Stayed with them for a week and had a 2 bhk villa. It was something more than I expected. Its beautiful and the staff treated us so well. Worth every penny I spent.

Location is the draw of this establishment. Villa was cleaned daily and had a good pool with lots of privacy. Villa does need an additional toilet downstairs in pool area though. Staff are all very friendly, professional and attentive to all requests. Front desk staff are very good at organising taxis, etc for you at any time you need. There is an excellent laundry (Dash Londre) just down the road past the Mini Market. The laundry charges $1.50/kilo for washing and on top of that then deliver it up to the Villa's for you all neatly washed, folded and seal packed.

Had a two night stay there. Potato head beach club is just 10-15 minutes walk away. Strategically placed at seminyak. Grab is easily available at all times. If you're adventurous, you can walk all the way to the main road where there are a few warungs. We had an open living room with a pool within the room. Nobody can see you but they can definitely hear you. The room was amazing but the toilet may need some work. The jacuzzi shoots dirty water at first but if you leave it to run for about 10 minutes, drain the tub, and run the bath again, you'll be fine. Staff were excellent from check in to check out. Breakfast spread was decent and just had enough to fill our tummies. A nice place to stay for honeymooners or for couples.

Very nice and Comfortable. The staff is very friendly and also the perfect location, 10 min walk to the beach, without being in a crowded place but with lots of locals to have a drink and restaurants.

Lovely spaces, the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generally good but tried to be something for everyone and wasn't amazing as a result. Internet is flaky, and the spaces open to the air could have done with more powerful fans.

Kayu raja realy is a good place to stay The rooms and pool are cleaned daily All the staff are so friendly and kind You are greeted every time you leave and come back The security are so good they will get u a taxi open the doors for you, walk into the traffic to stop it so you can cross the road I am very happy staying at kayu raja Oh and the rooms are so nice open plan down stairs with your own privet (no one can see in) pool just out side the living room I would definitely recommend the kayu raja.

Huge villa. The biggest villa I've stayed. Living room on 1st floor, and private pool on basement, the room was really big on second floor and it has rooftop on 3rd floor. Kinda old place and the bed was quite hard, not the good one. Staff were very friendly. There's stove but no kitchen utensils so can't really cook. The internet was fast. But the breakfast was not so good.

Wow another awesome 2 weeks at the Villa. Rooms are cleaned daily as was our pool. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff. A special mention after being so well looked after to; Mr Gede — GM Agoste — front desk brilliant service Gusti — our tour guide (he knows plenty) Little Gede — waiter always smiles Gede — brilliant chef Nengah — just a gentleman Ayr — the beautiful front of house. Breakfast was a buffet every morning with a great selection. We had a lovely complimentary dinner last night cooked by Gede with some balinese language lessons by Nengah. Saying goodbye to some staff last night was like saying goodbye to family. Michele and myself will be back in September for another 2 weeks to be spoilt again. thank you everybody.

Lovely villa, lovely staff. Although it's not new anymore, but it's well maintained. Room is huge, bathroom with both bathtub and shower, open air living room with ceiling fan is cool enough even during hot days. You can choose to have breakfast delivered to your villa, or the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Although the option is good, there is still room for improvement in terms of food quality. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to recommend it to anyone.

Reasonable price for a 3 storey villa. Lovely swimming pools but they need to improve the Cleanliness. Especially the pools and roof level.

Accommodation in the 3 floor single bedroom pool villa was lovely. Would have been happy with just the bedroom but came with included lounge room, kitchenette, our own private pool and rooftop sunlounge (with no furniture). Clean, spacious and well appointed, would definitely recommend to others seeking a 4 star villa north of seminyak. The view from the bedroom balcony and pool area could do with a high pressure clean however the staff were friendly & attentive, room service efficient and reasonably priced.

Old villas, good location, great hospitality from staffs and nice breakfast.

I think anyone will enjoy stay in this villa. Facility and service is great.

"Feels like family and feels like home" This is our second resort in our honeymoon in Bali. We stayed at One Bedroom Pool Villa on June 15, 2014 for 6 days. villas were unique layout, great interior design, and very clean. Every villa comes with a private pool, open air living room with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen set, comfortable sofa, and 42” LCD TV with Bose Sound System and DVD player. We love the layout of the villa as the swimming pool is right below the living room and you can see the swimming pool while watching TV. The bedroom is on the second level and it has a king size bed that was very comfortable and also have a 42” LCD TV with Bose Sound System and DVD player. Nice bathroom with Jacuzzi, peek-thru wall between bedroom and bathroom with drawn curtains made it on the whole an enjoyable stay. At the top level we have the rooftop patio completed with two massage beds for our spa session. location is quite close to shopping areas and Seminyak Square is a 5-minute walk from the property. Villa Kayu Raja is a 5-minute drive from Petitenget Beach, KuDeTa, Woo Bar and Potato Head Restaurant. food is delicious, especially the large-sized Beef Tenderloin Steak. hospitality was superb. People are very nice and friendly towards us. The best from this place is the staff were very friendly and very helpful and like you have a second family in Bali. Special thanks to Mr.

Pros: Great experience. Loved the staff and the villa was great and well designed. It has a modern yet cultured touch. The pool was also private. Cons: breakfast buffet could be better. Otherwise would give 5 stars :)

Loved the place. Wonderful and friendly staff, accommodation was fantastic, and loved our villa. Was cleaned really well each day. Room service was delicious and well priced. Highly recommended.

A remake!
The lag is difficult has overcome, but hospitality is impeccable, the rooms are to European standards and little more, the indoor pool. With the Indonesian climate, it will be really appreciated.
Don't forget the terrace for sunbathing.
The villa is ideal for couples who wish to have intimacy.

This was my favourite holiday. Staff & accommodation are wonderful. Don't expect a lot from the TV though.

Excellent accomodation. Staff are always friendly and smiling. Nothing was too hard. Location is close to everything but not on the Main Street so very quiet. Highly recommend.

Really lovely villas. They have 2 and 3 stories apartment villas. Very calm and intimate place. Best for family trip and honeymoon couples.

Great service great people some things were a little lacking, not all lights work and set dinner was terrible but still very nice and friendly.

Villa Kayu Raja has 58 villas; consist of 48 one bed room villas and 10 two bed room villas. Each villa has private pool, open air living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen set as well as single Jacuzzi bath with shower in the bathroom. All villas are built in secluded design of building structure, a nice combination of privacy and luxury living.
