Villa Ava Seminyak Bali

I was worried to go to Bali but this place is amazing. The staff members, service and facility is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. I’m very happy with Villa Ava and all the friendly and respectful staff. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to relax, great staff, large clean and modern two bedroom Villa with everything you need including wonderful private pool and spa…brilliant. We will be a back again next year.

Very clean and tidy, staff very friendly Anni was very helpful and Ketut was a great help, quite area Villa was Very Large, definitely back again.

The accomodation consists of 7 self contained and private villas, each with its own pool/spa.
Each villa has 2 very good size bedrooms and bathrooms.
The main bedroom as off the large living / kitchen area.
The second bedroom /bathroom (exactly the same configuration as the first bedroom) is situated on the other side of the pool to the main living /bedroom, and offers very good privacy.
The Manager Nanik is amazing, and was able to help us with any of our questions, and transport requests.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
It is an easy 10 minute walk into Seminyak Square.
We would definitely stay here again.

We have enjoyed everything about this place the Villa is spacious and very clean, the spa and pool is fabulous. The Villa has everything you need for a relaxing private break in Seminyak. It’s close to some great Day Spas and cafes and restaurants…. The staff are helpful and very professional and nothing is too much for them…Highly recommended.

Annie, Kutut and the team were amazing hosts. From the time we arrived, throughout our stay until we departed, we were treated like family. They were so helpful giving us advice, arranging a driver, arranging our washing to be picked up and returned. We stayed for 7 nights with 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The Villa was perfect for us. With a very spacious pool and spa. The location was right in the middle of ‘Eat Street’ and we had so many options for our different preferences. We tried somewhere different each day!
The best Italian we had was just across the road from the villa at Settimo Cielo. Their grazing menu is so cheap and world class.

We stayed at Villa Ava for 5 nights… WOW!
The space is huge and very comfortable. Pool and spa a real treat. The Villa is within a Villa Complex of 7 and the staff were just the most helpful, kindest and friendliest of people… as the Balinese generally are.
Lots of amenities within a 2 minute walk (coffee, spa's, massage, convenience stores, money exchange and restaurants).
We just couldn't believe the serenity in the Villa even though it's just a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak.
Highly recommended a stay here especially for the price. Real great value for money and staff was wonderful to communicate with.
Definitely looking forward to my return here and staying at Villa Ava again!

Friendly happy staff greet you on arrival. Villa is well appointed with air-conditioned comfort! Pool is a decent size for a 2 bedroom villa. Close to Eat street and shopping area. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again if coming back to Seminyak.

We stayed for a week in this great large private villa with swimming pool.
Actually we were going to go in March 2020 unfortunately started when the COVID-19 pandemic which ruined our holiday, but luckily October 2022 we were still able to. In the meantime we have been in contact with the manager Nanik about our plans and she has arranged it perfectly that we could still come! We were picked up at Bali airport by the driver Kaded and brought us to the villa where we were received by Nanik and the rest of the staff, we were greeted with our first names, that was like coming home to us. We really had a great time and the staff were super helpful they could arrange everything for you…. Scooter, washing clothes unfortunately it was only for a week but definitely would have liked to stay longer. Really recommended to stay there as a couple and close to nice street with dining options.
