Hotel Lux Melati Hotel

Great experience here with kids. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were quite nice and there was plenty of bottled water. The hotel has free Wi-Fi as well — this is a big plus for a travelling family and not common in the island. There's a nice bar just outside with a good range of beers — German Weisbeer, was very good, and in the mornings breakfast is downstairs and you can get a traditional coffee of Thai Milk tea. I definitely recommend this hotel — if we visit again, I'll look at staying here!

Friendly staff, clean room n toilet. Good price but not too much f n b option for the breakfast. The point plus they offer the guests with beer / alcohol corner.

Quite good, cozy and cheap hotel but if you stay for long time, you should ways ask for making up the room.

I only visited the Beer Place next to the hotel. They have a unexpectedly large beer selection for a small island. The beer price is OK, with some beers priced quite low. They have fun decorations and interesting magazines to read while you enjoy a very cold beer.

It's budget hotel, but still have hot water, soap and shampoo, tv, Wi-Fi and coffee corner. It's quite near to find other restaurants. It's near from Tanjung Pendam beach also.

Nice place… the price reasonable… near to the beach its just 5 minute walk.

Clean Hotel, with a good location in Tanjung Pandan. It is near tanjung pandan beach where you can find places to eat. Just 50M from the Hotel, on the Kemuning street, towards the city centre, there is a good restaurant called Daun Simpor where you can eat grilled wrapped rice. Further on, you can find the "cafe" Tong Jie, probably the most famous local cafe since 1943. The one here is the first one of its chain. Hotel facilities are somewhat minimum, but I guess that fits the price, so that's ok.

Clean and simple budget hotel, located in very strategic place, walking distance to beach and town center, easy to find food and coffee around, bank ATM in hotrl lobby, free Wi-Fi in room and lobby area. Very Recommended.

Good hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was good, AC and hot water working well + TV with local and some Chinese channels. Whole day free coffee and tea. Breakfast basic (one choice indonesian + white bread with jam but you can order eggs). No pool or other luxury but free Wifi is in the rooms. Location very good: close to good resto (100 m. East) and close to beach with resto, music, big screens and walk along boulevard.
