Hotel atmosphere is very homey and comfort. The staffs are friendly and quick respons. Nice variety menu in the breakfast.

Very clean and comfort hotel, in center of town in bali… Good service from the employement.

Good budget hotel. The service is good. But since the location is closer to Denpasar, its take times to go for beach area like Seminyak or Kuta. Since there are several transportation service options, this hotel is good if you don’t get a room in Seminyak and by the night it’s more calm, less noisy.

The Staff so cheerful and helpful. Even more treat me so kind. Thank you for the men behind the reception desk. The room so big and clean. Nice to stay here after long hours praying from the temple.

Been here for meeting necessary, and could simply conclude that the hotel has an excellent service! So does the food is very tasty. Can't wait till I come back!

The ballroom quiet spacious. The food was excellent. Our yearly retreat went well with great support from hotel staff.

The location of the hotel is strategic. The hotel ambiance is great, friendly services and clean room. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool with nice gardens perfect for relaxation.

Used for company's meeting. Very nice & spacious banquet room enough for 150 pax. Enjoyed authentic Indonesian food for lunch.

We had Balinese style lunch here, and it was great. We could taste the delicious local food. The conference room was huge, and the service was great.

So far good just the breakfast everyday almost same. I spend 7 night in there.

Lobby was warm, hotel look tired. Room a/c was warm upon check-in, complaint and they fix it up. Breakfast floor was so dirty, enough for one night stay.

Quiet and comfy but the food is lack of variations need more menu's.

Room is great. The bed is AWESOME! It's hard to move my body away from the bed. Breakfast ok.

Cool place, big room, ac is cool, Wi-Fi speed average 500kB/s, always late for the breakfast so never test the food. Theres a pool but always rain when I stay here.

Nice clean hotel with a great pool. The Bhira restaurant has a good selection of food at reasonable prices. The food is great I recommend the steak (well done).

Great location for me close to Bali Christian College, easy to get to. Comfortable quite room with good breakfast on site. Looking forward to the gym openning, so disappointed that it was not open as it was advertized. Big plus, I left my black pants in my room, but they kept them and 2 weeks later I was able to get them back, so thankful! Great for a conference or day meeting as many different rooms. Chef works with you as I needed a healthy menu and we have a fantastic training day for all the staff at BCC. Hope to use the facilities again.

Doing our gathering here with reasonable price. Nice facilities, but maybe it wont suit for traveler who want to go to the tourist place because it far from anywhere.

Very nice place, affordable rooms, friendly staff. Food location close to city center of Denpasar and public government. Recommended for meeting rooms facilities with large ballroom and breakout meeting rooms,

Stayed for two nights and get to use the ballroom too. One downside was that I'm away for the day and leave the clean up sign on the door, when I arrive at approximately 4PM the room is still not tidy. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the bathroom are clean but it can be messy easily because of the bathroom design. Stayed on the Ground Floor, no great view, get to see another room across though. Felt a bit uncomfortable because of it.

Fitness center belum jadi, masih pre opening. The shocking thing is, no buffet breakfast! breakfast by order in limited/person. Wifi very weak at some room, for browsing had to went to lobby.
