, despite the comfortable bedding, I found it a bit difficult to sleep at night due to noise from the street, especially loud sport bikes passing by.
With a few tweaks especially around food seasoning and sound isolation, it would be a 5-star experience.
I’d consider staying again perhaps requesting a room facing away from the street next time.

I stayed in this hotel for some quiet day and night after taking care of my family who is staying at RSPI bintaro. I just needed some quiet sleep. I chose Santika compared to Aviary or Aston since the room is about 100k cheaper. I thought, why not take the cheaper one since what I needed was just a simple quiet sleep?
Oh boy, such a luck I got a room in the sixth floor, where my view is the pool sitting area, where people are passing by. So I had two choices: close my blinds completely, or see everyone passing by my room. I have not even mentioned the noise from the pool.
I did not ask for much, just a quiet room. I asked for high floor since I thought it would be quiet, but all I get is a room facing one of the busiest terrace in the hotel. I should have listened to my friends next time, I would prefer to choose Aston or Aviary next time.
Other than that, everything else is just okay.
The only two thing that I can commend about the hotel is that they use bootle for their water and hand soap, making them a little bit more sustainable (less plastic) and that they prepare bike for transport.

I came here on June this year to have a vacation with family. Overall, everything was good for me. The hotel is close to nearly everything I needed like shopping and entertainment. Food was good, I stayed in Executive Room King. The view was kinda nice, room service was good and delivered quickly, staffs are friendly. My daughter loves the swimming pool. However, my room (room 1132) had a leak during rain and made sleeping uncomfortable. Reported to FO twice but no follow ups at all. The hotel admin was so helpful providing the information before I booked the room, including providing free mirror arts to give a surprise to my wife.

The place is very comfortable, although there isn't a wide variety of rooms. Every time I stay there, I always get a room on the 6th floor, which is close to the gym and swimming pool.
My suggestion is that the menu variety at the restaurant could be improved.
This is an ideal location to stay if you're planning to participate in the Bintaro CFD.

I recently attended a company event at the ballroom of Hotel Santika Bintaro and was truly impressed by the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service, from the security staff, receptionists, to all hotel crew members. Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. Even during the preparation before the event, they were super helpful and attentive. I really appreciate and respect their dedication. Youcan really feel that they give their best in everything they do. I have so much respect and appreciation for their service.
In addition to the great service, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, including the public restrooms. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. It made our event run smoothly and left a great impression on all of us.
Highly recommended for business events or even just a stay. Thank you, Santika Bintaro team!

Very beautiful hotel for the Indonesië people. But for toerist not realy becours not muts to do arround there. In the hotel no bar for a beer or wine or massage.
Restaurant in hotel is oke. But when you want to go out, you must travel by taxi. Next time to more toerist place. 🤣🤣🍻🥳

We always stayed this hotel each time we come to Jakarta. This year we went back to to stayed this hotel with my big family. They just refablish the room. But they forgot to add suit case stand. My husband have to extended his stay because I was in hospital but only able one night because they were fully book. We sadly have leave the hotel. The hotel was nice and fiendly and helpfull staff.

We used the meeting rooms for a full day discussion and they accommodate us very well. The food and snack were tasty, the room was very tidy and had a good noise compression. The banquet staffs were very pleasant and kind (thank you pak herdian, pak aris! ). Overall a good experience for a business meeting.

Stayed at Santika Premiere Bintaro and had a really pleasant experience. The location is super convenient, close to everything I needed. The food was tasty, and the setting worked really well for meetings. I was also pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Junior Suite—roomy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is good, breakfast foods really tasty. I like the spinach things I forgot the name (sorry). All the staff are good especially novita, dindy, meltin, fatma and mikha, they really friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will come back when I'm around.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the pastries were especially tasty. I really enjoyed them during breakfast and tea time. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a good rest. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d consider staying here again.

Spent 3 nights here for MCU business. The security, doorman, porter, room attendant, cook and F&B service did really well by providing service so it makes us comfortable staying here. Room is spacious, everything’s clean, toilet and shower works without problem. The breakfast buffet even though not so much varieties but still delicious. It was worth it staying here especially after going back and forth around Bintaro… I didn’t have any bad experience thankfully, the corridor is clean and peaceful so I could rest without any trouble.

Spent 3 nights during our stay to this hotel. First thing first, the room is spacious and clean, the house keeping did their job right and whenever I asked to make up my room they will do it fast. The restaurant is nice, love the background music honestly so calming. The variety of the dishes for breakfast is so-so, it doesn’t have much meat for the menu, but it tasted good (really love the baked beans! ) and also F&B service are nice and helpful.
We tried room service but its lacking of varieties… I asked for sirloin but 15 minutes after waiting they said its out of stock so I asked for tenderloin as exchange, tasted OK but the food is already cold once it enter our room.
The staffs are nice but the public attendant need to be more friendly (? ) cause she threw her face off right after saying good morning to the other guest while im behind them and it kinda feel awkward…
Security and doorman did their job right; polite, nice and helpful.
Overall it was a pleasant experience… haven’t explore much to other facilities though but maybe one day.

Came here several times for workshops. Have gone to Azalea and Kembang Sepatoe room. It was pleasant, but…

It's good, plenty of variety of snacks ranging from sweet to salty. Tea and coffee are available at display too. The taste is so so.
The Food 🍜
The lunch was okay, I expect more from a 4+ stars hotel. They have about 6± options of main food, 5± dessert, 4 options of drinks.
Now, the room.
Azalea ▫️
Located in LG, so you dont need to go upstairs to the lobby. Just stop by at the parking drop off and see right side.
It's like a basement room I would say. Its a long room fitted for 46+ but its veryyy dark and short. People above 185+ would have a hard time just to stand.
Kembang Sepatu🔸️
Located near the restaurant, its fitted for 35+ people. The room was a square size but dark and has weird scent like electronic ciggaretes kind of smell.
But the banquett is nice, helpful and fast. Thank you.
The meeting room desperately need changes on the lighting tho. Its too yellow and warmlight color. Yellow is for sleeping and relax not for focus time like meeting.
Overall, its a good hotel in the centre of Bintaro.

Convenient hotel, the meeting rooms were okay and the meeting snacks were average. Lunch was good.

The gym is good, staff is nice room is good However we can hear people talk in the next door and the music from the ballroom so loud.
