Mambruk Hotel & Convention

My stay at Mambruk Hotel was wonderful! The location is perfect — just a few steps away from the beach. The sound of the waves and the cool sea breeze made the whole experience very peaceful and refreshing.
The room was clean and comfortable. I loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The staff were polite and always ready to help, making everything smooth and easy.
The hotel also has a nice pool area and a small drink stand where you can enjoy fresh juice while watching the sunset. Everything felt calm and relaxing — a great escape from the city!
I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves the beach! Thank you Ms. Dewi for the hospitality!

I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — so many great options, all fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
Special appreciation to the cooking chef, Uwen, for the amazing food and warm hospitality. You can really taste the care and passion in every dish. Definitely one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

I came here as a visitor with my family. We paid at minimum amount to spend at the restaurant. The beach was fine. The pool was kids-friendly. The vibes was incredibly nice. There was a playground too. So much family friendly. The food was great also.
Will be coming back here again someday soon.

Best location in Anyer, nearby. Very shady with big trees, unlike hot sunny beaches. They try to mantain a clean environment.
Kudos to the nicest and helpful staffs. I was serviced by Selly for booking and reservation, it turned out she is the one welcoming us and serving us for our needs. Thank you Mambruk.

All is great except for the room. Did not expect a so called 4 star hotel would gave us this kind of extra bed. Also the bathroom considered unclean with has some dead insects.

I recently had an outing with my office workmates at this hotel. Here’s a quick summary of the experience:
— It’s recommended to arrive early in the morning to avoid heavy truck traffic on the way.
— The coastal area near the hotel was unexpectedly clean, considering the nearby factories.
— The breakfast area was comfortable and serene, but the food itself was below average.
— The rooms had a musty, damp smell and felt like they hadn’t been used for a while. Not all rooms had the promised gallon of drinkable water either.
— The event hall was hot and humid since there were no air conditioners or fans, despite the hotel staff saying otherwise.
— For our go-green planting session, we gave clear instructions to prepare planting holes in advance, but the hotel didn’t follow through. Thankfully, we noticed and resolved the issue in time.
Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of proper management and attention to detail left much to be desired.

Clean and serene private beach with wonderful landscape, awesome infinity pool with beach in the background (ofcourse), the room we stayed in is quite spacious, various breakfast menus but the taste were so so. We'll definitely comeback for 2 or 3 nights 'cos 1 night is not enough!

Overall nice and the staff superrr friendly, but not recommend for gym rat because the gym has a limited item. Also, please change the coffee in the room because indocafe is too much sugar.
The food for breakfast is superrrr yummy and many choices.
The view is nice, also swimwear friendly.
