We stayed for a couple days, really nice resort, great value, service is incredible helpful! Especially BIG THANK U TO ANNIE! Our transfer boat has been cancelled due weather, so she helped us organise new transfer and make so many calls between the property in gilli (btw. Terrible attitude of Sandy Beach Bungalows in Gili Air) and booking. Com, even after her work time hours, she has done amazing job! We rented motorbike (no problem), had the massages (happy with the service, my partner slept like a baby then :) ) and the food was really tasty, the breakfast buffet is so wide and u cant leave breakfast without empty stomach :) thanks guys for an awesome beginning of our holiday!

We have stayed here numerous times. Beautiful place. Rooms are excellent. Staff are spectacular. But Annie makes it all come together. I would recommend to anyone.

Cozy hotel. Budget price with good services. Towels, essentials, kitchen utensils, washing machine availiable. Helpful and polite nice staffs. Laundry with cheap price. Beach front hotel. Though difficult access to the hotel but it is a perfect place to relax with family. Will love to come stay again another time.

A nice secluded place right on the water. People staying here are all really friendly. Has some nicer facilities and some older ones. Worth the stop if you're in the area.

A beautiful place, unfortunately a bit very remote and quiet. At the breakfast buffet you have to cook the eggs yourself (Sorry, I haven't had that before in any hotel). Good view of the boat traffic of Padang Bai.

Wonderful staff — we got an upgrade when we check in early — really fantastic. The rooms a big, clean and have comfy beds. The pool is good and there are many places to chill on the property so can have some privacy. The sunset bar is nice but the loud dangdut music is sooo not fitting the chilly and peaceful vibe! Please no more… We will come back for sure.

The awesome and beautiful place and must visit tourist attraction If you're visiting Bali. Crystal clear water and beautiful Island best place for dayout hangout. This more beautiful than what it is displayed in the pictures. From Bali you've to take boat to reach Nusa Penida Island and from there you can take Rented Bikes or Car to reach there. There are few Hindu temples adjacent to crystal beach. Few water sports like Snorkeling are available for tourists.

Maybe I like Bali, but this place I also liked. All problems are solved Anya at the reception. Clean, always someone that cuts, cleans, sweeps. The only negative (worried my girl) — problems with hot water.

I stumbled across this place while out adventuring on a motorbike one day and can't believe how lucky I got to find it. The value here is TOP NOTCH. Annie at the front desk speaks flawless english and helps with anything and everything. Rooms and bathroom was incredibly clean and comfortable. AC in the single w/ shared bathroom was great and the included breakfast was wonderful. This place is right on the ocean and you can snorkel (not the greatest but still) before you have breakfast. Lounge any time of day in or out of the sun. I'm on a 2 month tour of Bali and other islands and have been staying all over the island and I can say without hesitation that this is the best place / value I have stayed so far on Bali.

Good place for stay. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Just stayed in a dormitory and toiled is a bit far, but its a detail. Good and clean accom.

Crystal Beach Hotel was very small and cozy. There was construction happening while we were there so we got cheap room rates for just $29. It was good value for money but giving it the benefit of the doubt that when the construction finishes that the standard will go back up again. The breakfast was OK but it felt very cramped because they squeezed the front desk, waiting room, kitchen and buffet breakfast into one room. There were dogs running around everywhere, even into the kitchen, which made me feel a little sick. The facilities are nice like the pool and deck over the side of a cliff, plus a free shuttle to the middle of Candidasa. Hopefully it will be better after renovations but it wasn't the best when we stayed.

The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms, location and the awesome sun decks are great… we are vegetarians and the chef made an extra effort to learn some indian vegetarian dishes and made them well too in his own style… well done and 5 for all the effort.

The place was awesome, great for relaxing, friendly staff, especially annie the manager. Literally, beach at your doorstep. Overall it's a great place to rest. Maybe there are some room for improvement like the food.

Young, promising in the future hotel…

Lovely Quiet Place! Where You can't hear cars, motorcycles and cocks! To The sea by hand, corals and sea creatures are full! The People even saw the sea turtle! We stayed in the apartment and I find it chic! The Staircase is only steep) mega bed, though diagonally to sleep! No Air conditioning. No hairdryer. But I at the reception did not specify, can be and would be issued) breakfast on an amateur, I ate fruit and drank tea with frankly) in general I will come back here again and again.

Everithing was broken, building was not evev ready, it was dangerous to move, never again in this mess.

This hotel is a great place to escape from daily routines, with affordable prices you can enjoy sea right in front of your bedroom, away from all the concrete jungles.

Great Place and nice Sea view. We can do Snorkeling direct to the beach. Nice place for hang out and also having meal. Good food and all staff are very friendly.

I love this place. You are near the sea, laying on sofa with so wonderfull view. :-) the staff is amazing. Annie is always smiling, she speaks all languages (she can speak Czech). Everybody must love her and this place too. Perfect rooms, delicious food, peacefull garden.

Beautiful location by the beach, friendly helpful staff. Rooms were nice, very spacious.
Only negative was low water pressure in the shower and breakfast was sometimes cold and lacked variety.
Only small negatives, would still go back and stay for another holiday.

Great place for a piece if serenity… staff very friendly… rooms clean and serviced… breakfast basic but ok. If you want a piece a Bali at a very reasonable price then recommend.

There was a mixup with our reservation but the staff fixed this for us very friendly. Staff is very helpful and the garden is very nice to just lay on the beds of in the hammocks. Great place to get away for a bit and relax.

Really nice plce with amazing services! I felt like home guys! Attention all time any hour of the day! Economical prices and delicious food that you can enjoy with a wonderfull views un front the beach! Quiet and clean place! I really recommend it for relaxing and to know the tipical and tradicional life of balines people. Thanks so much for everything guys and I wish the best in the future. Good job. Congratulations.
