We booked four massages and the four of us were highly disappointed. The facilities were not clean, the beds were uncomfortable and the staff was unprofessional. Not coming back.

Very nice and relaxed area, even though it is right next to the road, you don't hear the noise. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect. Definitely recommended. The price was very good. Very helpful staff always smiling. All very green. I do not highly recommend the villa with private pool. Because it's not used much. It has two very nice common pools.
Breakfast is the same every day, there is little that changes, But it is very good, There is for everyone.

The Pertiwi is a mid-range residence in Ubud, the greenery is manicured and you are in the midst of tall palms! We had higher expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness which is not bad but it can improve. Even the private pool of the room could be better and we had created an incredible expectation. We found out why you didn't spend as much.

Resort aging but still very beautiful. The villa was very friendly and the private pool also. The restaurant was almost all the time empty for lunch or dinner (lots of more interesting restaurant offers outside price and ambience and much better quality). Good service in reception and clean hotel.

Room was old and dirty. Worms crawling on the walls and ceiling. Room was 20 mins walk from reception, however it is possible to call the golf buģgy for a ride before 11pm. Rising damp in all rooms. Shower over bath. Bath was elevated, so requuires a huge step to enter. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Could not connect to Wi-Fi. To their credit, they moved us to a new room when we complained, but did not discount out rate. New room was better but a long way from good. Much better deals can be found nearby.

Really great location, can walk to most places and right near the monkey forest. Room is a little old but it's good for the price.

This is the best hotel I ever been. The park is so green, swimming pools are beautiful, sculptures and waterfall everywhere make the place peacefyl. Just what you expect when you come here.

Terrible place. Filth, mildew and vermin in the rooms. Rooms are scruffy. The facility also. No three stars.

A luxurious hotel and in very good location in Ubud. Close to their popular market close to the famous monkey Forest. The villas with swimming pool are very intimate and offer an incredible lux.

Old and bad smelling rooms… Only positive note is that it is located in the Central street of Ubud! I honestly don't recommend it.

Beautiful garden, friendly and helping stuff, mind that the rooms are a bit mouldy. We had to change one due to an unpleasant smell.

Great hotel price-quality ratio. We were staying in a villa with private pool and say that the site is ideal for learning the lap of luxury at a moderate price. Located in one of the main streets of Ubud but totally isolated from the hustle and bustle. Perhaps you need a small reformita as a thing from the rooms you can see a little trotada. Care 10 by the employees.

The hotel is super well located, in the centre of Ubud, you can go walking to all sides. The staff friendly but the rooms are very normalitas. The sheets were dirty and very worn, we had to peďir that will change. The villas that are located in the second hotel behind, are much better. Anyway not a bad thing to spend a few days there, this very well priced, and above all in the center.

Sanitary facilities leave much to be desired, large water surfaces on the ceiling.

A spectacular place to have a quiet location in the centre of the village the workers are all very friendly the food is very good despite q no Buffet is very good. The only downside podirán be a little more modern, the rooms.

The location is very nice. But the service is not so great here. We stayed there for three days in the villa but there were so many problems. There were bugs in the rooms as well as the cockroaches and lizards. The Wi-Fi system didn’t work for two days. The place was quite dark as well. I mean the light was not enough in the room as well. Plus the rooms were not clean for a 3star hotel. I would give positive feedback to the restaurant they had some good food. Overall I didn’t expect bad service from the well unknown hotel.

Room is a bit outdated, everything looks old, breakfast is not good, even the fruit is not sweet. Wi-Fi signals are so poor that they often don't even surf the internet, and there's no improvement after informing the service staff. The least recommended hotel after coming to Indonesia.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is good in the middle of lush greenery and mountains. Rooms are clean and cosy and resort is really well maintained and great in all aspects. Ppl were responsive in case of need. There were two pools. Lots of birds and fishes also in internal compound. I am from India so I didnot found breakfast with much options. We had eggs and fruits as always. Restaurant is expensive and so about other places as well. You can go to super market nearby and buy all sort of stuff to survive happily. Great stay all over!

This resort is very beautiful and they have two swimming pools and transport to the rooms all situated in a beautifully kept garden.

Not what it makes out to be. Place is nice but run down. A long way up and down hills if at back to get to front. No buffet breakfast. Same same every morning.

Pertiwi resort and spa very nice place to stay if you are walking inside the territory or scrolling pictures on internet. Unfortunately when we were transferred for one night from their sister hotel (Pertiwi Bisma 1) we had a little bit different experience. Their TOP class apartment (we were staying in 404) with swimming pool looked awful. Pictures will illustrate it.

Loved this hotel! 2 gorgeous, clean pools and a decent breakfast. Really friendly staff and rooms were kept clean and well stocked with towels. 5 minute walk from monkey forest. Love Ubud :)

The main advantage of this hotel, its flora-on the territory of the hotel very large amount of vegetation. Even better to say, in the vegetation are the rooms of the hotel. All lawns and shrubs are constantly clipped, from the territory every day the plant and other debris are cleaned. Chose this type of hotel not by hearsay-previously resting in Thailand, lived in the hotel Natural Park, which has a similar arrangement of hotel rooms in the vegetation. In general the territory looks very impressive! You can't say anything about the rooms. Double Room-Classic threesome, no frills. Demanding "Matrasnikam" may not like. But we were all arranged. The main thing is regular cleaning, order and normal food. In general, hotel evaluation is a subjective matter. Someone may not be able to approach my evaluation of this hotel, but I am sure most travelers will like the hotel.
By the way, spending a honeymoon with my spouse in this hotel, ordered a photo shoot, and the photographer, seeing the territory, did not want to go any more, as he said, on the territory a lot of locations for photo shoots. That's what you did. 80% of Fotosetov spent in the territory. 20% Beach. Everything is great!

The place itself is lovely. Feels like you're living in a park. The service usually is good, on occasions some of the staff seem moody but that's tolerable. The rooms are nice and big and it's bang in the centre of where most activity is happening. It can be a task to get to your rooms late at night though, especially if they are right at the end of the property.

Nice hotel with beautiful plant. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean and Nice, but the bathrooms are outdated and require a renewal. Not enough sun loungers for the two pools. Food has not captivated the hotel-own restaurant. Was not so bad, because is the choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
